Pedro de Valdivia Norte neighborhood, where Ladera Hotel is located, has the perfect mix between neighborhood and city life. It still has the roots of its surroundings, which for years had a tranquility in the air and the opportunity to unwind. Set in an area which is today part of Santiago's cultural heritage, it is connected to the city via the Pedro de Valdivia Bridge. Hidden in these streets, there is a personal hotel that is looking to recover the experience of entering and leaving the city, but at the same time is connected with everything in its surroundings: picnic lunches, bicycle rides, theaters, cafes, restaurant, businesses, malls and trips through the park. Its design is in keeping with the neighborhood, with an avant-garde style, and inside, every detail has been thought about so that your stay is one that is never interrupted

Lovely small hotel with excellent, helpful staff. Did two stays there, each for two nights, arriving just before midday on the first occasion and approximately 1.30 am on the second. Both times we could access our room immediately. The hotel has a small licensed restaurant but no separate bar. The rooms had comfortable huge beds, a safe, coffee machine and a complimentary mini bar (with soft drinks). The shower and the loo were in separate frosted glass rooms with the wash basin just outside, but note these are not traditional ‘sinks’ with a plug but have continuously running water. I would like to reiterate how super the staff were in every way, helping and advising including printing off our boarding cards for us.

We had to stay here for three nights when our holiday was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. We were initially offered a room at the front of the hotel, which was a bit noisy, so we asked for a quiet room which was perfect. The breakfast was very good. The lounge area was very comfortable and perfect for swapping stories with fellow travellers who were also waiting to organise flights home. The rooftop pool and seating area was also very welcome and relaxing. The location seems very good although when we were there the local parks were all closed and so too were most of the restaurants, although we did manage to find a couple of good places for lunch nearby.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room at the back - the ones on the front suffer from noise from the busy road.

We were given an immediate friendly welcome in a modern, cool hotel, a chilled water whilst checking in,sitting in a lobby at tables with books on contemporary art. The rooms were lovely, clean, well designed, and we were given two end rooms that they were able to shut off, so our family had privacy but we could walk between rooms. The rooftop pool was an added bonus, and we tried out the free spa with lovely facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel. On our second visit a handwritten note and chocolate brownies welcomed us to our rooms, Lovely!

My wife and I recently stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, special thanks to Beatriz and also Valentina who were so friendly and looked after all our requests with a smile. Great facilities such as the rooftop pool and outdoor lounge area with incredible views, the main floor spa area with hot tub and steam room, and of course old school pinball machine in the lobby. We also took full advantage of the mountain bikes they offer and bikes all over the city. Location is excellent but again the staff and their personalized and sincere approach to serving their clients is what we appreciated the most.

This hotel is lovely, nice quiet location, perfect for relaxation after a day in the busy city. Great views from the rooftop pool, very close to San Cristobal, you can walk and take a cable car to the top, or hike, which is a lovely walk to the top.
Staff are excellent, so welcoming and no question is to big or small. Rooms are spacious and modern, and very clean. Water and other beverages are in the mini bar for free usage, and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast time wasn't concrete, so you didn't have to get up super early to have breakfast, they are very accommodating. All in all, this hotel is really lovely, with nice people, and everyone speaks English too.

This quality hotel is conveniently located in a safe area near to Cerro San Cristobal cable car station and to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and a very good shower in an open plan bathroom. All the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a good choice of food at breakfast. The rooftop pool is inviting, and the rooftop terrace is relaxing.

We recently stayed at the Ladera Boutique Hotel before flying back to the States. The hotel is in a very nice residential neighborhood within walking distance to a park and the main neighborhood with outdoor cafe's and shops. The hotel has a restaurant with a limited but very good menu, we ate there several times and the food was excellent. Due to Covid flying rules we needed a test before leaving for home and the hotel arranged for a test to be given at the hotel with results given to us with in a few hours. The hotel kindly printed our results for the airline.
Everyone that we interacted with at the hotel could not have been more helpful, so we highly recommend the Ladera Boutique for value, and outstanding customer service.

Very good accommodation situated in a quite, safe part of town close to the Cable Car on Mount San Cristobal. We were relocated here at the last minute to avoid the demonstrations occurring in the ncentre of town at the time and very much appreciated the location in this quiet residential area on the outskirts of downtown Santiago. Just sorry we could not take advantage of the rooftop pool!!

This is a perfect hotel! Javier at the front desk is an employee the company should do whatever possible to retain. He went above and beyond, shared a wealth of information, and was a pleasure to talk to every day. The hotel offers a simple breakfast with the option to order other food such as bacon and eggs which were delicious, the location is amazing with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance (Baco restaurant is one you do not want to pass up, as well as Giratorio the revolving restaurant), can walk to Cerro San Cristobal from the hotel. Javier arranged for a car to be dropped off at the hotel one day so we could drive to Casablanca Valley to visit wineries and then we headed to Valparaiso, which is a charming, cool seaside town. The rooftop of the hotel is great to relax in or swim or hot tub. We were having a drink at 9 PM on the rooftop and could only hear light traffic, no sirens or other loud noises. This is a very safe neighbourhood (Providencia), very clean hotel with great staff, I highly recommend staying at Ladera.

As the headline says, this hotel is beautiful. It was in a lovely location and the views from the room top are stunning.

The reception staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The same can not be said of the restaurant/serving staff. This hotel does not have a bar as such but there is several sitting areas in which to order a drink, be aware the waiting staff will do everything they can to avoid you. We had to go and find them several times and on one occasion ordered a snack and after over two hours we gave up and went to bed as they kept saying it was coming but it never materialised.

We are very concerned about the attention you received from the restaurant during your stay and it is a shame that all the service is affected by this. If you read others reviews you will see that this incident with our staff is not usual in Ladera We are very sorry for what happened during your stay and are reviewing the staff who were working during those days to take action. Thank you for giving us your feedback and help us improve the service.
