Among the Singapore accommodation groups in Guisangsang, its CP value is too high. It is located in downtown east. The facilities were great and check in process was very smooth. The rooms were very clean as well. Our guests could enter the premises and find their way easily and enjoy the barbecue facilities with us. The kids all had a lot of fun and we enjoyed our stay there as a family!

Booked this hotel as it was near Changi and we had a couple of long flights to reach Singapore so was keen to get to a hotel soon after landing. It is also a good budget option for staying in Singapore considering the price of hotels centrally. Bearing in mind the low cost, the hotel was very good. Rooms are not flashy but are clean and functional. The facilities nearby are very handy. It is twinned with a water park (Wild Wild Wet) which is outside the hotel entrance and you get a discount on the entry fee. This was a good day out which the children enjoyed. Also next to the water park is a shopping centre (Downtown East) which has many restaurants and some useful shops. There is an hourly shuttle bus to the local MRT station Pasir Ris, where you can take the train into central Singapore. Takes about 30-40 minutes. The staff are very friendly. Only slight letdown is not having a restaurant within the hotel for breakfast. There is a restaurant right next door which is independant, which does breakfast but there wasn't much food available and they didn't refresh items. They also closed about 30 mins before advertised.
However would be happy to stay at the hotel again in the future.

Booked the room for daughter’s birthday. Initially we booked a family room and wanted to have a bbq but upon enquiring, realised that it is not possible and we wrote in to change to a beach cove room.
Check in was easy. We were serve by Shah who is very helpful and even after booking and paying for the pit and then realised it was a distance from our room, Shah was helpful and eventually helped us cancelled the pit.
Unfortunately the room is a bit dated (photos taken looks better than real). The room smelled weird when we came in. The floor is also very sticky and dirty. Only bath towels (no hand towels), a bar of hand soap was given. Not even a box of tissue was found in room. There was a kettle and some coffee sticks. But tbh a room at this price with nothing given (no complimentary carpark either) is quite expensive.
The place is also a distance from downtown east. There is no direct link to walk over. Need to pay for WWW tickets which is quite exp even aft guest discount so please use NTUC membership for slightly better rates.
Most likely will not be coming back for beach cove rooms.

First impression, clean, spacious, clear signage with friendly front desk staffs.
With my family there for weekend gatherings. Kids enjoy the wild wild wet and other fun places. They spent two whole days having fun.
Easy to get food, and wide selection of food with reasonable pricing. Restaurant ranging from local, food courts to specialty.
Bbq pit was unexpectedly clean, with bins everywhere and easily reachable washing sins nearby.
Good place for future considerations.

We stayed here for the first time in mid-Jan for our kid’s birthday staycation. It is indeed a very basic hotel, probably 3.5 star.
The room was clean but the beds had no top sheet. We tried to call reception/operator for the 2 nights we were there but no one picked up the phone. They didn’t even have a tissue box available and only one form of toiletry (ie combined shampoo/body wash from a wall mounted canister). The balcony with clothes railing was useful to hang wet swimsuits.
We chose this “resort” for its proximity to Wild Wild Wet and didn’t realise it was also BBQ central. Both nights at the ground floor were literally hundreds of people having BBQ parties (see photos). Thankfully it was not that noisy after 10pm. But between 5-10pm, you can expect chaos and noise downstairs as their were many different families and friend groups downstairs. Nice to see gatherings after COVID but I guess we weren’t expecting hundreds of people gathered at the foot of our building.
We paid $300+ per night for a family of 4 in one normal room, hence I can’t say it’s value for money at that price point as I would’ve expected more from the hotel and the room. If the price point was less, then maybe I’d say it’ll be worth the casual stay.

Housekeeping team needs to ensure the balcony are locked upon completing the cleaning of rooms. When I checked in, there were two roaches roaming in the living room and toilet. After eliminating them, I had to rid of another lizard crawling around the sofa.

One of the best resorts/chalet i had with my family in a long time. We booked connecting rooms as my family is big, everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness in housekeeping, air con coldness, services provided, etc... Bbq pit is in tip top condition and you can never be scared of mssing anything for bbq like we always do as there is a convenient shop selling bbq equipments at the resort itself. In addition, walking distance to ehub and downtown east makes it even more wonderful. Would 100% recommend to others and would 100% have future family events here without a doubt!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Staff were lovely including the lady at the little convenience store onsite and the man hiring the bikes! Our room had 2 large beds for 2 adults and 1 child. Waterpark was great and great discount for guests with special access. Right next to mall and within close proximity to other malls! Room was big enough, huge balcony (on 3rd floor). Full size fridge and close to a nice walking track. We booked this hotel as the prices for hotels in city, or even close to city and Sentosa island were at least triple the price!
There are a few things that could use improvement/change/add etc the curtains were a tad dirty although nothing major, no pool which we knew upon booking obviously has the waterpark attached but can’t pay $20 a day to swim!, shower is not the warmest, and rooms should have a microwave, even for heating baby/child food etc.

Stayed here purely for overnight stay near airport given other hotels that were extortionist (typical of Singapore these days). To this end, it was perfectly fine. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. One gripe was having to catch the lifts to the rooms in the open air which is irritating in the heat and humidity. The other observation was a strange platform area in the room which was a complete waste of space. Having a lounge and/or a couple of chairs and a small table would make the room much more appealing and useful. Otherwise, it’s overall a good overnight accommodation option for a close airport stay, particularly if you refuse to pay the ridiculous hotel rates that seem to be the norm in what is now a rather unaffordable country to visit.

Hi Su L, please be informed that 1 additional child below the age of 12 years old can stay for free provided he/she uses the existing bed and amenities.
We downloaded the Grab app and used it to get to and from the airport with no problems. Taxis also are plentiful.
Hope you enjoy the hotel more than we did!
