The Tanoa Suva has gone through an upgrade and the rooms reflect that. I enjoyed the room experience but not so much the dining experience. The buffet breakfast tied to the rooms are at best average with soggy bacon and lazy cooked eggs. The breakfast was a combination of continental with a few side things thrown into the combo. Good thing is the hotel is in Suva, so you have access to better coffee and breakfast options too. Hotel was not flexible at all with their late check-out. The outside of the room though at Level 4 was a bit filthy. Keep working on your service Tanoa, one too many hits and miss.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June 2022. The hotel reception and lobby is a nice clean space that feels welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. We did find the air conditioning to be quite loud but luckily it wasn't too hot to have it on all the time. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast is included in the rate and was a full hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, baked beans, pancakes and hashbrowns, as well as toast, pastries and muesli. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent 5 star services from the staff at Tanoa Plaza. Staff are always smiling and serving with sincerity. Special thanks to Laite from the sales, Rusilla, Abby, Solo, Ema, Asmila, Vika. Kelera who really took care of us during our stay at Tanoa Plaza. Food is simple but great. We stayed on the executive King room which was comfortable but air conditioning was a little noisy. The lift broke down a couple of times but they are putting in a new one, so hopefully next time it will be working well!

My family and I spend three nights at Tanoa - I must admit that it was the worst experience we've ever had in Suva, whereby we ended up checking out to spend the remaining days of our trip in a different Hotel. From the very unprofessional staff to the terrible room services. The Lady at the reception (I still remember her name) was very stubborn and unprofessional at how she went about with our reservation, her attitude was no where near a well trained Customer Service person. To make things worse we ordered dinner to which we had to wait for three hours (room service) until I had to personally go and get the food and they all acted surprised. The House Keeping ladies were the best. I would not recommend this place for a family.

What a fantastic set up! Tanoa Plaza has certainly taken it up the notch with their current refurbished establishment it looks and feels good and clean and very modern! With current pandemic making it risky to go anywhere, at Tanoa, you are greeted with Hand sanitizer and temperature check at the door! It just makes you feel alot more at ease! And you walk and have Laisa Vulakoro the Vude queen settle you in with her soothing music in the house just adds icing to the cake! Shejust knows how to rock the crowd with her tunes!The staff, as usual, were cheerful, super efficient, friendly and very welcoming. Top it off with the best house wine and accompanied with melt in the mouth appetizers that make you feel like you could go all night! Can't wait to have my friends over again. Awesome awesome awesomest experience Tanoa! Loved every minute thank you guys for the hospitality!

We had a great stay here, rooms were clean and tidy, housekeeping tuned up promptly if we needed anything. Front desk staff were helpful, shout-out to Barrie who did a great job at the restaurant/bar on a busy Friday night. Thanks for a great stay, we would come back again.

My family and I had booked with a different hotel in Suva for our stay on the 28th November 2021 and when we went there it was horrible the service and they hadn't booked the room we were told. Then we called around in Suva and spoke to quite a few other hotels but the best was Tanoa Plaza I spoke to a lovely and beautiful person who assured that our stay with them would be great. But it was PERFECT thanks to Joseph the best part of Tanoa Plaza. Highly Recommend!

I believe this hotel has been recently renovated. Our suite room was large, bright, modern and very comfortable. The bed was huge, it was open plan, you can see the sinks from the bed, but the toilet has a separate room as does the very large shower. The balcony was private but small, enough room for the table and two chairs with beautiful views across Suva harbour and the mountains behind. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Dinners were good. My only problem here was security in that no one is at the door, often no one at reception and the lifts/floors can be accessed by anyone. Otherwise a great three night stay.

Tanoa Plaza, Suva is an excellent choice for business events. We successfully hosted our first leadership training with assistance from a friendly, sincere and proactive team. We had a wonderful stay at Tanoa Plaza - Suva. The staff was very friendly, warm, and super helpful. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean with a great view of the Suva Harbor.
