A very comfortable room with excellent amenities. The bathroom was properly fitted and lovely to use. Good shower pressure and nice clean toilets and basin. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The breakfasts were varied and tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting to all parts of Singapore. It is located in Orchard Road which has an array of malls and a plethora of varied shops to eat at. It is also located at a bus stop and within 200m of the Metro Rail. A prefect place to stay at.

Love the location. Been here several times. My only gripe this time is I was unable to get the room i wanted despite booking and paying for it well in advance. No info was also given on the unavailability too. The staff were wonderful though. It seems that there is no longer a Handy Phone given with the rooms as the staff explained that the contract with the provider is over. Housekeeping still needs to be upgraded as they need to be informed to clean out the balcony if you get a room with a balcony as they will neglect to clean it if not told to do so. Other than that, the location is excellent and the availability of food is close by with Plaza Singapura being one stop away using the bus. All in all will still choose to stay there but better amenities would be much appreciated

We stayed for three nights in a premier suite. Now, I'm not going to sugar coat it, but to be honest, the room was a little bit tired and could do with some renovations. However, i think currently, the hotel industry worldwide, needs to have our sympathies. The global pandemic has hit it hard, and until hotel capacities are back to normal, I think it is fair to expect the ball to be dropped for a while. It was nothing major, just things like a slight damp smell, and some minor damage to fixtures and fittings. The big issue for me was the noise. The soundproofing was terrible and every noise from the street below sounded like it was in the room. It did make for a poor nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked fine. Rooms are cleaned every three days as an environmental initiative, which I wholeheartedly welcome. This is a commendable move from the hotel, and quite brave as it leaves them open to reviews like the previous one to this. I would like to point out that if we needed fresh towels or bed linen, the hotel were happy to oblige.
Our room rate included free mini bar items, so beer ,wine and snacks were free and replenished daily, although we did have to request this. Water was also supplied.
Breakfast was adequate, with all the usual choices one would expect. One criticism was the bacon was cold!
The staff serving breakfast were a breath of fresh air, this is where the Concorde really excels. We were greeted every morning with huge smiles and friendly banter. The staff really know how to make their guest feel like VIP's.
We also had snacks and two hours of free drinks as part of our deal every night. The premier lounge is currently closed for refurbishment, but a small lounge has been set up by the bar in the Spices restaurant, this was really nice. We had a great evening there, with delicious snacks and free flowing drink. Again the staff really made the night for us and readily topped up our drink glasses without any prompting. In summary, a little bit of time and money needs to be spent on some refurbs. The staff are incredible and really made our stay special. Thank you Concorde for a pleasant stay.

Concorde hotel singapore - worst hotel.
do not stay in this hotel.
overall hotel service is the worst I experienced with irresponsible house keeping, breakfast, customer service. room was unclean and cleaner was rude.
restaurant all staffs impolite and unhappy.
Reuse unclean toilet towels, use to wipe floors. Used floor mat towels were refold back, not replaced.
breakfast everyday same menu which doesn't even meet 4 star quality. (Should be under 1 star).
Staff came into our room using his card while we were in without knocking. Not secure.
what the management can do is just to say "apologize".
Nothing can do to resolve.
DISAPPOINTED. Yet you call yourself a 4 star hotel. 👎

From our understanding, our host entered your room without knocking only because your room door was left ajar. Whilst we understand and accept your honest feedback, we also regret that you particularly feel aggrieved that your request for daily complimentary breakfast for your family members was not conceded. The hotel is fantastically aweful. They have not left a scope of being rude, impractical , emotionless.
Highly disappointed with the hotel services, staff behaviour, chef at the Spices Restaurant, house keeping staff, phone operator…and I can count on.
We have been calling the hotel to request early check as we were travelling with a baby, but no emotions they won’t budge and a very rude straight line reply on the phone.
During check in, they asked us to wait, we reached at 745am to hotel, but we’re given our 1st room out of 3 at 10:30am, for the other rooms I kept on asking at the reception again n again but the guy over there was so rude you would slap him for giving such a reply. I again went and at 12:30 1 lady gives me the keys and to my surprise it’s the next door room. The point to notice is they have a reason that room still not checked out by other guest, but since I was in side room the room was not cleaned since we were on our room floor so clearly it was empty since we were checked in. So a clear lies on our faces.

