Detailed Reviews
Instead of leaving Bihac for Croatia we decided to stay near the border in a good commercial hotel. Open parking, spacious rooms, small lift, terroir impersonal (the hotel could be in Argentina or Turkey) but the detail was interesting. The breakfast room dark and slightly anatolian. Quiet sleep wise and the location off centre.

Convenient, on site parking was a major plus. Rooms were large and reasonably well appointed but ours was difficult to cool with an ineffective heat pump and no cross ventilation. They missed the mark with breakfast. Selection was about average for the area but you needed to arrive early since offerings were not replenished and tables were not cleared. The staff was pleasant.

I stayed in Bihac several times in the past 9 years and this was the most pleasant stay. Hotel was built last year so everything in it is new. It is little bit further from the center of the city but not too far to walk and hotel staff was helpful enough to drive my colleague and me when needed. It is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff friendly and very pleasant. I highly recommend it and I have no doubt this is hotel I will stay at again when I am in Bihac.

Firs of all i like to say that the receptionist Jasmina and Naida in the restaurant were more then exceptional with their service, keep up the good work girls.
We travel the world and always stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel should not be rated even 2 stars. We booked 6 nights and could barely sleep 1 night. Lift did not work, Public places were filthy and nothing has been improved since the hotel has been opened. Torn chair covers, walls are chipping and badly need painting. Dinnerware is all scratched and in dire need of replacement. BEWARE it is a pet friendly hotel and we had a room 2 doors away from barking dogs all night. The curtains are not light blocking and we had the hotel light shining into our room, it was like daylight all night long. The air conditioner did not work in the room we booked and it was more then 45c so they moved us into a smaller room in which aircon worked but thats about it. Mattress was so old that you could feel every springs on your back. Wardrobe was so small that if you hang 2 items you can’t shut the door.
There was a dead pigeon on the terrace where you have breakfast. We could not wait for the next day to find alternative accommodation as that was not the place to stay even one night.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are equally spacious and well appointed. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. It's an easy 15 minute walk into the town centre and there is a garage with a well stocked shop right next door who are happy to change Euros to Kuna. We didn't take dinner in the restaurant though it looked very smart and inviting. The only odd thing was breakfast. It's not a buffet and there is no menu and our waiter was very pleasant and efficient but had very little English. (Although it was a lot better than our Serbo-Croat!) As a result we had to leave our choice of breakfast up to him. Bread and spreads were excellent but the cooked dish consisting of 3 fried eggs and what looked and tasted like a scoop of ice cream, was a little peculiar. Nicely cooked eggs though! Altogether an excellent choice for Bihac.

There were very few negative points in our stay at Emporium hotel , that are not enough to spoil the very good impression we got from the hotel.
We had an excellent communication with reservation department before our arrival, and we also had a very pleasant, friendly and quick check in procedure on arrival.
Rooms are really big and very clean - there was also a small label on the bed writing " Ms xxx and Ms xxxx cleaned your room "
Bathroom and shower could have been a bit bigger considering the size of the room - no problems though.
Room decoration is a bit minimal, but there is nothing really missing.
Breakfast was good - nothing impressive - I would say typical of the hotels of this class in the area.
We also had a nice dinner at the hotel's restaurant - nice dishes and big salads.
The hotel also offers free parking and free WiFi - the latest was fast, but a bit tricky to connect.
The hotel is not located in the center of the city, but a couple of kilometers away on the road to Croatian borders. This is a problem if you would like a walk downtown as you will probably need your vehicle but it is very convenient if you are just passing by.

Its location is not far from the city center (10-15 minutes by foot). The rooms are very large and modern, and the staff is quite nice and helpful.
The restaurant offers very good food, and... at any time of the day or so, even if the menu is not very big. Only the breakfast was average (just because of little choice).
It's the most recent hotel in Bihac, and everything is brand new and working properly as you'd expect.

Decided to write review because I eat in the Hotel's Restaurant often, and food is great, however one of the reasons I always come back is Ermin! Best server you could imagine, he provides 5* service!
Will continue eating there :)

It was very pleasant weekend that we have spent in Bihac and most is due to very welcoming stuff in hotel Emporium. As soon as we arrived we were pleasantly sorprised by the upgrade, we were given bigger and better rooms for the price of cheaper! The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable and we slept like babies during our stay. The coffee was very good as was the breakfast! One bad thing however I must emphasize that we came upon was cigarette smoke everywhere. You can feel it in your room, you can smell it on your towels and linen. The reason we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant which is said to be excellent was the cigarette smoke, everybody smokes in the restaurant and that surely spoiled our appetite .
Everything else was perfect, the stuff is very professional and friendly and mostly because of it we would be coming back!
