Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is very cheap but also have been renovated ( new paint, new towels & blanket, new wash basin, new shower head Tec ) so really can't complain especially for those just need no thrills. The room has huge king size bed plus single bed so more than adequate for 3 or even 4! Upkeep is very poor with spider webs inside room and the pool is totally uninviting! It also do not serve good so one needs to go next door hotel to eat. Btw walking to mark terminal is 5 minutes to international arrival terminal and 11 minutes to domestic departure terminal... International departure is in between....

That's about all i can say for them. No restaurant on site. No airport shuttle. No Elevator. We only used the hotel for day rooms for the group before our flight left at 10pm. If you good with napping and reading in your room this hotel will be fine. No wifi, bar or restaurant. The pool needed cleaning before we would consider using. There was no airport shuttle but there was a car rental on site and they offered a group shuttle to the airport for a very good price.

The worst place ever!
When I arrived at 9pm, there was nobody at the reception and I had to make a phone call to get somebody check me in.
Already the front desk area was disgustingly dirty with a sticky counter and everything around looked broken and dusty.
Towels & toiletpaper were not provided. The bedsheets were not changed since a while and smelled bad. There was no mattress cover, just a very thin smelly sheet which was too small. Pillows brown in colour. Everything advertised online did not exist. No wifi, no tv, no kettle, no airport shuttle, no working fridge.
As soon as I paid 115FJD in cash, they cancelled my booking on booking.com. I guess to avoid paying commission to them and bad reviews.
I did not want to stay but it was late and I had an early flight to catch and then I did not dare to leave my room, as there was a gang of very drunk locals in front of my room having a loud party. I felt unsafe and heard my door knob being touched from outside several times, as somebody tried to open my door.
To try to sleep, I covered the bed with my own sarongs/pareos and kept all my clothes on.
The bathroom was so dirty and simply disgusting.
I wish there were minus stars for rating.

Unfortunately, but fortunately, my fiance and I had to stay in this run down, derilect and trash hotel. We had 1 night when we were forced to stay here after no flights home originally.
So many things wrong

1. One light flickering to point of cutting out
2. No Wi-Fi or power to tv
3. Springs in bed hurt back
4. Dirty sheets
5. Dirty underwear in jacquzzi cupboard
6. No plug in the jacquzzi
7. Carried own luggage 2 flights of stairs...No elevator
8. No lunch or dinner provided
Last but not least, in a "luxury" room....

9. Getting locked out of room to have "maintenance" man use a screwdriver to make a hole to open it...couldn't leave room cause we'd be locked out

Would've asked for a refund, but so not worth the drama

Not like the photos on website

Absolutely disgusting - the rooms were filthy and service equally as poor. Booked through Booking.com and feel they should never have had them on their books. We put our bags in the room and immediately went looking for a more suitable place to stay. Paid $99.00 for the night and was refunded $17.00 Thanks Booking.com !!!!Filthy Accommodation

The hotel seemed fine when I got there last night. My room was large and seemed clean, but I found hair in the bathroom, and the towel they gave me had large stains on it. There was no kettle, and no phone, so I used my mobile to call them and the staff brought a hot water kettle. I could not eat dinner because the chef was out and there was only fish and chips or chicken and chips (I'm a healthy vegan).

The staff were friendly - I'll give them that. The AC was not working well. The worst things were - I gave them a $50 cash deposit, and they gave it back to me the next morning but later when I tried to use it to buy some mangoes, the vendor informed me that the note was out of circulation and I could not use it. I called the hotel and informed the front desk staff who gave it to me. She said she did it unknowingly, and had cc'd her General Manager on the email. It's now evening and there has been no reply from the GM.

Meanwhile, I woke up at 5am to a bite on my shoulder - I found a bug on my blanket and squashed it. It was full of my blood. Later I researched its shape and it seems it might have been a bed bug or a flea. The bites are swollen and huge. I showed the bites to the front desk staff and she said nothing. I encouraged her to tell housekeeping. When I got home, and over the next few days, I had more large swollen bites and some little red bites too.

Never going back, that's for certain. Not worth the $125/night.

DONT GO HERE!!! Never been to a more disturbing place. It is so disgusting that you can see how dirty everything is and especially the food is revolting! Management don’t even know what’s wrong with the hotel. Me and my partner left so quickly didn’t even stay there because we saw mattresses getting hung outside and bed bugs on the bedding, food that wasn’t even cooked!!

This hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot, all over the world. No towels, loud air conditioner, no TV, dirty, no toiletries ... more like a concrete cell than a hotel room. No elevator so we had to shlep our heavy bags up a flight of stairs. No offer to help. It is directly across from the airport, and the cabbie charged us $20 US for a two minute car ride. Said he didn't have any change. So we felt ripped off from the very start of our hotel stay. And it only got worse.

It’s looking more runndown than I remember but COVID has been tough on us all. The restaurant has closed but you can get food at the Gateway hotel a five min walk away. Rooms were clean, water was hot and the beds very comfortable. For the price a good value as long as you are looking for a hotel primarily as a place to sleep

Very pathetic place to stay. I stay there for 3 days with mu family and they are the worst hotel I have been to. No towel provided, no soap, no shampoo....the tv is not working and they hardly come to clean the room.
This will be the last time and would not recommend it either.
