Located in the very city center. Within walking distance to all major city amenities. Brand new hotel. Nice comfortable room equipped with high hotel standards. Extremely comfortable bed. Very rich breakfast. Stuff is very helpful and professional. Ideal spot for business travelers. Don’t think twice.

The hotel is situated above restaurant Salt. The restaurant blasts music until closing time 12:00am. Diagonally opposite the restaurant is a restaurant/venue which also blasts music until silly hours. People leaving the party at times like 3:00am are shouting, being loud in their intoxicated states. The dogs bark continuously. There is alot of flow of traffic and as I write this review at 3:00am from not being able to sleep, you can still hear the music pounding. Noise pollution is a problem at this hotel and it is impossible to sleep. The shower is slippery, the phone does not work, one of the lamp is out of order. The only positive aspect about this hotel is two staff I've had communication with, they were polite and courteous. This hotel is not five stars and not value for money. The music issue feels like torture and have video recordings to substantiate this review.

I would give this hotel 4 stars not 5,the air conditioner was a little bit noisy,the windows were not isolated well from sunrise and cracked,the room 203 was great and clean,the breakfast was good but not a lot of choices,the coffee was terrible,the location is perfect right in the center of Prishtina
