We needed to spend our first night near the airport since we needed to check-in the next day at 6:00 AM. I initially booked a hotel near the airport, but later changed my mind. This hotel was significantly more expensive, but was well worth the extra cost. Even though the off site airport hotels have free shuttles, we decided we would rather splurge for the convenience - and were glad we did! We arrived at 10:00 AM and were relieved when we got the okay to check-in early - this was great after a long overnight flight. Staff very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean with modern furnishings. The restaurant was quite good with Chilean specialties. I had the seafood with squid ink pasta that was very good. Remember, if you are going to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) you will probably have an overnight connection. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will need to begin the check-in process at 6:00 AM and this hotel is a few minutes walk to Terminal 1.

You can't beat a hotel attached to the airport terminal when you're there for one night to catch an early flight. In addition to the great location, the hotel has large clean comfortable rooms, a very helpful staff and a breakfast that starts at 5:00 am with a good variety of items. Was a real haven between travels.

The hotel is located approximately 50 yards (metres) from the International departures entrance, along a flat level road and crossing point.
Reception was great with several English speakers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
The room was excellent we had a large room with two beds and the bathroom was a typical Holiday Inn bathroom with toiletries. Wifi was good without being exceptional. There were several computers in the area close to reception with access to a printer. The keyboard is set up for Spanish to get the @ sign/key press Alt Gr key right hand side of the pace bar and Q at the same time.
Breakfast was served buffet style with a wide selection of food you shouldn't go hungry. We had a burger lunch and had to send back one burger as it was not raw on the inside. This was sorted quickly and amicably.
The hotel has a fitness centre and small pool. we didn't get to use the pool as there was a family in having great fun and we didn't want to spoil it.
We were allowed to stay after our 12 noon check out time and use the facilities before leaving for our 18.00 flight.
We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located at a short walking distance from the airport. It is practical to stay at this airport hotel especially for those who have one day layover in Santiago. Room size was huge, bathroom was partitioned in such a way that 3 individuals could use it at the same time. Beds were comfortable and room was clean & quiet. Customer service was friendly at every level and pricing was reasonable. Certainly would very highly recommend staying at this hotel to any traveler.

This hotel was the perfect place to rest between long flights. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable & WiFi worked great. I ordered soup, salad and fresh fruit from room service and it was delish. No shuttles needed to get to this hotel-just collect your bags and walk across the street. Easy!

In these panepidemic times I had a chance to remain for a while at “HolidayInn” at Santiago airport, Chile.
Room was nice, cosy and give you nice relaxation during your waiting time. Well-arranged and equipped with all needed items for short stay – WiFi signal is quite good and strong too. Bed is good, soft and gives you good moments, but personally I believe that will be no perfect for all as we have it different understanding for good beds – but more me was more than Ok! TV at the room is with channels which are related to this part of the World and most probably will be not so good for the most customers, but as I said – WiFi signal is good and you may use internet as streaming platform. View from the room is not a stunning, but ... what to expect in this area ;) ....
Restaurant on the ground floor is good and nice place to kill the time. Friendly and smiling personnel. Food by itself is well prepared and served, tasty and fresh. Deserts are … mmmmm Beer is chill and good ….

With 8 hours to fill prior to a 1:30am flight all we needed was a shower a short nap and some refreshments. As the only Hotel within walking distance of the terminal this was the only logical choice. Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms and well priced restaurant & bar.

A five minute walk from the international terminal. Very convenient. I’m confused by previous reviews saying it is a long walk because it is not. The price was expensive (I guess they have a “captive audience”) however it was great for a shower, a meal and a sleep before the final (long) flight home back to Australia.
Rooms are spacious and very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is hot with great water pressure which was like heaven after four weeks in hotels with poor water pressure and inconsistent water temperatures! The toiletries were good quality.
We ate in the bar where the food was very tasty.
Very good customer service across the whole building. I had an issue with my booking payment and it was sorted out quickly.
Although the price was on the high side I would stay here again if I had a long layover between flights.

One of the nicer airport hotels I've stayed in. And with crowded Santiago freeways and possible demonstrations, staying here the night before a morning flight is a great idea. Literally right across the street from the terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby/check-in area was a bit unusual: It had two glass doors separating it from the hotel proper, which require a room key to enter. A great security feature for a hotel so close to a busy terminal. Room has lots of things to like. Wall mounted luggage stand is wide enough for two suitcases. Comfy bed. Great blackout curtains. Very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Bathroom was well designed with a large magnified shaving mirror. There aren't a lot of good landside restaurant choices in the terminal, so we ate dinner at the hotel. Reasonably good, but nothing special. The morning breakfast buffet was worth the extra expense.

This hotel is literally a few steps from the airport terminal building, lovely at the end of a long flight! We have stayed there a few times on separate occasions and found the rooms to be of a high standard and quiet. The communal areas are relaxing and pleasant, the food good and staff helpful and attentive. Can't fault it.
