Unusual hotel. Looks a little French from the outside and is within the old town. Our room was very large furnished in a beautiful old fashioned style, which may not be to everyone’s taste. The room has a good quality TV and excellent Wi-Fi but no minibar or tea/coffee. Nice shower. Breakfast is served with a choice of omelette or continental. All good as was the choice of coffee. Having said all that one of our fellow travelers had a terribly small room which I would have refused to stay in as the bed stopped some cupboards from opening. It also took 3 attempts for me to get a second set of towels. I would recommend reviewing your room before agreeing to stay.

What a pleasant surprise, particularly after some of the very rustic accommodation we’ve had across Albania and North Montenegro . A lovely , huge, brand new room with a gorgeous big bathroom, luxurious thick towels and attractive decor. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but it was so nice to have a completely comfortable room. It even had a kettle and breakfast was charmingly served individually
My only hint to the hotel is: provide a little milk for westerners who like a white tea in their room- no one wants to buy a litre of milk when they need two centimeters in a jug And also use enough curtain material to make the room dark - I note the curtains tend to be a bit too short to cover the windows

You would not expect a small and cute hotel in the middle of the busy side streets of Pristina in Kosovo to be so luxurious and spacious on the inside. It might not have a pool or spa, but it is so comfortable and clean and the staff is fabulous and helpful at literally all hours! Enis took particular care of us and our car during our stay. He even noticed which foods we preferred at breakfast and went out of his way to provide them daily. The rooms were spacious with a lbice view and balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel. There was nothing we could have disliked about the property. Everything was great, including the location since it was walking distance from all the sights. In fact, the hair dresser close to the hotel was super lovely too, and there was a supermarket across the street which was very convenient. Furthermore, Enis gave us some excellent advise on restaurants to try and even booked them for us in advance since it was a busy time due to the Festival with singers like Dua Lipa in town.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Pristina, with friendly staff, a really central location, and just fantastic rooms, all for a fraction of what you would pay for a travelodge. really comfortable beds, fridges in the rooms, and a shower that doubles as a steam room. my only complaint, and it's very minor, I could have asked reception...there were no glasses in the room. on the other hand, I was driven to the airport to catch my flight by one of the staff for much less than a taxi. fab place. 😍

I spent 10 days at the Begolli Hotel,It was a great stay.... it is located at a very nice area.... The rooms are nice,large and comfortable, friendly staff..wiffi is great in aĺl areas of the hotel... I will definitely come back again in this hotel.

The hotel was once a very grand classic hotel. Slightly dated now, but the staff was just wonderful and accommodating. Super friendly. The hotel was well located near restaurants and other amenities. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel Begolli is conveniently located with easy access to important city sites, the National Library, art museum, the college campus with its interesting architecture, and the delightful promenade. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, speak excellent English, and are adept at assisting travelers with problems. The premises are very clean and comfortable.

Very good city centre hotel, good for gaining a "flavour" of the city. Staff very friendly, helpful and all speak english. Rooms are interesting and individual, not 5star but very good value for money.

I am an expatriate overnighting more than 100 days/year in Pristina. I stayed in Begolli first time almost a month ago via Booking, where I am at genius level and was very pleased. I accepted their direct deal. However in next two visits deal was never sustained. I can neither reach the promised rooms, nor the standard benefits stated in the website. Few advise, in case you are willing to use the hotel: 1- Book in web instead of direct negotiation, so that you can claim if necessary. 2- If you don’t want to eat same poor breakfast every morning discover a good place. 3- Be ready not having refrigerator or hair dryer even they are within standard items referred in website. 4- Do not ask ironing service after 5 pm. Do not ask at all iron to use yourself. 5- Do not expert breakfast before 8 am. If you have to go early for work find alternative. 6- Do not be surprised if believe that hangers have to be present for towels and toilet paper in bathroom.
Last, but never the least, when I claimed a refrigerator in my room and they apologized and promised to allocate next day. They reapologized and explained that all rooms were occupied. When I see half an hour later a couple checking in and asked why they did not tell the truth, response was refrigerators are for these new guests and not for me.
