I was with my family in the month of February, we had to witness arguments between employees and we received unkind attention from the receptionist. Very basic breakfast, lack of plates, cutlery, and little variety of foods. Only one operational jar, the others not available in the season. Good ubication.

The breakfast is very very poor, there is a lack of more staff in this service, since there is a person who clears the table and then replenishes it, there is not much variety in this service and there is a lack of immediate replacement for the value and in relation to the category of the hotel this service should be improved

This hotel with some like 40 rooms has an excellent location if you want to park and not drive to the beach nor any restaurants. Also has a great terrace looking at the Volcano. Great alternative. Amd one of the best in pucon.. very decent nreakfast amd you can ask for an omelete or egg your way. All included. I would add an expresso machine for us the coffee adicts

Pucón is located in the south of Chile, in the Chilean Lakes Region or if you prefer, in the middle of the Chile Volcano Route. The town is on the banks of Lake Villarrica, near the Volcano of the same name, welcomes thousands of tourists annually who go in search of radical sports and high gastronomy. I stayed at Hotel Pucón Indomito, good location, comfortable room, very good breakfast and cordial service.

This midsized hotel was perfect for us. It was in the heart of downtown, a few blocks from the lake, restaurants and shops. The rooms were luxuriously comfortable, with a turndown service that came with these delicious little cakes, There is a rooftop deck with views of the volcano and lake.Breakfast was included and they have an espresso machine so coffee was good. The staff were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for dining.

The room was spotless, the breakfast has good options, the hotel people were friendly. The hotel is well located in the city so it is very practical. For improvement: We were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and massage services during our stay were not available.
