Our family spent four nights here and everything was perfect! The room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. The location was ideal, on a quiet street and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. Breakfast was one of the best we've had: homemade breads and cakes, waffles and eggs made to order. The owner was always around, did most of the cooking herself and speaks perfect english. There was a beautiful shady garden in back with couches and a hammock as well as plenty of indoor hangout space. We loved Pucon and would definitely stay at Hola Hostel if we ever get a chance to come back!

Awesome 10/10 experience! Hola Pucon is a friendly and cosy hostel with a wonderful host and an excellent breakfast. On arrival, we were immediately upgraded (complimentary) from a regular room to a large apartment, fully furnished with a comfortable king size bed, a hot shower, lounge area and fully-equipped kitchen. 10 minute walk from the main street.
The host speaks excellent English and is easily available to provide tips for the best nearby places to eat as well as assisting in organising tours.
The hostel boasts a charming and expansive public area adorned with modern art and comfortable furniture. The hostel also provides free bikes to use around the town.
The breakfast was vast and included eggs, cereal, yogurt, croissants, multiple fruits, cakes and more.
All of this for a very affordable price. We highly recommend!

Ignacia helpt her guests very good. On the first day we told her that we would leave everyday of our two day stay early. On the day she made an earlier breakfast. On the second day she provided us with a lunch pakket to take with us.
The hostel is near to all restaurants in pucon and also near to the busstation. It was a wonderfull stay.

Cosy, comfortable and welcoming, this place was so good! We stayed 3 nights, it was quiet at night as it is located about 10 min walk from main road. Good breakfast and Connie went the extra mile taking us up to the bus station. We loved it here! I would thoroughly recommend this hostel.

We booked just a couple nights here and it was great location and place to kick up feet after day of rafting or climbing or whatever else Pucon has to offer. Stayed in a double bedroom with shared bath. It was quiet. Had nice shared space were we made our dinner one night as others did the same. And Ignacia was very welcoming and helpful to guide us when we needed it. Great breakfast too!

We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Hola Pucón. The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal and just a few blocks from the main street in town. We liked being in a quieter corner because we had two early nights and early starts during our stay. Both evenings Ignacia prepared breakfasts we could take with us and delivered them to our room. She was also so thoughtful in preparing hearty breakfasts that worked with dietary restrictions.
On our last night Consuela was so helpful in securing us last-minute transit to the Temuco airport.
The room was cute and clean, the bed was comfy, and our shower had great heat and water pressure.
The common area included a big kitchen with everything you could need.
I would highly recommend staying with Hostal Hola Pucón.

Pucon is a beautiful place and this Hostel is the cherry on the cake. It's in a really nice and quite neighborhood, the place is very nice, our room was spacious and well equipped, included breakfast is home made, fresh and healthy and dinner is even better. Price is more than fair and the owners are there for you, always ready to help, incredibly nice people. All my family loved it and we'll certainly go back there next time in Chile.

Hostel is located 3 or 4 blocks from the main street, Bernard O´Higgins, towards the lake. I was there in June 2017, and was the only guest being very well welcomed by their team. I was given a double bed, instead of a single I booked, bonus! Breakfast was well served everyday with specially heated bread and local produce.
