Excellent hotel.
Located in the middle of nature, with a beautiful view of the Villa Rica volcano, in the “middle” of the tourist attractions, 5 minutes to the center of Pucón by car.
Ample parking and always available for its hotel capacity.
Its rooms have the characteristic of always welcoming you like the first day, that is, excellent room service, every day clean towels, hygiene items such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, plus a 5-star cleaning service, added that they had the pack and play crib service, with mattress, bedding and pillow.
Its very friendly workers, I traveled with my 11-month-old son, always ready to heat his food, wash his special dishes, with a tremendous willingness.
The pool area, very pleasant for a moment of relaxation for both adults and families, offers the towel service for its use, providing tremendous comfort, since you always have dry and clean towels.
Its restaurant offers a very up-to-date menu in gastronomic trends and availability of direct service at the pool.
The buffet breakfast, very rich, everything in the right measure, a variety of sweet and savory dishes, always waiting to replace any supplies that run out.
Its accesses are mostly enabled for the use of a car or wheelchair, a very important point when traveling with children.

Rated my 5 day stay at this hotel 10/10.

We came 4 nights with 2 young kids. The hotel is fairly new, great park, nice architecture, bur sadly like in many other places in Chile the staff and the service was terrible. First time in my live after 30 years traveling that a Hotel wanted to charge for early Check In for arriving at noon!!!! Then, restaurant service after 2 nights dinning there, took 1 and half hour to arrive the dishes. The place was not ready to attend a full capacity long weekend...many other people just left the place when dinner was taking more than an hour. It looks like one cook for a full Hotel...not expected for 4 star hotel.

At breakfast we asked for eggs not scrambled and the staff said was not possibly. Sadly another waiter brought fried eggs to the table next us. Surprisingly depends on who you talk on how things get done in this hotel. Like many other places in Chile, staff don't make decisions to serve better clients.

Very dessapointing. We are finishing our staying and hope all goes well the rest of the days. Think it over if you want to come here. Not value for money

Anyway, we are finishing our staying soon

Hotel with a beautiful garden, very comfortable beds and a good size room. In general very clean and remodeled bathrooms. In general, the comfort is good. The staff lacks friendliness, not very cordial, they lack training in customer service (reception). We ordered a box since we left early because we traveled to Argentina and the truth was very good (a dry ham cheese crumb bread, a watts juice, a child's cereal and the only thing that was delicious was a small brownie). The location is good for us because it is closer to the international road, but it is far from the center if you are going to stay in Pucón. They have some jars that you can use by paying separately.

Nice hotel, with everything a guest could wish: Pool, garden, restaurant, excellent staff, ...

BUT: The lobby is not very inviting, with TV running like in a cheap bar and cables hanging from the wall. This does NOT fit into a 5*hotel.
AND MOST IMPORTANT: The ROOMS: Are praised as cosy and warm, BUT: We did not like them at all. There are tiles on the floor, a bed, and a TV, that was it. Absolutely NO decoration, nothing that makes you feel warm, at home or cosy. Just practical. The bathrooms are modern and nice, that´s true, but the closets seem old and need renovation, as well as the hallways, which don´t have any decoration or welcoming flair either. We went away after looking at everything, because we could not imagine to sleep well and fell comfortable in this place.
May have 5*, pool, top cuisine and everything, but what is this worth, if you feel like staying in a very expensive box?

We get to the hotel and in order to have a queen bed instead of two singles, we were told we needed to pay $35 extra per night. Seems the room would be bigger but why cant you just put a queen bed in the room?

Then we were told repeatedly that we should buy a meal plan for about 10000 pesos per meal, because lunch or diner in town would cost at least 20000 pesos. We then go to town and eat fairly well for about 7000 pesos.

The grounds are nice but there are sprinklers everywhere. Breakfast was almost ok, but we had to insist that the egg tray be refilled. Coffee was watered down.

I guess this place is ok if you travel not expecting much from the hotel and just want a bed.

We just spent a week here over the Christmas holiday and loved it. This was our second stay and the staff remembered us and gave a warm welcome on our return. English is not spoken
as well as you would find in a larger city but with a modest effort and google translate, we had no problem.
If you require all hours room service and constant attention, this is not the place for you. The staff is small but welcoming and the dinners were excellent.
The grounds must encompass 30-40 acres and are beautifully maintained with many flowers and interesting plants . The snow capped Villarrica Volcano is part of the gorgeous view from the hotel grounds.
It’s like living on an estate in many ways.
We feel quite at home in this low key environment and look forward to returning next year.

The hotel is well located close to the downtown shops and restaurants but has spacious and meticulously maintained grounds (I would estimate 15-20 acres) giving the feel of staying on a rural estate with a view of the Villacara Vulcan (Volcano) no less!. The staff is somewhat limited on english but tries very hard to please and have been been warm and welcoming all week. The food is quite good. It is well presented and the service is outstanding. We have been here for five nights and could not have had a better experience. Contrary to theTravel Advisor website, this hotel does have free high speed wi-fi which I am using to write this review.
Delighted to give this hotel the highest rating.

The Pucon Green Park Hotel was great! Jessica, Pablo and Christina at reception, who all spoke English, were very friendly and helpful, especially in changing our reservation when we had to leave a day early. The rooms are fantastic! Big with beautiful views and some with either patios or balconies, very comfortable beds, a mini fridge, free wifi, and a fabulous 5 headed shower -- perfect after a day of hiking. There are hair dryers available at reception. Breakfast is included and has a nice selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, cheese, ham and cafe' cafe' (real coffee!). There are bikes available for pedaling into town (about a 10 minute ride) on the bike path which parallels the road. Or a pleasant 20 minute walk along the sidewalk. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, quiet and peaceful, and there is also a large swimming pool.
