Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

After a long 12 hour flight, I was looking for a small piece of heaven. This was not it. The resort right now looks like it’s in shambles. Constant noise, renovations happening and unkept grounds. Everything here needs revamping, not just the pool area or the indoor restaurant. But the patio, furniture and the rooms. It’s pretty here in a very minimal way. I stayed in the oceanfront burre; and these need some intense TLC. The staff are without doubt, amazing. The food, amazing. The night dancers, amazing. The resort itself - not so much.

Club Fiji Resort oh my days! Best little hidden gem in Nadi Fiji. Got the towering coconuts all around the area with superb front beach view. Two nice swimming pools, a pool table I spent most times at and a bar with great bartenders that I made really good mates with, Big Ben, Jaz and Mr.V. Place itself is amazing with gorgeous lawn and pleasant comfy bungalows plus apartment rooms to your liking, has a nice top storey pizza & bar run by Illy, I gotta tell ya Illy is one of the best for making those mouthwatering pizza! Also not forgetting the chefs and cooks in the kitchen Ana and the team for doing those great meal, really appreciate yous. They also have certain nights were they entertain guest with dancing and showcasing great Fijian culture, and the guest relation host Latu, she’s so good at it! Gets the job done proper. If you’re someone who’s always worrying about safety when travelling, well Club Fiji Resort has a security team led by a very good mate Mosese. Everyone that works at Club Fiji Resorts are angels, good on ya Iliesa the duty manager you’ve done a great job with ya stuff, keep up the good work and I’ll see you guys soon down the line. Vinaka! Alepate Sunshine Coast, Aus.

Resort has everything you need. A bar and restaurant, free use of kayaks, two pools. Its a bit way out so cant really walk anywhere but taxis are cheap as. Breakfast is okay cant complain eggs were great. The bar staff Jazz, Ilesa, and Ben go out of their way to make all guests feel welcome. I couldnt sleep as the bar music was blazing till late so i ended up staying up every night and they were great. Good mix of people at the resort all ages and mixtures. All other staff were fine. Rooms were cleaned everyday but not a thorough clean as u would expect from a resort. The resort overall was not very clean. There were bugs on the bed but i didnt get any bites so not sure what they were. I figured for the price i paid $231 fj a night it was all part of the experience..

Run down. Grounds badly kept. As you sit in the pizza restaurant facing the beach you can see old junk furniture just sitting there ruining the view. Staff must be too busy doing nothing to sort it out. I asked for no olives on my pizza, and given the state of the place wasn't surprised when my request was ignored and my pizza came with olives. Terrible pizza, below the standard of a basic pizza from the frozen aisle in a supermarket. Not a great vibe around the place.

We had a waterfront bungalow for our 1 night stop over stay. The staff were great and the dinner was lovely, but once we tucked in for the evening I could feel something crawling on me- i shone my phone flashlight and saw bed bugs crawling everywhere all over my pillow and the bed. We notified staff right away and they changed our room immediately, however the refused to refund us or discount any portion of our stay. The bed bugs were massive and this was pure negligence as it was quite obvious once we turned the lights on that there was an infestation. I have since been covered in bites, and hope they have cleaned the room (room #1) but am extremely disappointed we were not offered a refund

The moment we arrived we felt welcome! We were treated with the words ( welcome home) The broke up our trip to Australia with a quick 24 hour stop over in Fiji as we have 7 year old twins. This cute resort near the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Huts are cozy, clean and the pool was well loved by our children. I highly recommend this hotel!

I strongly advise against this hotel. We booked 1 week at this hotel and the food is terribly disgusting as well as very expensive. You are in the middle of nowhere so the hotel offers cabs at higher than normal prices. The bartenders were very nice but cruelly understaffed. The receptionist, Emma, was very unpleasant, as were several of her colleagues. We asked if it was possible to wash some things after an excursion, which cost us $10, and we found our things as dirty as we left them, and still wet, so we had to wash them again. The only positive point is the view from the pool.

This place is great! stunning views and great tour accommodations. the guests and staff are amazing and very hospitable! the bartender Ben was so sweet and he made the experience at the resort great! His off the menu drinks too were my favorite. Illy and Kinny were great as well very friendly and overall amazing! Ana was my favorite chef. Her cooking was the best and she would even bring us the food from the kitchen to the beach🩷 they all made this place 10x and it was like a little fam there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
