Great location, with clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite laundry was Free of Charge and the gym was simple, but had everything you needed.

Parking is accessed around the side of the main entrance on Pratt St.

We had a great stay at the Quest Hotel Suva, which is conveniently located in the CBD Suva, close to the government and UN buildings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered free use of laundry and dryer machines and free detergent. The hotel is also connected to the mall's food court on the second floor, which has a variety of options for dining. The hotel has 24/7 security at the entrance, so we always felt safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Suva.

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. The rooms have big windows and a large space. Wardrove are a little short if you are coming with several suitcases. There is also a kitchenette, TV, free wifi and queen size beds.
The hotel occupies the 5,6 and 7th floor of a building located in the centre of Suva with some atractions at walking distance. In the second floor you may find a food court wich (regrettably) is closed for dinner unless you dine before 17:00 hs.
What is a little tad reprehensible is the housekeeping service. The personnel tidy the room very late and if you work in the morning have to wait for them to come to clean the room. But anyway, the personnel is quite kind and attentive.

I stayed for a business trip. While rooms very clean and staff was nice, but the hotel does not given any feel of a relaxing hotel.

I asked to buy water bottle at night, and hotel had no water bottles available and it was late night.

Given rooms have microwave, people were warming up food that created a strong smell in common areas and rooms.

Concept of packed breakfast which is left in the room is weird.

Overall, not a very good value for what you pay

I checked into Quest today and I’m absolutely loving this place! The room is sparkling clean, spacious enough for a couple, smells so nice, and the location is smack in the center of town. So convenient! The staff here are also very friendly and super nice. I came a little early and asked if I could leave my bags at the front desk while I wait around for check in time but to my surprise the receptionist said she had a room already available and could let me in early. I also asked for late check out since I don’t leave until 5pm and was allowed two hours extra. I now feel the rate I paid for this place is definitely worth it! I will certainly advise anyone coming to Suva to stay at Quest. I know for me, from hereon this’ll be my accommodation whenever I come to Suva. Vinaka Quest!

While this is centrally located, it here is actually no benefit to staying here. Everything downtown closes at 6pm or earlier, including the food court located in the same building. The only place within acceptable walking distance past dark for a single woman is the noisy bar across the street from which drunken brawls erupt nightly. Pay a little bit more for the holiday inn where you can get a meal past dark (unless you want to walk the 3 blocks to the 24 hour McDonald’s). Additionally, the bolt lock on room doors is questionable as a second layer of security. Rooms promised clothes washers and dryers but in fact are communal on the 5th floor. Kitchenettesa offer little added benefit because cooking a proper meal would require stops at multiple locations….all before dark. Beds are uneven and uncomfortable. Staff are friendly, responsive and rooms are clean.

The Quest is located in the center of Suva and as such well located and within walking distance to malls, cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms are not large but well appointed, mostly self-contained studios or one bedroom apartments. Some rooms are already a bit run down and wear and tear is clearly visible. Cleanness could also be improved. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately no room service or restaurant in the hotel. There’s a food court on of the lower floors as the lower floors of the building are a mall. But it closes early, I.e. not a dinner option.

Exceptional front desk staff--thank you Asenaca, Selai, Maria and Oni. Located in the middle of the CBD, close to everything you need. Well maintained room serviced by a competent, guest-centered housekeeping staff (they'll even assist you with laundry at no extra change). Airport transfer service available for a fee (FJD45). Studio apartment rooms with views of the waterfront.

The Location was great with many shops, restaurants/cafes etc in the near vicinity and easy to walk to. The carpark was a bonus although hard to initially find. The hotel has a lift which is handy.
The room service/cleaning/laundry staff were very good. They were friendly and great at giving advice and tips on places to visit and things to buy

The reception staff were not helpful. We asked directions and assistance on the phone and they couldn't help. In person it was not much better. There's lots of things the hotel claims online it does or offers but in reality it is quite different.
If you ask about tours they refer to a website and say look online. If you ask other advice again they are not helpful.

For more than a day the Wi-Fi internet was down also.

Was not worth the price paid, and only real disappointing accommodation I've experienced in Fiji among 4-5 hotels across the nation.

Checked in 2 days before New Years! Place is just amazing, serves the purpose of our trip to Suva. Convenient with the nearby retail shops and 2 major supermarkets within walking distance. Reservation and check-in, we were served by their staff, Fifita, who made us feel super welcome and right at home, plus the place is just spick and span. Definitely a great place to stay if you’ve got commitments in Suva. 👍🏼👍🏼
