I slept only one night at Swiss, but i had an amzing staying. Since the moment you put your step in the hotel everyone is very kind to help you with luggage and your car. I was in summer season and inside was e very cool temperature. The room was spacious and very comfy. The sheets were clean and new. The welcoming chocolate was a very good gesture. The spa and the outdoor pool were clean and cery well kept. The breakfast was very good and it had a lot of variety and everything was delicious. The location was very good because you can move everywhere easily without a car. I am planning to come back.

We stayed two nights bed & breakfast, and we honestly cannot fault the hotel for the price. The location is perfect to explore Pristina right in the heart of the city overlooking the main square. The rooms were large (312) ours didn’t have a balcony but a good view of the square with a fabulous shower. The staff were superb and so helpful, the spa area was fantastic and I must after a day of sightseeing and the breakfast was quite simply fantastic. A few tips, we just got a airport taxi to the hotel, it’s a fixed 25 euro whereas the hotel will charge 20 euro per person. On the way back we used blue taxis that we booked via wotsapp for 15 euro fixed price. You can see the sights of Prestina in a day if your quick (a visit up the tower for 1.5 euro) in the mother Theresa church is a must. We then visited the bear sanctuary which was fantastic, and from the bear sanctuary website you can book blue taxi for a return journey and 1 hour wait for 25 euro - it is so worth it!!!

The Swiss Diamond is a very good hotel in a great central location. There are lot of facilities including a spa and indoor pool and jacuzzi area.
Service was good all round and helpful and engaging. Breakfasts had a large array of options and did the job though we not ‘wow’. Staying five days a few gripes were wifi that wasn’t always brilliant (even after tech guys said there wasn’t a problem), no coffee facilities in room, and a fair bit of noise from the stream of events happening on the first floor and super cars moving in and out of the limited parking. The spa was good but over the weekend only one single therapist who can’t do all of the treatment on offer.
Rooms on 5 or 6th floors probably quietest.
It’s nice, t international standards it is an excellent price but certainly premium priced for Pristina. I’d probably seek out a more boutique option next time.

A Grand Hotel right in the Centre of Pristina. The busy promenade is just next to it yet it is remarkably quiet. The staff are very helpful and plentiful. Breakfast is everything you could want. Dinner menu is good with enough choice. The waiters are happy to say the rib-eye steak is not good today and suggested a change of local wine - great to have honesty. The gym is basic but has enough - a concept rower might be a good addition. The room is comfy but not enormous. The only irritation was the lack of towel hanging options and on the last day the hand towel was not replaced. Even a hook on the door would have helped. Air con just about kept temp down and I imagine in winter it’ll be warm enough. The bar was good, comfortable and inviting but I did not use it enough to comment on the range. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful Hotel with Outstanding Service. This is our third stay at this hotel with “Old World Charm”. The chambermaids do an excellent job keeping the room not only clean, but replacing whatever is used among the nicely accessorised bathroom. The food was excellent and the service in the restaurant and lounge was impeccable! We greatly appreciated the lounge hours as we could work there in the mornings and enjoy the evenings until late. Excellent stay all three times, simply the finest hotel in Prishtina; in fact one of our favourite hotels. Thank you Swiss Diamond! We had a great time.😊

The pros: the hotel is central, the Deluxe room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the valet and bellhop service was professional and friendly.
The cons: they charge 70 Euro PER ANIMAL for a pet room, which wasn't clear when I called and spoke to the front desk before booking our stay. When we arrived, they informed me that it would be 140 Euro for the two dogs, which was more than double the cost of the room. I was also told that booking the room though their website was cheaper than booking by calling the hotel. I booked a room online for two adults and a toddler, which included an "extra bed." Upon arrival, we had a baby crib that was too small for a child.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. We were extremely impressed with the staff they went above and beyond us. All of them were so friendly and welcoming. This place is very clean, they are following all the Covid protocols to ensure everyone's safety. Definitely appreciate all they are doing to provide a safe and secure environment during this times. Restaurant is real 5 star everything was so delicious and perfect. I will recommend "Volcano cake" its unique taste with white chocolate and chestnuts😉 Spa center was also amazing we really enjoyed so much! This hotel have perfect location its on the main square in Pristina. We will definitely come again to stay at this beautiful place!

I stayed only one night at the hotel but am planning to return back. The hotel is in the center of the city with a secured parking lot and very very professional staff. The food was an excellent little bit pricy Oh but this is the 5-star hotel I didn't expect less. Oh, I was not able to pay in USD they accepting only EUR. This hotel is located in the heart of Pristina, but it was not easy to find by taxi driver if he is not local. Many staff are not well trained. Room Keycard didn't work. Had to change my room back and forth. Room is not well maintained with issues here and there. Wifi is slow, and couldn't surf well. I needed a taxi to Skopje and the doorman got me an illegal / unlicensed taxi by saying "he is my friend and a good driver". I thought it was a legal and licensed taxi, but, after all, it was an awful scheme. Overall, this is not a five star hotel. Very disappointed.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay; the room was well-equipped, lacking nothing important, and the bathroom was also well-appointed. The breakfast was varied, and the hotel’s location is excellent for reaching key points of interest. What I found odd was that I bought drinks from shops and put them in the minibar to cool, but these were wrongfully counted as used minibar items even though I had purchased them elsewhere. The amount of money involved is negligible, but I still don’t appreciate this assumption. On one night, the lights in the room wouldn’t turn off, which is apparently a common issue. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel.
