We had quite a bumpy start to our trip in NS, where we had originally planned to stay in an Airbnb. However, we got there and realized that would be a big mistake. We quickly pivoted to the Sheraton. We landed up without any booking, and they were very happy to accommodate us, which was a blessing given we have two young children.
The stay was very memorable for the whole family. What stood out was the newness of the property, and above all, the excellent staff. In particular, Ivana at the front desk took great care of us. She personally took it upon herself to make sure we had a comfortable stay, which made the trip all the better. Is included giving us tips about how to get around the city and suburbs. This was the elite level of service I have received from personal butlers at Saint Regis!
Pros: - Fantastic staff, for example, Ivana at front desk and Alexander in restaurant - the property is brand new or renovated and has the latest Tech and great materials - Beautiful views - great gym - Good buffet
Cons - a bit far from city center, but you can take a $5 taxi or $2 bus and get there in 20 mins - No pool
Overall, highly recommended. This as a model for Marriott stuff!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Novi Sad. Even though we own a condo in very close proximity (my inlaws reside there) due to the Covid pandemic and the fact that both of us have to do some work at times, we decided to stay for the first week at the Sheraton Novi Sad. It is a modern facility located in a lovely city area close to the downtown attractions and the Danube river (Ribarsko ostrvo, Strand, etc.) From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt welcomed by the staff. Our room was upgraded and the reception staff was extremely polite and friendly. I apologize for not mentioning all of the names here; Natasha and Bilyana were some of the people who made our stay at this hotel more memorable.
I asked to speak with management regarding the assistance with our occasional work from the hotel arrangements. Manager Dejan went above and beyond to help us out. The conference room located in the Sheraton Club area was great and provided all we needed for the video conferences and meetings.
Restaurant and bar staff (Marina, Tamara, Aleksandar, Zoran, Vanja) were always available for any request we had. In addition, chef Slobodan was extremely helpful in helping to deal with our food limitations (allergies). In the end, instead of staying in this beautiful hotel for five nights, we ended up staying 14 nights in total. Of course, we enjoyed the fantastic gym as well. Highly recommended, and we will return to Sheraton Novi Sad.

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton! They truly care for titanium Bonvoy members, as we even got upgraded to a presidential suite, which was a great treat!
The executive lounge offers even daily changing (tasty!) food, wine, beer and some snacks. If we may suggest anything - it would be great if the executive lounge had 100% Orange juice, besides an apple juice:)
Good breakfast with fresh squeezed Orange juice, choice of eggs made to order and bottled water!
We even had the reception do valet car service for us, even though they normally do not offer it. Another treat!
Very recommended! We will definitely come back if we visit Novi Sad again!

For a hotel such as Sheraton, the hotel must be in better condition by the looks, location, and stuff ESPECIALLY. This was my 3rd time staying in Sheraton since 2019. , and the level of the service hasnt upgarded ever since. Especially during the stay of EXIT festival, when the hotel was fully booked, the staff was quite unpolite , and also charged me with the expensses that I did not have, luckily I check my receipts in details so I have noticed on time. Part of the Marriott group hotel. Everything is fine but without any particular charm. Located a bit far from the city center. The staff at the reception is kind and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening: extensive menu and well-prepared dishes, the restaurant staff is not very attentive and more interested in the customers of the bar than the dining room. Also, quite expensive meal for the ambiance and décor. Mixed clientele of tourists and business people.

I stayed here for one night at the beginning of July during my trip to Croatia. The hotel is new, with small but well-designed rooms with comfortable beds. The service is excellent. I am Marriott Titanium, the hotel has a executive lounge but there is only soft drinks and beer. Breakfast is in the restaurant (very good), and instead of lounge, coupons are given for starters and canapés in the restaurant itself. We visited the restaurant for dinner - it is excellent. The hotel is about 2 km from the center and can be easily reached on foot. There is also covered parking.

We came to this hotel because of a gym and a spa from two other fully working hotels with gym and spa. It turned out that the spa is closed due to Covid... ok! We asked about the gym and got the informaton that it is working and that we can use it all day. I got up early as we were heading to another place right after breakfast only to learn that I cannot use the gym as it needs to be prebook and they have a team staying in the hotel that "has a priority as a group". We had no prior information about that the same way we didn't have other relevant informatio such as that you cannot use the elevator withaout a key card" etc. So, the hotel is nice and the rooms are nice, but that is it as far as we are concerned. The service was not up to Sheraton standard (they were nice but lacked to privide valuable information). The price for our stay was not small and everything else was additional (including the 2 euro water bottle which, in most 4 or 5 star hotels I stayed in, you get compelmentary), breakfast, parking etc. Being that we were not able to use gym or the spa that was out main reason for coming to this hotel, as far as we are concerned this hotel was really a big disappointment and a waste of money and time.

My stay was perfect! Check in friendly and a breeze. Lovely Mirna showed genuine friendliness and professionalism. Room was very nice and sweet sleeper bed amazingly comfortable. Food was delicious and the service extremely attentive. Entire staff from cleaning personnel to front desk and room service were well trained and executed high standards in all safety measures. An absolutely delightful stay.

Fresh room with a magnificent bed. Slept like a baby. The shower compartment really spacious and in good order.
However I missed a few items in the room such as a "do not disturb-sign", note paper and pen, spoon or something similar to stir the coffee and a working scale in the bathroom. I didn't expect these items would be missing or broken in a hotel as Sheraton.
Breakfast was good and I believe the restaurant keeps high class with other meals as well. But I was truly disappointed the second evening when trying to get a meal in the restaurant. Entering a restaurant, almost empty, the waiter engaged himself in two half drunk guests in discussions about the meat on display in the restaurant and he was also assisted by a female colleague from the kitchen. No one paid attention to me as a new guest, sitting at a table or later standing in the restaurants entrance waiting for service.
I got fed up and went to a neighbouring restaurant behind the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton, whilst checking in, we enquired about the presidential suite and we were shown around and offered a discounted rate. The food was great, the spa was amazing and the hospitality from Stefan and the team was incredible. I'd definitely return.
