Stayed here for two nights with a friend in a family room and one night solo in a suite in October 2019. We chose this hotel as it offered good value for a great location and booked via a third party website. My friend was leaving the day before me and we couldn’t book the same room for the whole stay (which wasn’t an issue), so I ended up staying in two different rooms during my stay.
The hotel is just off the main pedestrian street in Pristina. There’s a restaurant at the front and a ramp up the side which leads into the hotel itself. The whole building is very modern and stylishly decorated. We were checked in swiftly and as well as a copy of our passport, a copy of a credit card was taken.
There are three floors to the hotel plus the ground floor. Our family room was on the third floor. It had a large king size bed plus a single bed. The room was large, with a flatscreen tv, desk and chair, tea and coffee making facilities, complementary water, fridge / mini bar, hanging space for clothes, plus a safe. The beds felt very new and all of the linen and rooms were spotlessly clean. We had a small balcony with two seats as well.
The bathroom was a good size, with a large shower which had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The towels were all fluffy and there was a good selection of toiletries provided.
As I explained earlier, due to the way we’d booked things, I changed rooms for one night; the hotel couldn’t give us the same room but this was fine and I ended up being upgraded to a suite. This was very large as it was a corner room with sofa and chair, with the bedroom in a separate room - see the photos.
Breakfast was included and was downstairs in the restaurant. There was tea & coffee, orange juice, bread, jams, cold meats and cheeses, cake and a choice of freshly cooked eggs / omelette. The breakfast staff were all helpful and efficient. The WiFi signal and speed was very good and reception was able to arrange an airport transfer for €20 paid directly to the reception.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in an ideal location, is very stylish and modern and has great staff.

The hotel is located down a side street. The area around the hotel does not look the best but it is safe. There is a bar, restaurant and ‘fresh’ supermarket all within two minutes. The main ‘boulevard’ is 4 minutes walk away. So a big tick for location
The young lady at reception is very sweet and professional. I was allocated a double room on the first floor.
The room was spotless clean and modern. A large flat screen tv (I could not find an English speaking channel), a safe (big enough for iPad) and tea/coffee making facilities. If you like your English breakfast tea, then bring your own bags.
The bed was a double but a bit too firm for me.
The bathroom was modern with a large shower and adjustable shower head suitable for all heights.
Breakfast is cold offerings, tho you can order eggs three different ways. Hot drinks are served at the bar counter.
Late check out is subject to availability for a few of half the nightly room rate.
I can understand why the hotel has received TA rewards . A very good choice for a stay in Pristina

Once I read reviews from other guests I immediately knew that I would stay in this hotel. City inn is by every word lovely, clean, centrally located and what makes it so good is always: the kindest employees. I stayed for 2 nights for a short business trip. It is one minute far from the main pedestrian zone of Pristina's center. Ideally hidden just one corner behind the main spot, it makes it quiet at nights so you can have a good rest. Beds and pillows are more than comfortable, breakfast is included and the reception is open 24 hours. If you have concerns regard Covid, the hotel takes care of the Covid measures and implements the recommended practices in order to keep the guests healthy. I highly recommend City inn if you seek for a place to stay in Pristina.

Hotel is very well located, and staff is very nice. Rooms are OK and clean, internet works well. Overall, the hotel is quite basic however, and some amenities (like tissues) are missing. Breakfast is good but simple, and they charge extra for cappuccino, which one needs to pay cash and cannot charge on the room. These things should be included - I do not appreciate when hotels want to save on these basic items...

Dear Jam R, Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel and provide us with your feedback. We are pleased that you liked our hotel and found our staff helpful and nice. Our guests concerns are our top priority and feedback like yours helps us improve our service. The restaurant and hotel function as two different entities therefore, anything ordered at the restaurant apart from the open buffet breakfast is paid at the restaurant. We are so sorry we falled short to meet your expectations and we are looking forward to the next opportunity to welcome you back and offer you better service. On behalf of the City Inn team we wish you and your family strength and health during these testing times. Best wishes, Management City Inn

Top modern, clean hotel where guests are welcomed by professional staff. Breakfast is taken in the adjacent restaurant where lunch and dinner are also served. The location two minutes from the main pedestrian area is excellent. A large variety of different restaurants is within walking distance.

This inner city hotel was a real gem and so I was so pleased that I had discovered it.
Everything was clean and well maintained; the staff could not have done more for me and the hotel was positioned right in the centre of the things to see in Pristina - and close to nice eateries, the Gagi restaurant and the Soma Book Station both come highly recommended.
I only had 3+ days in Kosovo so spent one day in nearby Prizren (hotel organised the 3 euro taxi to Bus Station then 4 euro bus to Prizren - easily secured); day 2 was spent in Pristina then the last day was spent walking in the hills beyond the Pishina (outdoor swimming pool). Fabulous.

A very pleasant hotel. We visited Pristina and found this very comfortable hotel in the city center with friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location and all places of interest for sightseeing are nearby. All recommendations! Across the road is a large parking lot that you can use for a minimum payment of €1 per hour.

I was very pleased with my choice of City Inn for a stay in Prishtina. It's very centrally located, allowing you to explore Prishtina easily on foot and an easy pickup for excursions that I did. The airport transfers both worked perfectly, with the cost simply added to the room bill. In the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, for me the breakfast was fine, and, despite occasional very brief blips , the wifi was pretty good too.
