Really enjoyed our few nights here. There was a mix up with our booking but it was sorted easily. 2 rooms as well. All the staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much effort for them. Just far enough from the noise to sleep well, but so close to wander down town. Great, modern, clean rooms. Good breakfast choices. The only thing missing is windows. You have a door but it would be nice to open a window at night. Wifi reception is poor in the rooms upstairs but fast downstairs.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m. We had check-in at 3:00 p.m. but they let us leave our suitcases so that's why we went early. At 11:30 a.m. we had the surprise that they called us that we could go because they had us The room was ready, that was wonderful, the room is true that it is small but for us, there were 2 of us, there was no problem with that, we couldn't hear anything from the continuous rooms and the hotel was always warm, which was appreciated since it was very cold , the room has air conditioning but it was never necessary to turn it on, the breakfasts are very rich, there is a lot of variety of fruits, cakes, yogurt, etc., they also have a 24-hour tea and coffee station, every day they clean the rooms like this After arriving from some tours everything was impeccable, the people who work at the hotel are all very friendly, checkout is at 12:00 but they allowed us to store our suitcases, use the bathroom and have some tea before the scheduled time. We had a flight (since it was at 6:00 p.m.) without a doubt we will return YES OR YES since our stay was wonderful

No warm water, forced room change

On feb 6 2020 at 7:30 am no warm water. We couldn’t take a shower. I went down and spoke with the reception person. He said we will fix it. But nothing happened. We had to leave without taking a shower.
On feb 4 2020 at 8:00 am the lady at the reception told me that we have to change the room. We had one double bed and one single bed in our room and a group of three would need our room. But we had booked such a room. We didn’t have time to pack our luggage because we had to leave for a tour. The safe was full with electronics and money. I’ve been staying in ca. 300 hotels in my life. But this didn’t happen before

The hotel is located on Colo Colo street, just a couple of blocks from the main gastronomic areas of Pucón. Due to its location, the best pubs are just 1 block away, something extremely convenient for those of us who travel to have a good time. The rooms are quite comfortable and the general service provided by the hotel is ad hoc to the price. The parking lot is 150 meters away, which must be considered, however it has enough spaces for guests.

Good location. Close to the center but not noisy. Clean, spacious room. WiFi worked well most of the time. Very good breakfast. Normally breakfast starts at 8, but let them know if you need it earlier and they will start breakfast service at whatever hour you like. I had a couple of 6:30 breakfasts. Laundry service available. No elevator, but there are rooms available on the gound floor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for two weeks while taking Spanish classes. Excellent choice for a moderately priced hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to a number of restaurants, and shops. The rooms are comfortable and clean, The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. There is no on site parking, but I found it easy to find parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is so nice... the decoration is amazing, they have a living room so lovely. The staff is so kind and breakfast is very good. The rooms are kind of small but really clean. Location is perfect... really walking distance to all Pucón center.

The hotel was rustic and very close, within a short walk from all the main shopping as well as the restaurants. It offered a good breakfast. The only down side was the barking dogs next door so I needed to use ear plugs to sleep.
