It was a bit of a bumpy road to get to the Lake Lodge but we got rewarded with a magnificent view, an impeccable, beautiful apartment and a charming host! We visited the Lake Lodge for 2 nights and although it wasn’t the cheapest option we saw online, it was absolutely worth every penny: Guy is a very pleasent and loveable host, the pool with crystal clear water is a joy, the pristine landscape is stunning and last but not least the breakfast was the best on our whole trip in Chile. The only thing to be aware of is that in the apartment for 3 persons the master-bedroom is openly and directly connected with the living-room were the third person sleeps (for 2 persons this wouldn’t be an issue). Overall a great experience, we would totally recommend Lake Lodge to anyone visiting the region.

It also brings infos that are important (unpaved access road, open-room apartment), although there are indicated on all websites it's always good to remind them because I hate when it comes as a surprise to ours guests! We stayed at the Lake Lodge during our 5 days in Pucon. This place was perfect! Spacious rooms with a kitchen area that was great for prepping snacks for our hiking day trips. Breakfast was served daily and was amazing (I don’t normally eat breakfast but couldn’t help myself here).
Guy provided us with great recommendations on hiking, dining in the area, directions and more. He was so hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome.
Lake Lodge itself is so gorgeous. The view of the lake is spectacular. We loved watching the stars on the rooftop at night as well. The other benefit of this place is it is slightly as outside of downtown Pucon which allows you to relax much more than staying in the town itself. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Lake Lodge is in a stunning setting with a beautiful room, all the amenities you need, comfortable bed and a great homemade breakfast. Guy was so helpful, carrying our bags on arriving and helping with arranging taxis, advising on local restaurants and activities. He even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. The best place we have stayed in Chile. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had had longer. We would definitely recommend.

We intended to just use the lodge as a base for outdoor activities but chose to spend a bit of time at this exceptional retreat. The landscaping was artful, the pool stunning, the rooms simple but well-appointed and immaculate with gorgeous views. And the owner, an accomplished artist, showed us great hospitality and was very helpful (and provided excellent restaurant and mountaineering recommendations).

Great rooms with an excellent breakfast. Recommended for travellers with transport as it’s a few km out of town. Highly recommended accommodation with a great pool overlooking the lake. The owner was extremely helpful with tips for hikes and restaurants etc

Guy, who runs Lake Lodge, is an amazing host (and artist) who was extremely helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The view of the lake from the lodge, especially during sunset, should not be missed.

We treasured our one-night stay in Lake Lodge during our honeymoon — we wish we had stayed longer! The views from the room (pictured) were breathtaking, the grounds were drenched in hydrangeas and meticulously maintained, and the selfie-worthy infinity pool was just the icing on the cake. Mauro had great dinner recommendations and cooked up a tasty breakfast to set us on the road in the morning. It’s a dream location — we hope to visit again for someday!

Javier and Pamela's attention was spectacular. You can see their dedication in every detail, in the breakfasts, the bread, the help to book tacos, etc. Excellent in everything. The incredible view.
