Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Worst ever hotel and staffs with loaded to attitudes. Their food is like menu says something else and they serve something else. We ordered lamb shank which comes with mash Potatoe but mash potato seems like white potato curry full of pepper upon telling the staff there was like no difference and their pizza were sougy. Pools are rili dirty.

Do not stay here! This was the worst part of my stay in Fiji! I only was booked here by my travel agent due to last minute rescheduling due to food poisoning delaying travel, and this was the only place she could find for a reasonable price near the airport - avoid this hotel at all costs! Firstly, the room absolutely STUNK! It reeked so bad despite opening the balcony door and using the fan, and I asked the reception for air freshener but it didn't help at all. The bathroom smelled worse; I had to hold my breath when I used it. The room also wasn't clean. They didn't answer the phone when I dialled for reception several times, and when I went down to speak with them in person, they were not very friendly or easy to deal with - the nicest person was the man who brought my bags to my room, then later fixed the balcony door that wouldn't lock. The walls were paper thin and I heard banging, shouting, voices, etc all night long so barely slept. I asked reception if there was "quiet time" e.g. 10pm, which is pretty standard in hotels, but no they don't. My dinner at their restaurant was absolutely awful and I sent it back to be redone, then barely ate what did come back out as it was practically inedible. I got my breakfast to go due to an early flight but most of that went in the bin too. Even the transport company picking me up from here couldn't get a hold of the hotel to confirm my pick up. All around just a no-go and an uncomfortable stay for so many reasons.

No frills apartment-block style hotel building in a remote section of Nadi, but next to a McDonald’s and w/large in-house Chinese restaurant. Large, sparsely decorated rooms, but NO cable service - only limited local free to air. On the plus side, clean, good staff attitude, and nice rooftop pool.

What an amazing stay! Nice and close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast isn’t anything special but it’s included, the room was beautiful with a great balcony, very good aircon, a decent hairdryer, bar fridge, good wifi…and the ROOFTOP POOL. I was really impressed with this stay!!!

We spent one night here after arriving in Nadi. It is close to the airport, has onsite dining and a roof top pool. The staff are friendly. I did inquire about parking since we were planning to hire a car and drive to Pacific Harbour the next day. They said they didn't have parking, but they actually do. Instead we took a taxi from the airport then another taxi back to the airport the next day to get a car. The pool and bar on the roof top were the highlights. Really good views. Every room also has a balcony. The breakfast buffet was really good and having the chinese restaurant onsite for dinner worked out great!

Checkout with Elizabeth ruined holiday. She didn't aplogise for anything, was on the phone to 'boss' Alex for 30 mins. I showed her a pic of insects on my food within 2 mins of me putting it on table in room AND my card was cloned. No apology, no discount for **** food. I am reporting hotel to ANZ fraud team. I was I'll for 48 hours when there, only figured it was lack of hygiene when photographed on final night. 1 member of staff wouldn't even let me step outside to ring my bank (as the wifi was so rubbish). Single woman, traveling alone, utterly appalled by Elizabeth this morning. Absolute disgrace!

Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, brilliant breakfast (not complimentary), pretty cool views from the roof. Good air con, towels, towels, towels and more towels! Pool on the roof! Bar on the roof. Good fridge in room. Shower big and nice (perfect for couples!) Good comfy bed. Chinese restaurant right next door. Nice room. Bug free. Not pro or con. Pool is not heated so cold even in the afternoon, also not well chlorinated and only filtered in the morning so the earlier you use it the cleaner it is. The infinity pool idea doesn't quite come off. The gym is TINY. Fan in room disconnected although not needed because of Aircon. Balcony very small. One of the 4 McDonalds in Fiji is a 2 minute walk away. Pool (and roof bar) furniture is a bit old and battered. Cons : WiFi constantly disconnects and is patchy and slow. No folder with hotel services this is only on a text service on the TV which is very hard to use and the instructions on the wall are incorrect, didn't work at all in my kids room, the live TV constantly freezes. Laundry service very expensive. Spa appears to have been closed for months if not longer. Not close to town (a hot, dusty, not very scenic 15-20 min walk), or the beach (35 min walk - in this heat!) or the airport (15 min drive or 1 hr 20 min walk). No travel centre and literally no leaflets or any info at all on tourist attractions. Only a couple of sunshades for those sunbathing next to the pool. Didn't put my kids in a room on the same floor let alone next door! There seem to be a lot of idiots running around late at night, not the best if you have to get up early for a tour the next day. I get the impression this place is more aimed at business people than tourists.

This Hotel is the first hotel development by Pincheng Investment (Fiji) Ltd, a subsidiary of Dongcheng Investment Company Pte Limited from Zhejiang province, China written by Sun (Fiji) News Pte Ltd. No stars. is actually less than or equal to 0. I think Booking.com should do more research on the hotel and post the information, and the photos are fake. I felt that it was difficult to trust such a sloppy hotel intermediary. Please check the bad reviews of this hotel. I am seeing the same thing here and there.  (1) Despite the contract that payment was made at the local hotel, it was withdrawn from the debit card before check-in. In addition, the payment amount is different from the contract amount with Booking.com, and it is a fraudulent charge. It is unknown when this money will be returned. (2) On the first day of my stay, there was a fraudulent charge debited from the hotel to my debit card. I asked the front desk many times, but I didn't get an answer and I didn't get a receipt. I also don't know when I will get my money back. (3)Although I booked a twin room for two people, only one person's amenities are provided in the room. (Towels, amenities, cups, bath goods, etc.) They brought me a towel only once, but after that I left only one set after cleaning. (4) I reserved a room with a sunset view, but I can't see the sunset. There is no way you can see the sunset outside the window facing east. There are also photographic evidence. I think there was a price difference between the standard room, the mountain view room, and the sunset view room. I have applied for a refund, but I do not know when it will be refunded. (5)The plug of the air conditioner's drain hose is loose, and water is flooding the table and bed. (6)Regarding (5),the room was changed, but room number 329 → 325 The condition of the drain hose of the air conditioner did not change much, and it seemed that water would flood again, so I was afraid and could not use the air conditioner. (7)Even if I inquire about the fraudulent debit amount,"when comes maneger will answer"said staff but ...I do not receive an answer. (8)In the middle of the night there was a strange knock on the door, and I was scared. (9)Due to the structure of the hotel building, it seems that people can enter along the veranda, but the windows are not locked, which is a security problem. (8)and (9)were two women, so I was really scared.