Now the hotel decides to GO GREEN, for which there is no information anywhere on the booking portals. Also when I enquired at the reception about this they said there is page on website with this information. You can hardly find that. It’s like finding a clause when you buy an insurance.

On top of that, there were ants in the room because of this policy obviously there must have been food left and so in hygienic to stay in an un cleaned room. Why to pay so much extra. The prices are similar to all other hotels nearby. This is a cheap formula to save on money that’s it. They won’t even change your bed sheets in 3 days. Change of towels also request 3-4 times, ask for water bottle and the operator would reply like I asked for her kidneys.

Overall a pathetic experience. Would never recommend such a hotel for anyone. Why pay so much when there is not service. Better to stay at an air bnb than this.

We seek your understanding that our check-in time is at 2pm and early check-ins are subjected to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, it is recommended that guests book for the night prior to arrival. From our internal phone log, our reservations team did offer you an early check-in rate, but it would appear that you decided to decline that option. We would like to share that our hotel has embarked on a "CHS Green Promise" commitment to reduce our carbon and environmental footprints hence we now only clean rooms once every 3 nights stay from the night of check in. However change of bath towels and replenishing of bottled water are available upon request. More information on Green promises can be found on our website. Rest assured that your feedback has been highlighted to the respective department heads and training will be provided where necessary to improve our service standards. This is my second stay with you and I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of your hotel in Singapore. I did in the past many different luxury hotel like Shangril la, Regent, Four seasons, Mandarin Oriental... in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali... and I was very disappointed each time with the service and so on, but the Concorde in Singapore really surpass my expectation. In one word, EXCELLENT. My husband and I also were having our buffet dinner at Spices every night during our stay and each time we were very satisfied by the food, the very efficient service. Here again one word for Spices cafe: PERFECT. And one more thing, the Housekeeping compare to other hotel, is really efficient and keep an eyes on every aspect of the hygiene of the room.
Now one thing gives me a problem, this concerns your Premier club, in fact I never received my invoice in email format that I requested when I checked out. I was served by Cherry and it seems that each time she was answering yes yes yes when we asking something during check out but most probably understanding nothing. She was just smiling but no efficiency at all. Very strange that a staff in Premier Club does not understand proper English. So far this is the only staff in Premier Club (Cherry) that act like this. All the other staff were efficient on other request.
We hope that this will stay this way as we definitely plan to come back soon.

I rate this 4 but its actually more 3.5 stars. A lot is good with this hotel but there are a few drawbacks that for some may be a showstopper. The hotel is old and is showing wear but its still clean and well kept. The staff is nice and helpfull. The best part with this hotel is the location. It's located between two mrt stations and is in walking distance to the heart of Orchard road. Its only 300 m two Douby Ghaut station which gives you direct access to 3 of the main lines that tourists will use. The yellow line wilkl take you down to Marina Bay, the pruple will take you to Sentosa Entrance, Chinatown, Little India, Clarke Quay etc and the red will take you to Orchards and Mandai Parks (altho I recommend going by taxi). It also only 1-2 stops away to change to the green and blue line. ALso the Plaza Singapura above Douby Ghout is a nice mall with lots of eating options and a huge super market. Everything you need within 300 m from the hotel. And the other direction will put you right into Orchard Road with all the that street can offer. So everything sound good right? Well there is a few drawbacks. First the water is really weird in the hotel. IT can tak up to 5 mintues before you get hot water running and when ti happens its really hot. And adjusting the water temp doesnt ahppen instantly but lags so you will take either a cold shower or a very hot shower. The same happens with the sink. The hotel also doenst make up your room more than every 3 days even if you hang a "please make up room" sign at the door. This isnt necessary an issue but there is little to no airflow in the bathroom so wet towels doesnt dry over night. This means the towels are still wet when you use them again and contsant wet towles is a breeding ground for germs. The toilettes are also very weird as they doesnt flush properly. Many times you have to flush 2-4 times just to get every thing int he bowl go down the pipes.
However the biggest issue is the internet connection. While the wifi keeps astable coinnection to your devices the speed is very slow. Forget about trying to have team meeting and if you want to stream a series then jsut forget about it. Max speed I got out of it was 4.68 mbps but the speed was going up and down between 1.5 mbps-4.68 mbps. If I didnt have the 100GB data sim that tourists can get I would be very bored when relaxing in the room. ITs weird that a 4 star hotel doesnt provide better speed in 2022. I was btw staying in a premier suite.
tldr;this hotel is great for its location but dont stay here if you need to watch streams or have video calls.

