Aldea Naukana has its own identity. It stands out for its innovating architecture, where height design mixes with curves and ‘Palafitos’ (stilt houses), different types of native wood, together with other organic materials like colihue (Chilean bamboo) and willow, as well as volcanic rock and stones from several locations in the south of Chile. All these combine creating different textures and sensations within a privileged vegetation, unique in downtown Pucon.

I loved my stay at the Aldea Naukana so much that I ended up extending it. The rooms have a lot of character and warmth. They are the perfect place to hang out for the inevitable rainy day in Pucon. On a sunny day, there are great views of the volcano and town from the roof of this hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast - which they delivered to my room to allow for social distancing.
However, what really made my stay here special was the people who worked here. Oscar, the manager, was very helpful with arranging my stay and answering my questions. I especially have to recognize Mico at the front desk for his 5-star service and advice on exploring Pucon. He really went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable and relaxing stay. This is the type of hotel where one leaves with not just great memories, but also friendships.

Great boutique hotel built from many natural building materials - mainly wood. A few little things aren't optimal, but that's a smile. The rooms are well equipped, the breakfast good and the staff very friendly.

Let's start by the exterior secluted a bit but all earthly materials and modern design. It's located in town but not in the centre. Service nice but not pushy, breakfast was nice and made with care. I only give a very good because of the seize of the room and practicality when it comes to storage of luggage. Otherwise super great place.
Ps; if you go up to the hot tub on the roof you can see all the stars at night.

The pluses are imaginative design. There is a lot of open space on the property. The design is modern wood. The staff was excellent.
Minuses, there is really no place to sit comfortably in the rooms. The bed was comfortable, but difficult to get in and out of. This would be quite difficult for seniors or anyone who does not walk or climb stairs well.
I feel this is a case of too much design over comfort and practicality
With the beauty of Pucon, I would have preferred something closer to the heart of town

My husband and I stayed here whilst back packing around Chile on honeymoon. They hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, and near some fantastic restaurants including La Maga and Cassi's (both worth a visit!). Despite being close to town the hotel was very quiet! The hotel is beautifully designed with gorgeous rooms, it feels like you're staying in a tree house! The rooms were exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was just lovely! The staff were very helpful and amenities, including two small communal lounges, were good. Breakfast was great but be ware the eggs are salty! I booked a massage which was good value and excellent. Overall definitely worth a stay if you're in Pucon. Great hotel.

This is a truly lovely place to stay- close to the restaurants and shops ( within 3 blocks-10 mins walk) but set to the side on a relatively quiet street. The rooms vary a bit in size but they are carefully designed and the wood construction is in keeping with the total idea of calm and relaxation. There is a SPA and hot pool and a number of small rooms on the ground floor to sit and read. Wifi is pretty good throughout. Above all the staff are really helpful and the spoken English is very good. One other feature is the very good Asian fusion restaurant which is connected to the Hotel but not a formal part of it. We eat there twice and the service and food is very good quality. We were not originally booked into this hotel and it was a last minute change- very pleased that we did though!!

I have only warm words about the Aldea Naukana hotel in Pucon.
The location is great in the center of town, and the rooms are cool and gives a warm feeling.
But the best aspect of staying in this hotel is the great staff. The staff are always smiling and willing to assist to your needs - real treat.
The only con I have to say is the breakfast times. In a town with much activities, where most starts before 8, it is much needed to think about making it earlier than 8.

I love this hotel. We couldn't have had a nicer experience. We stayed for 4 nights on the second floor with a view of the garden. The shower is the best so far in all of our hotels in Chile. There is a free sauna to use and a hot tub on the roof you can reserve with a spectacular view of the volcano. It's all in the details and the Aldea Naukana didn't disappoint. Breakfast was served every morning in our room. The coffee on the first morning was OK (probably Nescafe) and the desk clerk overheard me later asking our guide to take us to a coffee bar for a cappuccino. The next morning we were served french press coffee with breakfast. It was still weak but hey, it's the thought that counts!! On the last morning we left earlier than when breakfast was served and they gave us sack lunches to go. The hotel is peaceful and quiet yet a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops in town. I highly recommend the Aldea Naukana!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It is close to the centre of town but still quiet. It has a Balinese feel to it with lush gardens and lots of wood. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. The rain shower was wonderful. The breakfast was very good with eggs cooked on request and freshly squeezed juices. The staff were very friendly and helpful I’d stay here again. Pucón is a great base for the fabulous national parks and the many local natural thermal baths

"There are rooms to the side and to the front of the hotel. We were in a double on the side and this proved a little noisy with people sitting outside the Restaurant but was quiet thereafter. We then had a smaller twin room facing the street which was fine. On balance we preferred the larger room"Read full review
