This hotel is very comfortable and after 6 nights I could easily stay a little longer.

Room was spacious with a morning view to the mountains, a large sofa, spacious clean new bathroom, comfortable bed with really nice bedding.

The most fun was a swim at the end of the day. Pool is not large and it's inside but surrounded by windows with a beautiful view. After the swim we'd sit outside on the spacious roof deck with a fantastic NE view of mts. We tried to spend ever afternoon there relaxing. It was best part of our stay.

We took the subway daily. Sometimes walking 20-35 minutes and sometimes taking the bus to the station. The hotel can tell you the numbers and bus station is right at corner of hotel. Very easy once you know the bus numbers. Bus portion did not increase total cost but you must have a BIP card with money on it.

On a negative note, although there is no smoking on the roof terrace, often people still would smoke despite signage (too limited in my opinion) and no ashtrays. And I was sure I smelled cigarette smoke in our room as I was trying to fall asleep 2 nights.

Also, hotel will not call the city official taxi for you. Only the hotel taxi service which is about 30% higher than Uber or black/yellow taxi.

The whole team was professional and courteous, even during difficult times. The installations were impecable and the food was delicious. We felt the safety and health of the guests and team were taken seriously and that was only the cherry on top.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Vitacura. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the view from the Sky Deck was great. The location was very good in a quiet and attractive area with a number of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Not very beautiful, kind of out dated but with a nice system to check in, in which the person respects your needs (not all of them, but some). Housekeeping is kinda pushy with cleaning every day, which is annoying. I mean, you rent a room, you want to use it, not be led out every day to clean obsessively. Windows don't open, which is not nice. No fresh air. I think I like it but needs updating. Did not enjoy being charged taxes for being chilean, when tourists are not charged this. In nice places, they help their locals.

Finding blood on sheets after housekeeping's appearance is unacceptable. For a long stay, some of the staff seem more interested in making the stay unwelcoming that giving thanks for clients that give them business. Paying for the stay is complicated and can lead to double charges, if you do not pay attention. AC sucks, does not work properly. Some staff are nosy and out of place, should mind their own business. Housekeeping demanded to enter room every day, even though covid restrictions and would not respect personal items or privacy, while not being able to actual clean well (always excuses to leave room not well done). Also, housekeeping would use information of client's wishes to make stay unpleasant. The hotel is not for guests, it's for the staff. Noisy, unwelcoming, food is fattening, There's no privacy or respect for personal items.

We went for a weekend stay just so we could relax a couple of days. Everything was underplanned. The pool had a maximum of 4 people (because of the pandemic). But one family spend like 4 hours on it so nobody else could use it. The waiter at the restaurant was never available so it was hard to order for anything and also it was hard to ask for the check because no one was there for like half an hour.... we are going to leave asap

This Hyatt was in a nice part of Santiago that was very walkable to restaurants, markets, and fairly close to San Cristobal. The staff was efficient and nice. I want to take a moment to comment on how hard the cafe staff seems to work. There was a man working breakfast bussing tables and restocking the buffet and he was still there in the evening and waited on us when we came in late and were too tired to go out. So props to him!
My only negative was that my bathroom had kind of a mildew smell and when I asked my friends if their rooms had the same issue, they said yes. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Very friendly staff and they made you feel you at home. Sara at front desk was exceptional. Great breakfast staff who made breakfast items are always even though it may get crowded at times. Great location, close to a bus stop. The view from breakfast 12 th floor and 13 floor was awesome. Breakfast has an omelette bar which you typically don’t see at Hyatt places in US

We used points to stay at the Hyatt Place Vitacura, and what a great value this property is! It's a beautiful, modern hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds. The included breakfast is delicious and has enough options to make anyone happy. The staff is so friendly and was able to speak with us in both English and Spanish (good practice for us all!). Highly recommend.

I've lost track as to how many times I've stated here now! But this time it was a little different as I stayed with my partner for Xmas.

The hotel, as per previous stays, did not disappoint! The hotel is still in great shape. The staff are still all very helpful.

Christmas dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced! I was genuinely very pleasantly surprised!

I'll be going back!

Yes, we took a cab from the airport. It was $40 USD. We enjoyed the more "suburban" area. The city view from the hotel terrace is amazing. There are also great restaurants nearby.