This place has been around for a long time, probably mostly due to its great location in the middle of Orchard Street shopping district. Everything is a bit dated and screams “designed in the 80ies”. It’s clean and well kept though and what really makes it stand out is the staff. This is a shout out for Rita at the Spices cafe, whose enthusiasm, caring attitude and sense of humour really made my day. She’s an asset to the hotel and having real, happy and confident people like her working in service makes any guest feel so much more welcome than just basic professional courtesy. Thank you Rita!

Good hotel in excellent position on Orchard Road. Room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Bathrobe and slippers are provided and bottled water, tea and coffee are replenished daily. Linen is changed every second day in line with the hotel's Green Policy. Fresh towels can be requested as required. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Has a nice pool on the roof at level 4. Close to Somerset MRT and several big shopping plazas with a large variety of shops and food outlets. Breakfast buffet caters for a variety of cultures and was more than adequate. Bus 36 direct to/from Changi Airport stops right outside the hotel and takes about an hour plus is very cheap, although perhaps not recommended if you have a lot of luggage. Rooms appear to be well insulated but perhaps I just didn't have anyone next door to me. Security is good in that a room key is required to access the bedroom levels. There is also a well-equipped gym which hotel guests can use. All in all a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

It wasn’t quite a 4 star more like 3.8 stars!
Pros:
Location on Orchard St plus the view to the next door gardens were nice. Close to the MRT and Singapura shopping centre. And from here you could walk down to Raffles or Fort Canning Park.
The premier rooms were huge.
The restaurant staff were excellent ( Pearl, Whey Whey, Sharon, Raymond, Arkin… also a special mention of AKI front desk really helpful).
Our rooms came with a $200 in-house voucher, free mini bar items and 2 pieces of clothes washed a day.
The breakfast and seafood buffet was very good quality and plentiful options ( unless you are vego or vegan).

Cons:
The premier club was non existent and the food was minimal what made it worse we were vegan and no options.
The room was a bit dirty when we arrived.
The restocking of the mini bar was inconsistent as was the rubbish removal.
The rooms were cleaned every 3 days which is a bit too long between cleans.
Overall it’s not a bad hotel for the price.

Dear Raymond H., thank you for taking the time to write us this review. Here at Concorde Hotel Singapore, we pride ourselves for the service our Hosts provide to all our guests. We are glad to hear that you have had a pleasant experience with the service rendered by our Hotel Hosts, like the prime location of our hotel as well as enjoyed the buffets we offer at Spices Cafe. Your generous compliments have been shared with our hosts, much to their delight. We like to share that our hotel has embarked on a "CHS Green Promise" commitment to reduce our carbon and environmental footprints hence we now only clean rooms once every 3 nights stay from the night of check in. We do replace the towels, water bottles and clear the rubbish in the room upon guests’ request. We are apologetic that the replenishment of the mini-bar was not consistent. This matter has been brought up to our executive housekeeper and he will remind our housekeeping crew to be diligent with mini-bar top-up. More information on Green Promises can be found on our website. However, we do understand your disappointment with the cleanliness of the room and the food selection at our Premier Lounge. Rest assured that your feedback has been highlighted to the respective department heads and training will be provided where necessary to improve our service standards. Your feedback is important to us as we strive to maintain the highest possible standards of comfort and experience to our guests. We wish you happy and safe travels and do hope that there will be a chance to serve you again in the near future.

313 Somerset is only less than 5 mins' walk from the hotel. There are several bus services from the front of the hotel to Suntec. The journey takes about 10 min.

Yes - you'll have to request also. You can't even just request daily service on check in. And no positive give back for this to you.
