We arrived at the lobby and a letter was waiting for us with the key to our room and all the instructions. Since then, we had 100% privacy and comfort, without the need to worry about anything. Rooms are clean and room service was very efficient. Our room had a great view of Entel Tower. It`s located beside Passeo Ahumada, which is a great central spot. At the top of the building, there`s a charming swimming pool and an astonishing view of Santiago! I definitely recommend it.

Good/great position in the city. Has a good supermarket right across the road. Plenty of shops and streets vendors all around and a good selection of restaurants very nearby
On arrival we gave our paperwork to the gentleman at the entrance reception and he called the BMB manager down. We were then taken to the BMB office on the second floor for check in. Very efficient and friendly check in. However we were slightly early and our room wasn’t ready so he kindly held our cases until 2.30pm when we could have our room
We were escorted to our room on the 9th floor in the C block where the housekeeper was waiting. Unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish and she didn’t speak a word of English so the welcome was lost on us completely.
We were disappointed with the room. Although it’s serviceable it’s very basic. The kitchen area had a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a two ring hob. You would find it very difficult to cook anything, only one tiny frying pan and one pot supplied, nothing for the microwave and no cooking utensils at all! The breakfast is left in the fridge daily (bread, spread, jam, milk, juice). However if you don’t use what’s there it’s not replaced/topped up. The couple of tea bags supplied on day one never got replaced at all. Thankfully the supermarket has good opening hours
The portable air conditioning was a floor standing fan that we kept on high speed all the time and it really didn’t bring the temperature down just move the air around ( I saw 37.4 degrees recorded on the street display!) the room was unbearably hot all of the time
Good powerful shower, but again very basic bathroom, not even a shelf to put anything on. Liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was supplied
We tried to call the 24hr reception from the room phone several times but couldn’t get any connection at all (BMB reception was in a different block), apparently they allow a 10 min telephone call the Europe for free. Good included wi fi
I think there are 30 floors in all and on top is a swimming pool for the use of. Its very clean but very shallow (lovely and cold though). Excellent views over the city from the pool area
From what I could see this place has residential apartments and flats as well as holiday apartments. We could hear dogs barking out in the hall at times
Overall it was ok and met our needs just about for three days. It really needs air con though and the room in my opinion was not 4 star as it was sold to us by our travel agent more 2 star

This is an apartment style accommodation option, very centrally based in Santiago. Accommodation is not cheap in this city, but this place was great value for money. They provided a simple but sufficient breakfast in the room and while not flash, it's very comfortable and just across the road from a small Supermarket and several cafes and restaurants. Several key museums and city landmarks are also a short stroll from here.

However, the best part of our stay had to have been the outstanding service we received from Valeria and her super friendly team.

They went out of their way to help us, even organising a tour for us late one evening for the following day and came to meet us early in the morning to ensure everything went smoothly (our Spanish leaves a lot to be desired, so this was a god send!).

Oh; and the other bonus - the fitness centre is located on the top floor of this tall apartment building. So even if you don't want to use the gym or pool, make sure you get to the top floor...the pic shows what an awesome view you'll get!

Highly recommended!

Not as advertised, TV not hooked up to cable, no hair dryer, room not clean enough, found hairs in my bed and bathtub. There was no top sheet. Poor breakfast. No safety deposit box. Could not relieve WIFI. Finally, the toaster did not work. All these were advertised and were either missing or broken. Very poor value, there are much better places in Santiago for the same price. Only the location and views are great.

These are only a few appartments in a large building. There is no service, what so ever. There is no reception, you only get an envelope with the keys from a guard on arrival. There is no aircon and Santiago can get hot in summer. The rooms are small, there are not even bedside lamps. Breakfast consists of a few slices of bread, they leave in your room the day before. However, to say at least two positive things: views from our room were great and it was clean.

Room was unclean air con was a fan, breakfast (if you can call it that) was in a smelly fridge. Would NOT recommend. Location is not bad but would only be suitable for people who are not fussy and just looking to get their heads down for the night. There are no luxuries here.

This is not a hotel but more like an apartment accomodation with a few rooms in a large building. The main lobby men couldn't really speak English and told me the reception was on the 11the floor. After 20 minutes of lugging my bags around I found reception was on the 2nd floor in a small room in tower B. There were no signs. Neilson at reception was rather friendly with good English. The room itself was a bit dated, no hair dryer, safe was jammed door and my main door catch was a bit dodgy, with a loose screw needing tightening daily otherwise I couldn't shut the door, but overall was fine for my short stay. Neilson booked me a taxi for my departure who showed up promptly. The breakfast was bread and cereal with juice and milk in fridge. There was a supermarket accross the street too. Was not bad but not great either

Although the staff was very helpful (Nelson and Rafael), the apartment is very small, towels are not so clean, some were torn. Sheets were not changed after 3 days, the maid turn them around. No air conditioning and Santiago is hot during the spring / summer. Breakfast is very simple, some slices of bread, you will have yougurt, juice, milk, butter and jam in the small refrigerator. WIFI was working, the rooms were poorly cleaned during the stay, that lasted only 3 days. Not recommended.

We booked this hotel through BA website so expected it to be to a certain standard. No. Sadly not. Dirty flooring, feet filthy first day as we kicked shoes off on entering. Shower mouldy. Damp smell in there. The fans moved the hot air around the room. Sleeping was a problem. Bed comfortable though, that was something. Breakfast was a loaf of white cheap bread left in the room and few pats of butter and jam left in fridge with juice box and small milk carton. We left it and bought fruit and cereal. A total con. Location was good

If you want an apartment right in the centre of Santiago, this place is ideal. The kitchenette has just enough space and equipment to cook your own meals, Santa Isabel supermarket is literally across the road, and you are right in the middle of town. It is a bit noisy, which you would expect in the centre of a big city, but it is very convenient and comfortable. However, it is not very clean - there was dirt and accumulated dust everywhere. Santiago is quite an expensive place to stay, and the apartment we rented from BMB Suites was a reasonable price. Staff are really nice.

When we arrived, we asked at reception where the BMB office was, and they gave us very clear directions. It was also easy to find the apartment, the (small) pool and the laundrette. The wifi worked fine and there were good views from the roof terrace.
