I stayed in Radisson Blu on a business trip for over 10 months. I had overall good experience during the stay. Most of the staff is very friendly.
1. First i will start with the Operator Maged. He coordinated brilliantly with the Room Service whenever i ordered food and most of the time he managed to cater the special fod requests.
2. Restaurant Staff like Chef Osama Sallam went out of the way and Customize the restaurant menu fit for my taste.
3. Rastaurant Mangers Like Mohammed Elsobhi, Hossam, Bassem, Ahmed Ali and Ramy Nabil were very friendly they made my stay as comfortable as possible.
4. They have 24 hour Concierge. Ahmed and Mohammed Ali takes care of the Travel Services . I managed to Go to various places without any problems. Hotel maintains the New Fleet of the Shuttles and those wheels are well maintained.
There are couple of drawbacks as well.
The hotel is located outside the city and you are dependent on the Hotel Taxi services all the time. However Hotel provides the daily shuttle to City Centre Mall free of cost.
The another thing is communication. Most of the house keeping and Room Service staff does not understand English you have to call operator for every small needs like a tea back or coffee etc.

The overall experience was pleasant but overpriced for offerings. The property itself was nice and the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was not great with no real view and far from civilization. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food left a lot to be desired. I ate in the main restaurant for both the breakfast and dinner buffets and the food in each instance was far from the expected quality and taste. The pool was clean and relaxing.
The overall experience was good but it depends on the purpose of your stay. If you plan to eat in the hotel make sure you eat from the live stations (pasta, omlette, etc) or eat outside of the hotel for better value for money. Otherwise, it was a nice relaxing stay with very professional and courteous staff.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Alexandria, and the experience was exceptional! From the warm welcome at reception to the amazing service provided by every team member, the hospitality here is truly outstanding.
We stayed in room 301, which came with direct access to the 16+ pool. This was one of our favorite parts of the stay—so peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel has two main pools: one for guests of all ages and one for 16+. After enjoying the pool, I visited the steam room and jacuzzi, and both were excellent, adding to the overall relaxation. The staff ensured complete privacy and comfort and made sure I never felt uncomfortable for a moment.
The early birthday celebration was another thoughtful touch. Since my birthday falls after my visit and I couldn’t return due to work commitments, the hotel went out of their way to celebrate it early with a delicious cake and beautiful room decorations. It was such a kind gesture that made my stay even more special.
The breakfast on the ground floor was fantastic, with staff always helpful and ready to go out of their way if I needed something specific. They offered a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. When I stayed in this hotel with my colleagues in a business trip in October 2018. I'd never expected that this hotel that has no beach, will be that amazing. Actually the hotel was beyond my expectations.

And four days later, I ran into my bedroom, ordered a handkerchief, and she investigated me like I was a kid in front of a school. She asked me about the room number, and that's a normal procedure, and then she said if I came to you, I'm not entitled to a paper towel. If a resupply is to give me the napkins!!!!!!

Yes they have two swimming pools. One so big and the other is small but heated.
Now in the COVID-19, am not sure if they open it to the guests. So you need to check with them.

it's not that far. but you may use uber or kareem which are the best and easiest way of transportation and safest.

I cannot say about prices, but i would advise contacting the hotel personally as they may do a deal with regards a bride~groom room, i will say that the rooms are awesome, so it would be a very good choice for you.
