I stayed 5 nights at Heritage Hotel Antique. The service was outstanding. Responses were always very prompt mostly by Juliana, to all my inquires prior to the stay. My room, on the ground floor, had a nice soft color tone . It was super clean and most importantly sound proof although it looked out to the cute entrance alley. The good size bathroom was very clean. The shower was strong and nice. I could move around the bathroom comfortably without feeling cramped. I got everything I needed. Wifi was good and breakfast was excellent. The location was unbeatable within the city wall. When I could not find my way out, the staff showed me the way out in person to where I needed to be. The hotel provided umbrellas for rainy day. As a single female traveler, I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. The service of the staff stood out from everything. Thank you !

The staff here made our stay better than we could have imagined. They made us feel at home, arranged tours, made restaurant reservations, scheduled our Covid tests for traveling home, and would have gone above and beyond to do anything else we asked with a sincere smile. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was better than the chain hotel we stayed in in Dubrovnik, and the location was perfect. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here whenever we return. Thank you to Filip, Juliana, and all of the staff!

Just amazing staff!! All were great, and Filip went out of his way to make our stay amazing. Room was as advertised, well appointed. Breakfast was great and the location inside the palace walls was unbeatable. Filip’s arrival briefing was very helpful!

We returned this September after a Covid hiatus and were pleasantly surprised that it retained it's staff and were very welcoming. They arranged for transfer from the airport and helped in transporting our luggage to the hotel from the car to the hotel that is in a pedestrian only area. The room was wonderful , overlooking Diocletians palace. The breakfast was nice with a chef to cook eggs what ever way you wish. Once again a gem in historical Split.

We stayed here for 2 nights and then returned for another night, at the end of our Croatian holiday, and it felt as if we were returning home. The location is perfect, a few steps from the door and we were in the heart of Split. The rooms are lovely, they have such character and are well equipped with toiletries, minibar etc. We spent our first two nights in a Superior double but were then lucky to be upgraded to a room with a Peristyle view on our second visit, the view over the bell tower and square was amazing. Breakfast was lovely, with delicious omelettes, fruit, yogurts, pancakes etc and gluten free options. There was always tea, coffee and juice available downstairs throughout the day. The hotel is great but it is the friendly, helpful staff that make it wonderful, from the pre arrival emails, the car waiting for us at the airport, the staff waiting in the square to carry our cases to walk us to the hotel, to the friendly greeting on arrival at reception. Juliana was always smiling and Filip spent ages talking to us about places to visit in Split, along with his great impressions of Del Boy from Only Fools and Horses! We were very sad to say goodbye.
