Detailed Reviews
I arrived by bus and the hotel is around half an hour walk from the bus station so I took a taxi (€10 should have been about €7 I think). The hotel is in a busy side street a 5 minute walk from the small old town area. It’s about 15 mins walk to the Main Street with bars, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, very clean, okay sized bathroom with shower cubicle. Some road noise but I travel with ear plugs so didn’t notice. Breakfast was included and was ok- eggs, bread, cheese etc. All in all I couldn’t complain about anything for the price paid.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities inside. The hosts were lovely and always happy to help with suggestions and able to arrange taxis if required.
The location is good and only a short walk into town. There are also several shops and a good size supermarket just over the road.
Breakfast was great with a wide choice too. This is THE hotel to stay it when visiting Prishtina

This is a great budget option. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are large and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best I have had in a budget hotel. It is also centrally located, equidistant from the old town and the modern centre

Great small, budget hotel. Incredibly helpful staff who booked taxis to and from the airport and made other recommendations for us. Simple but nice breakfast. Rooms comfortable and large. Wifi fast and strong. Walkable to the very centre of Prishtina in 5-10 mins. Strong recommend.

The hotel is located very centrally, in walking distance to most of the things you would want to see or do in the city. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable and have lovely balconies. Breakfast is freshly made, rather than a buffet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You won't do better than this for the price.

This hotel was excellent value for money (35 Euros). It was well located (not far from Mother Teresa boulevard) and a short ride from the bus station, which cost four Euros. The room was very large and wi-fi worked well and it was equipped with a great bathroom. I never quite worked out how to use the TV. The reception staff were very friendly, although their grasp of English was limited. I definitely recommend this property.

I stayed for three nights in the Prima and really enjoyed my stay,
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They did absolutely everything they could to make my stay comfortable and to make me feel welcome.
The hotel is very well located, about 5/6 minutes walk from Mother Teresa Boulevard with its cafes and shops. It is even closer to the Turkish Quarter where many of the museums and mosques are, maybe three or four minutes walk.
The rooms are really big, comfortable and modern with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. They are fully air conditioned and the wifi works perfectly well (and it's free) The breakfast is pretty good. Some reviewers mention that the walls are thin and noise was an issue, I just cannot understand that. I found it very peaceful and quiet - and the place was quite full on two of my three nights.
The Prima contacted me befoe I left home and offered a very reasonable airport transfer, they also organised my cab to the airport when I was leaving.
Overall I would absolutely recommend this clean, friendly, relaxing little hotel.

Spotless hotel in friendly part of old Prishtina, away from the dreary apartment blocks and within walking distance of the "Centre". The daytime receptionist speaks mostly Albanian but knows and does his job very well. There is no elevator but the steps are quite manageable. The 35 Euro/night room was large, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but very good--I would suggest having samovar tea rather than tea bags and fresh yoghurt (kos, a local specialty) instead of commercial fruit yoghurt: that would add to the local flavor and contribute in a small way to the promotion of local production. The very kind lady of the house is a good breakfast hostess and seems to speak basic English. Her son, also very kind, speaks good Turkish. I would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was full and I left town

This is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in during my extensive tour of eastern Europe. I was very impressed of how clean it was, from the room, to the bathroom it was spotless. When I arrived I was welcomed by a friendly elderly Kosovar whom had little English; that didn't stop him from checking me in without a hitch! The breakfast was comprehensive and healthy, best of all it was free! My room was modern and spacious! Oh, and I looooved the king sized bed!! My room was warm and well air conditioned.
I will not hesitate to check into Hotel Prima again in the future! You cannot fault it.

Prima is in better shape than most of the houses in Pristina. It's clean and the rooms are big. The staff is nice. But it is, of course, with a hint of eastern Europe.
Hello.
We will try our best to provide you a room on a lower floor with balcony.
Thanks.
Best regards.

As far as I know there are no shuttle buses from the airport. You will have to use a taxi which will cost 20 euro to the city. The Prima is quite hard to find as it is tucked away in the old part of the city but only a ten minute walk from the centre. However taxi's are very cheap and they will find it for you. Pristina is not a very pretty city and it is difficult to recommend anything of interest except Germia Park, which is just outside the city. However it does have some very nice restaurants and bars; try Fehmi Agani (street) for lots of choices and my favourite Basilico. This is only a ten minute walk from the Prima. Also recommend Sofra Bezi on Josip Rela street for traditional Albanian food. Only a five minute walk from the Prima. Kosovo has some very nice parts but Prishtina is not one of them. If you get the opportunity visit historical Prizren, only a one hour drive from Prishtina
