Our family of 4 adults rented two deluxe x 2br units and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand West Villas. The main reason for visiting Fiji was to enjoy the seasonal local produce from farmers markets and cook to our own liking. The kitchen had adequate pots, pans & utensils for cooking. We found the bed linen & towels in good condition, & both units were neat and tidy. The Manager Deepshika and his support staff went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Would recommend these villas to families wanting a comfortable home away from home stay without the exhorbitant prices of Denarau.

I went on a holiday with 2 girlfriends in December, we stayed at Grand Wests Villas and found it to be very good. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, the staff were friendly and very obliging and the restaurant/bar was very good also. The budget hotel is located just far enough away from Nadi town to be quiet and close enough for a cheap cab ride in for shopping and dinner. The hotel has a tennis court and an enormous pool with a great waterslide. The grounds are densly planted with lush gardens and make for a very pretty setting. It is great for famlies and couples alike, it has two storey villas that are self catering which is great for longer stays. i would highly reccommend this hotel and would stay there again.

During our last stay at this hotel, I found it clean and hygienic and well maintained. It was secluded enough for privacy yet not too secluded for security. Good parking just outside the villa we stayed at. Food can be questionable but all cooking facilities are provided so that takes care of it. Air con worked well. Bathrooms were clean. We had two bedrooms both with bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom downstairs. Not too far from the town and just minutes from the beach.overall good stay option.

The hotel was terrible. The restaurant and bar have been closed since covid and guests are expected to walk along the road to get food at a supermarket or local restaurant. The inhouse compendium was out of date and of no use.
The grounds are nicely maintained but there is no furniture around the pool to sit in after a swim. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every word said in the room next door. No internet. Phone didn't work. Staff did their best but seemed to struggle with the technology. Out of town with nothing around it.

I booked it for 2 nights very terrible, 2 bedroom villa not cleaned properly very poor management Bar n Restaurant not operating not advertised on the site while booking for stay in Grand west villa. No wifi , no pots. $2 charge for pool towel , microwave very hard to use button not working and oily surface everywhere doors, kitchen top and walls. I have paid $744 fjd not worth it Don't waste your money booking a room at Grand west villa

Very disappointed with the hotel. Was nothing like the photos online. Rooms were run down. Lights weren't working in the room. TV had no signal. Check-in was from 1pm but when we got there at 5pm the room still wasn't ready. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

IVE just recently come back from fiji, i enjoyed my stay so much i wish to go back very soon. what made my trip more enjoying was wear i stayed ofcourse, which was the GRAND WEST VILLAS. I made so many friends there , they are such lovely people, the bar man, the cleaners, the waitreses, the reception, even my lovely friends the security guards, that would come and catch the little lizards if they were trapped in my room. When we arrived we were very welcomed, the room was so clean and tidy, and always kept that way. The food was great, and the POOL was just divine. All i did all day was lay by the pool and order cocktails.
After enjoying a lovely 8 days there we moved on to the sheraton for 1 week. that was also nice but not as enjoying as the Grand West. I cant wait to go back next year !!!!!!!

Recently spent 10 days in Fiji, spent 4 days at the start of my holiday at the Grand West Villas and 3 at the end.
The complex is great, we had a two bedroom unit with 3 people. Each room has an en suite plus shower and toilet downstairs also.The Units had Full Kitchen facilities which was great if you want to do your own cooking and so spacious.
I absolutely loved the pool with the water slide. The restaurant had a wide range of dishes and was great if you wanted to spend a night. We stayed in 3 different unit and I would recommend trying to not get the units in the 100's as there is a house next door with a rooster which loves to crow. The 200's and 300's are much better and appear to be newer also.
One thing to be aware of is that the complex basically backs on to the airport, so you can definitely hear the planes come in.
The other thing i would recommend is bringing your own towel as this seem to be a little bit of a problem. They send their laundry out in the mornings and it isn't returned until 4.30 -5pm, so if you put your towels out in the morning you won't have another one until the evening. The same with pool towels make sure you hold on to them because they often run out.
Overall I had fantastic time grand west villas is definitely value for money.

Ok the rooms are very clean, basic, and comfortable, pool is beautiful, lovely plants and surroundings, about a 15 minute walk to beaches, very beautiful place, staff are abit slow but try to be helpful, a genuine place, good quality.

i had the most bad experience with grandwest hotel in nadi fiji. Everything you do needs to be reported to the reception....using their facility like resturant pool or tennis court plus nothing comes for free...i was told to pay all as per the resort manager. the customer service is so poor. the manager himself is unpolite....food is not great and so are the prices.
the bar is hardly full and the bartender is the chef himself and you have to wait for him ages before you get your drinks...and they dont have much selection. i dont recommend anyone to go there and waste a fourtune....the resort as they call grandwest sucks!!!!!!!! the resort manager naveed or naushad or someone is not well versed with his duties. i hated that place so did my friends.
i will never ever go to grandwest again. smugglers cove or travellers beach resort around the corner is much much much better off.

Firstly we do allow the guest to utilize our property but as you were not my in house guest that i can allow you to use pool,resturant or tennis court for free.Yes we do allow outside guests to use our facilities by paying.How ever our hotel is very well know for it services and satisfaction where the guests are always welcome for accommodation and meals etc.According to the procedure of our property you have to report to the reception for any enquries.

I stayed in self catering so you make your own breakfast but yes the hotel does offer breakfast. I think there is enough rooms for seven groups. Contacting them directly saves you money rather than going through an agent. I found agents are more expensive.
Bula, we have 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom villas that can fit 3 persons. The 1 bedroom apartments have an air conditioned room with queen bed and a lounge with small kitchenette with mini bar fridge. The lounge has 2 sofa units convertible into single beds. The kitchenette has microwave and sink but no cooking facilities. The 2 bedroom villas has an air conditioned room with queen bed and the second room has 2 single beds with ceiling fan. The ground floor has lounge/dining and full kitchen with cooking facilities and frige.
Bula - the front office staff in the morning will be Romika and in the afternoon (from 4pm onwards) will be Shayal. Both staff have been instructed accordingly and they will assist your group.
