Excellent thermal baths, beautiful scenery and privileged surroundings. Very good pools. The bad point: the restaurant for 22,000 a lousy lunch, a tartare starter of dwarf tuna and badly dressed, then the worst risotto I have ever eaten with two shrimp and two mushrooms. A nougat to dessert wine that was like a half-warm cream sweet and dyed. A can of Coke at 2,900. I would go back to the baths but certainly not spend that money (for 5 people) on lunch that nobody liked

We were picked up in Pucon and enjoyed the ride through the woodsy areas to get to the spa. There were both indoor and outdoor heated pools of differing temperature. One of the indoor pools was adults only. I was with my husband and another couple, and we liked having the option of a quiet adults only pool. But our favorite pool was one of the outdoor ones that was surrounded by grass and trees. I was quite satisfied with the dressing rooms. We were given keys for lockers and there were good hot showers. We ate in the dining room and I wasn't impressed by the food. But our overall experience was very positive.

Good thing to do on a rainy day, didn't have any treatments as staff Didn't speak English - overall nice but 2 hours is enough time there , the pools were clean enough and the adult only pool was great

My visit before last (10 years ago) was very good. That’s why we decided to return. It was expensive, the place was poorly maintained and the water was dirty!!!!! It is a shame to have a place privileged by nature in so bad shape. We will not return!!!

Was very disappointed with our visit here. Staff were incredibly rude, except for the lady who ran the spa who was lovely. The changerooms were dirty and too small for the number of people. Overall not a place I would recommend

We went there with our newborn daughter and some friends. The didn't tell us upfront that 1 of the main pools was in maintenance and that the 2 outside pools were cold water. That left us with 2 small inside pools whose water was not as hot as expected. The facilities were nice but not saying that upfront made us feel cheated. There was no availability for massages or spa services when we visited (mid April), and there was no wifi at all for clients. We payed basically for a pool access 14000 CLP which at the moment is approximately 22 USD. I am not saying you shouldn't go at all, just ask everything you want to know beforehand, so you don't get conned.

This place was a disappointment. Unclean, both the water and the dressing rooms. The water was not very warm and was cloudy. Very pretty bar ...but overall, not a good experience. Filthy floors and bathrooms.

We have been to a few of the thermals around Pucon and yesterday visited Menetue. It is a nice looking spa complex but the pools were dirty, like a bath after I have exfoliated.
I don't usually write bad reviews but I wanted to let other people know as I was very disappointed and couldn't stay in the water, it was like being in someone elses bath water. It just doesn't seem like the water is being filtered.
Also the outdoor pool was cold.

Great place to spend a rainy day. There is a decent range of spa treatments and various heated pools. The blue pools (child friendly) were a little dirty so this detracted from the experience somewhat. Restaurant service was also extremely slow and understaffed.
