Su ubicación privilegiada lo invita a conocer la ciudad al estilo “Walking Tour” recorrer todo a pie. Bajo la necesidad de entregar a la comuna lacustre de Pucón un hotel con un concepto urbano, mezclando diferentes estilos y potenciando el trabajo de la mujer sureña; nace Hotel y Centro de Eventos Martina de Goñi, en diciembre de 2015. En el proceso de su construcción cuidamos cada etapa para lograr una arquitectura armónica y acorde con la identidad de Pucón. El hotel cuenta con 5 plantas que albergan 21 habitaciones, cada piso tiene su temática: Piso Patagónico - Piso Sueños del Pasado y Piso Sueños de Atardecer; la invitación es descubrir el concepto que da vida a cada una de estas temáticas.

We started our stay out poorly. Our travel agent had booked us a "standard" room, but it didn't have AC, and the window opened on to a main street. Not acceptable. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to a "superior" room (for $45 USD additional!) that was larger, had AC, and a beautiful view of the volcano.
The whole property had the feel of faded glory. Breakfast was decent, with eggs cooked to order. Everything was very clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very welcome. The AC worked great to keep us cool, especially at night. The rooftop patio had fabulous views of the city and volcano, especially at night. WiFi was fast everywhere. Location was just 2 blocks off the main street for restaurants, shops and bars.

Never have I had such exceptional customer service in a hotel. Cristina was amazing and helped us with restaurant and spa recommendations, she arranged difficult transfers for us with exceptionally kind drivers whom all spoke perfect english. She really set the 'high-bar' for excellence customer service in every way. Cristina made our trip to Pucon every better!! Thank you very much, Deb and Scott Biddinger

As you will have noted from this review's title, the staff were terrific - helpful and exceedingly pleasant. The hotel is quite new and, as a result, everything feels fresh and clean. The only criticism, and it is a mild one, is that the hot water (in both the shower and sink) took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. The location is on the edge of the center of town and, as a result, our room had a wonderful view of farm fields across the street, with mountains beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

This is a new hotel in Pucon. 5 minutes walking distance from beach, rest, etc. It is in a quiet street, so it is very comfortable to sleep there. Everything is new and of good quality! They have an amazing rustic jacuzzi on the rooftop, which is a must. The owners are very nice and on top of things. Basically, I rcomended 100%!

A really excellent hotel, quite new and very comfortable. Privately owned with the owner in attendance to ensure you have a good stay. All the staff are helpful and really friendly The roof terrace with hot tub and a view of volcano Villarica is a delight. It is situated on the edge of town overlooking open country so it is quiet but everywhere in Pucon is within walking distance.

We stayed one night here prior to starting a Trek Travel bike trip in the region. This hotel was totally delightful, from the quiet, well appointed rooms, to the breakfast and very helpful staff, who made an excellent dinner recommendation and booked a taxi for us the next morning.

Martina de Goñi is one of the standard Hotel in Pucon. There the personal are friendly, The breakfast was awsome and was serving on time. I recommand people to go and enjoy everything that Martina's team offer in other for you to see how great my experience was. Five stars *****

Beautiful hotel with spotless room and bathroom. Towels were perfectly white and soft. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location, close to endless choice of restaurants but not so that you hear the late night noise. The breakfast was in a sunny room of large windows, great way to start the morning. The breakfast itself was extensive and very good. Of note, we didn’t want to leave windows open all night as we slept and the only downfall is that the room was hot.

Staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate, within reason of course. They would also offer advice or tips for the area if we needed help. Rooms were very clean and organized and we were lucky to have an amazing view of a farm and mountains from our window. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooftop lounge is a great way to relax with views of the mountains, volcanos, and the main strip of Pucon.

Looks like a new hotel. Very clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Has roof top area next to inside bar/lounge. 5 minute walk into main restaurant area of Pucon. It also has a lift. Rooms are nice with enough space.
