Hotel Nartel staff are super helpful and go out of their way to solve problems, keep your room clean, and generally make you comfortable. The location is not as close to central downtown as you might want, but it's a 2 euro cab ride to Newborn or a 15-20 minute walk. So not a problem at all.

I would definitely stay here again - especially as they have a pretty good gym available. A HUGE bonus.

What a fantastic hotel this is, and one which delivers well beyond the expectations of its four star rating! Checking in was a welcoming and slick process, completed very quickly with the friendly member of staff still taking the time to explain the hotel facilities. The decor of the lobby was great, with loads of reading material which was actually very educational on the city and local area if you have the time to peruse, and indeed the same level of homeliness and great decor extended throughout the rest of the property.

My room was on the first floor and despite being a standard category was really impressive. It was huge in size and as well as the spacious sleeping area there was an armchair and large coffee table, chaise longe and large desk. Spending an extending period of time in the room wouldn’t get uncomfortable or claustrophobic! All the decor remained modern, there were plenty of lighting options and the whole area was very cosy. The TV was large but even on maximum volume a little too quiet for the size of the room but the air-conditioning worked well. The view was over the parking area below which meant there could be some noise when the windows were open, but otherwise it was a silent night’s sleep with great quality bed.

I really liked the bathroom area. There wasn’t a separate bath but with the glass walls (still with blind if you needed) it was very modern, and the wooden floor in the shower made it feel more like a spa. Annoyingly the shower itself didn’t have the hottest water or pressure, the towels weren’t as soft as I’d hope and the area always ended up with a wet floor thanks to the door pushing the towel mat out the way. Other than that though it was a lovely space, with plenty of storage, nice soap in dispensers, a magnifying mirror and both gown and slippers available in the room.

The bar area on the ground floor has a great outdoor patio area which is pleasant to sit outside in with a drink, either relaxing on the sofas, or working / dining on the tables. The staff are attentive and friendly and the prices really good for a hotel. Wine is served in miniature bottles and not always chilled, but otherwise no issues at all.

The restaurant was good for an evening meal with nice quality food. The pepper steak cooked medium was a recommendation of the staff and it didn’t disappoint, although not as spicy as made out. The tiramisu desert was presented well and really enjoyable. There’s a good range of wines all of brilliant quality too. The breakfast offered in the morning is decent for the size of the hotel, with a range of hot items as well as the usual meats, fruit and pastries.

Overall I left this hotel really impressed, both with the modernness of the rooms, brilliant decor and friendly service. On a future visit to the city I’ll definitely be picking here again.

I've been staying occasionally at this hotel for business purposes for several months now. The quality is deteriorating fast. Anything that's broken is never repaired: door knobs, shower cabins, air conditioning. Once nice, almost design hotel is worn out and tired. Wifi is slow and often non existent. In several rooms a/c is not working at all, it means that rooms are very cold in winter and too hot in summer. Noise level is high, there's residential area close by, so expect screaming children, barking dogs and also loud outside hotel bar guests' voices.

We are a family that travels a lot.We stay in the best hotels in Turkey. We prefer to travel to the Balkan countries in the summer. This year we preferred Pristina, the hometown of our grandfathers. We stayed in Hotel Nartel for a total of 16 days. We paid 2500 euros. The breakfasts were good, we ate the same thing every day. We had a problem with the cleaning staff in the hotel, he made fun of us and got angry with us (I still don't understand how an employee can get angry with a hotel guest). They did not even bother to say good morning once while sitting in their offices. At the exit, they claimed that we lost the card and told us about 10 euros. They made faces when we asked for water at breakfast. On the last day we were shocked to learn that the man in the breakfast room could speak Turkish. Here is the attitude you get at the hotel: Managers, employees, cleaning staff all act as if we begged them to stay for free and they took pity on us and gave us a room. For the first time in my life, I saw a customer being scolded in a hotel. Extremely ill-mannered, greedy, a team that does not know what hospitality means. It's a shame. It's a shame. The rooms are small but clean. It will be a great choice for those who want to be treated as second class people.

The hotel is in a poor state, the hotel accused my team of breaking many things which were very weak and on the verge of breaking. These things were broken because they were cheap and bad, not because excessive force was used. I would not recommend this place for anybody to stay. The food at the buffet is always the same and wasn’t even very nice. The owner is very arrogant and rude.

Newly opened property (less than 6 months). Modern design; well done. Very attractive. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and well trained to assist in any way they can. The General Manager went WAY out of her way to help with a travel logistics problem! Service second to none. Closest hotel to the central bus station. Great value for the money. Only drawback is the absence of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would not prevent me from staying there again.

The hotel has just recently opened. The selection in the restaurant was limited but well prepared. They had very basic television channels to choose from. But the staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean. Would stay here again.

I stayed in room 130. The Internet did not work at all, and I complained to the receptionist repeatedly. Also, I asked for my room to be swapped. My request was declined. The final straw was in the morning when I needed to get ready for the airport and I couldn’t shower because the water was ice cold. Again, I mentioned this to the receptionist on two occasions and nothing was done about it. I had to leave for the airport without a shower. This hotel wasn’t cheap either. Furthermore, taxi drivers seem to always take the wrong turning when driving you to this hotel.

I first stayed in this hotel in 2012 (and gave a 5 bubble review). I returned 6 years later and it’s retained its consistent quality. Good sized rooms. Everything worked, especially the WiFi. Streaming TV and internet calls were uninterrupted. It’s slightly out of town but taxis are very cheap (and mostly modern new cars if you avoid the airport and unbranded cabs). There’s a great gym too. You can pick up some gym noise in warm weather when the doors are open but I didn’t find this intrusive. Good restaurant and good breakfast. Very happy! So, after 6 years it’s as good as ever. What better reason to keep coming back!

I had a very bad day as my flight was cancelled last friday. The experience was bad as we had no one from pegasus to explain us what is happening. After waiting 7 hours in the aereport thy took us to Nartel hotel. First of all everything was organised before we went there. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. On top they served us a plate after midnight and it was quite okey even at this time. The room eas tiny tany but well equiped, extremly clean and comfortable.
Thanks hotel Nartel after a horrible day at least I have a deep clean and comfortable sleep.
