We have visited these cabins several times. The place is a dream, incredible view of the volcano, large grounds. Prudently isolated cabins. A separate point is the pool, very clean and in the middle of trees with a view of the araucarias on the horizon. The attention of the owners is a 10, everything is very organized, they leave breakfast very early every day and the change of towels does not fail. They accept pets.
Impeccable cabins, high-speed wifi and cable TV. Perhaps the only point to improve would be the bathroom, which, although impeccable, has a very small shower.
We will return without a doubt.

Excellent cabins in gated area in the perfect location with beautiful view of Villarica Volcano from your porch. Cabins are very clean, spacy, and well-equipped. This property isn't attended, when you park your car in front of the closed gate (left), please pay attention to the bell/intercom at the right gate. If you don't speak Spanish, translate app is a must.
Thank you Cristián!

The hotel is excellent. The cottage is very comfortable and reserved, which gives us a sense of privacy even more. The view from the chalet points to the volcano. Amazing!!! The hospitality of the couple who received us was fantastic and our family felt at home. We intend to come back as soon as possible.

I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special.
Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!

My wife and I really struggled with where to stay for the Chile portion of our honeymoon, so we just picked the #1 Trip Advisor pick for Pucon. Not only were we satisfied with our choice, we were blown away! Mirador is, quite simply, paradise. The cabins are private and far apart, set on the side of a lush pasture hill. The host, Christian, realized a lifelong dream in building Mirador, and he is eager to share that dream with his guests. In just one of our days at Mirador, we climbed Volcan Villarrica, spent an afternoon drinking beers in the sun in Pucon, then retreated to our Mirador getaway, where we soaked in the amazing hot tub, grilled food on our deck, watched the sheep and birds, and saw the sun set over the volcano we had just climbed. Then we relaxed in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove and watched satellite tv in Spanish. We count it as one of the greatest days in our lives.
Mirador is set a ways out of town, which I think you will appreciate in Pucon's busy season. Regardless, with a rental car, the distance is not a problem, and most of the great things about the area (e.g., the termas) require a drive anyway. Load up on groceries and beverages early on so you can cook meals to eat on your deck. We were there in the shoulder season, so the place was very quiet, but in the summer I'm sure the guests are always busy with the zip-line, mini soccer pitch, rope swings, hiking trails, pool, and other amenities Christian has built.
We fully intend on returning to Mirador someday, and hopefully bringing along family and friends to experience this magical place.

Nice, family-friendly wooden cabanas on a hill overlooking the volcano. Comfortable, rustic vibe with simple, hearty breakfast included. Nice outdoor pool and a reasonable effort on the heated pools and plenty to do for young kids. Cabanas equipped with everything you need for a short break. Managed by owners who take evident pride in their resort and reputation and go out of their way to be helpful. You need a car as for most of the Pucon region

+1
I was very surprised this place wasn't better given the previous reviews. I write this review through the lens of what we paid to stay here which was over CLP 200,000 per night for a larger cabin. At that price range I expected much more.
However, there are some real positive headlines about this place (the amazing view being one) but I think it is let down by the details.
I had the feeling that insufficient money has been reinvested in the business resulting in some areas that require attention and that affected the experience.
1. the bathrooms need refurbishing as they are tired and have mold in the tile joints
2. The outdoor pool looked green and had weeds around it. There is also an indoor heated pool which I didn't see.
3. The football nets are made of chicken wire which is broken and punctured our ball :)
4. The bed sheets appear old and in need of replacement
5. The kitchen furniture is a bit tatty and the water heater is very noisy and close to your head when doing dishes
6. The wifi has a sign on process like you have at airports which disconnects you are a while. We also struggled to get all our devices connected at the same time (kids won that particular battle!). Not a major issue of course, rather a minor irritant.
7. Chipped crockery. Again not a major issue but perhaps symptomatic over attention to detail.
8. The condition of the dirt road that leads to the complex is deteriorating although much of it won't be controlled by the complex so probably not much that can be done.
Things are not all bad by any stretch of the imagination. I don't mean to paint a purely negative picture. There were some nice touches such as the log burners being full and ready to light (these do a great job of heating). Security is also very good with fencing, cameras and entry gates (it's also off the beaten track which helps too). We had a flat screen TV with cable.
The view is of course beautiful and it makes up for a lot but not enough for me to return.

We want to thank you for having stayed with us and also for your comments, which we value a lot, as it allows us to correct and improve our services, which is what characterizes us and values our guests who visit us permanently. We are very sorry to have failed to meet your expectations and we are already taking action to correct. We are very pleased to know that the heating system, the security system and the beautiful view of the Cabañas were found positive. Cristian y Graciela

Up a narrow dirt and rock road that was carved from the surrounding hillside, lie these cabins. Made entirely of wood, using propane for cooking and hot water, these cabins are in direct sight line with the "newly" erupted Villerica volcano. Facilities are a bit small, beds are comfortable, and you get free breakfast. They have a gas stove and oven, as well as a good sized refrigerator. Sheep will roam through the entire facility, as well as magpies, condors, and the occasional cow (if it gets loose). Three hot tubs (one is larger), one outside pool, playground/rockwall/sandbox/pingpong table (for the kids or the "kid at heart") are available. A very short hike into the woods nets you black raspberries and peaches (and other fruit). They have an orchard, as well. Be careful getting up the dirt road to the facility (particularly at night); its easy to get lost and stuck in the dirt. WiFi is available in the hospitality house only (they need to upgrade to 802.11ac). Water is from the Andes aquifer, and is supposedly safe to drink. You can't take long showers here, due to the "on demand" small water heater. Pucon is about a 1/2 hour ride away, and Caburgua is about 10 minutes. Hot springs, rafting, fishing, and hiking is 10 minutes away.

This is my third time traveling in Chile and the very first time I am really loving it.
People of this part of Chile seemingly are wealthier. Pucon is a nice city and the Mirador has amazing facilities. The jacuzzi, hot tub , the zip line, and other facilities are very nice.
