I have family visitors from LA coming to Singapore from 2nd June to 17th June 2024. I have decided to book Momentus Hotel for them as it is the closest hotel to my home and its location is very convenient for accessing various areas in town. In comparison to other hotels near the city, Momentus Hotel offers good value for money. The hotel's suite room is also a favorite of my husband's German business partner when he visits Singapore. For the first 6 days, I have booked a Superior Queen Room for my uncle and aunt, as during the day, I plan to take them to visit famous attractions in Singapore. For the remaining 9 days, I have booked an Executive Suite Room, which has an additional visitor room with a sofa and an extra washroom. This arrangement will be suitable for my family of four to meet and chat with my uncle and aunt daily. The hotel's lounge, which can accommodate up to 4 people for chats, provides a relaxed and casual environment, suitable for personal and business interactions. The staff at Momentus Hotel, from the front desk to the lounge and cleaning staff, are all kind and friendly. My family members had a wonderful experience staying at Momentus Hotel. I would like to express gratitude to the front desk staff, especially Mona, who is not only pretty and sweet but also very helpful in resolving any issues we had during our stay. Momentus Hotel will always be my top choice in Singapore.

We just came back and I'm brief, staff is awesome, very polite and helpful, hotel very clean, breakfast buffet really nice, meets western and Asian preferences, pool nice, gym nice, view quite nice too, rooms a bit small but comfy and anyways if you are a tourist you won't be spending a lot in there isn't? Just shower and some sleep. Our overall experience? Recommended!

Starting with the facade and entrance of the hotel it was grand. Was able to book my room via online and was very fast and convenient. Celestine was very friendly and accommodating, she explained well all the reservation inclusions and policies precisely, no time wasted during my check in and check out. All the staff I interacted was very friendly and comfortably communicable. The elevator was fast and comfortable. Hallway was clean and has luxurious design with comfortable air conditioning. The Premier Queen room is a must try experience. Got fascinated with their sustainable system starting with no bottled water because the premium filtered water faucet is inside the room, well branded bottled shampoo and soap, sustainably produced toiletries and key card, smart air conditioning and room with natural lighting. The wall plugs has Typical Type G with Type C connectors and USB connector you may just bring your cables but charging bricks is still recommended when traveling. The pool area was enormous and clean, well designed and topped with a great view of the infinity pool during sunset, night, sunrise and noon, it has a pool bar as well. The air conditioned gym with a great view was clean and comfortable and equipped with all the necessary machines for cardio and essential free weights and machines for weight training plus I was able to use it late at night. The breakfast buffet was a sumptuous experience and can choose between indoor air conditioned with comfy seats or what I chosen the al fresco dining with the view of the infinity pool, the trees for fresh air and view of sturnus and streptophelia tinesis birds. The landscape design is beautiful. They have an express check out option otherwise the check out at the country is pretty speedy as well. It is also great to explore the surrounding areas if the hotel, theres nearby mall, IKEA and hawkers center. Its very convenient to get here via private car, taxi, Ride hailing apps and public bus. They also got fast wifi and good cellular coverage. Overall it was a memorable, great experience and all worth it.

We decided to booked this hotel for our 4th Anni, we have been wanting to book this hotel the longest time, when it was Park hotel previously. We loved the location, cause it’s opp Alexandra Village food market (filled with lotsa good food), opp queensway shopping centre (nice laksa/curry chicken and tea leaf egg) and beside IKEA (meatballs) it’s also near ABC market (lotsa good food too)
When we first arrived to check in there were a huge crowd as there were a group of corporate retreat tour checking in. To our surprise we didn’t have to wait too long for the check in as the hotel was fast to activate all counters to expedite the check in process. I would like to comment on Anne’s great service, she not only noted on the special request I have indicated on the bookings, after finding out we were celebrating our Anni, she gave us a room with a bathtub and asked us which view we preferred to have and also provided us a late check out at 2pm. The initiative she took on providing a great experience in this hotel needs to be noted.
The room is nicely furnished, love the interiors of the room, the chrome cast also works very well. Love that there is a table and sofa in the room makes it so easy to buy take away food all around the place and bring back to eat, just wish that there is a a rack or another table to put our bags or belongings when we are using the table and sofa to eat.
Overall truly enjoyed our stay here, thanks to Anne who made the first impression oh this hotel a truly splendid one. We both wondered why it took us so long to come to this hotel, and we are definitely looking forward to come back here!

This is my 2nd stay with Momentus. A very nice and clean hotel to stay with. The bed and pillow are comfortable. As this hotel is more on sustainability, you might need some advise from the hotel on how to adjust the air cond. It has a water filter in the room which allow me to drink and boil the water anytime without going out from the room to get the water. Love the breakfast buffet as it has different variety to choose from. Tried the gym room too to do some light exercise during my stay. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Celebrated my wedding night at Momentus yesterday. Upon check in, my family and spouse met with so many kind and warm service staff.
A special shoutout to several notable individuals. Duty manager Kabilan and staff Jumaat at the front desk helped us to load our many baggage from the car to the room and showed us around the room and also assisted us with our baggage at the room checkout. Ng Jie from the Club Lounge was very attentive and served us wholeheartedly with our many requests for drinks and cutlery. Thank you to the chef for the very lovely baked sambal fish belly wrapped in aluminium foil. It was my family’s favourite which Ng Jie also helped us to grab more of. Thank you to the general Momentus team for the lovely plate of wedding dessert. Thank you to Gino for offering to get a valet driver for our bridal car that was parked outside the hotel under the pouring rain and sheltering us from the hotel lobby to our car.
Staff from housekeeping was very prompt when we requested for additional set of toiletries. While our request for an additional quilt couldn’t be fulfilled, they helped us to find alternatives.
We received so many warm congratulatory messages from various staff, front desk to housekeeping to lounge staff during our 3 day stay here. Thank you for a memorable first experience at Momentus (:

Room - Level 19 is the top floor in this property and my room, 1913, was adequately spacious at 24SqM.
The cosy space feels new-ish which was great and rather spotless - yay. I say this as so many properties with non-carpeted floors can feel 'sticky' if you walk bare-footed but no such thing here!
As expected for such a space, the room contains the cushy kind bed with generously spaced bedside tables, and charging ports on both sides. I thought the phone could have been upgraded with the reno though.
Momentus Club - located on the highest floor of the property, this club lounge is not a huge space but has a muted classy ambience offering sweeping views of the surroundings thanks to its floor-to-window glass panels. It has just re-opened one month prior and I am glad to be able to experience it post-reno!
All-day snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are available during operational hours which I found very useful for grabbing a sparkling water or some caffeine en-route to my room. Complimentary Hors d'oeuvre happens from 6:00pm-8:00pm - canapes, a hot dish (I love prawns!), cheeses, cold cuts, and some desserts.
Breakfast (6:30am-10:30am) - served at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie located on level 7, this is the hotel's main restaurant and crazy bustling on a weekend. The 8am breakfast scene I walked into was pure chaos though - guests and staff everywhere with staff shouting across guests to each other, shouting after guests for room numbers, and non-existent coordination leading to staff giving away tables to other guests after it was offered to an earlier group. Here are some pics which I scrambled to take including the mad queue for egg station. I never felt like I wanted to leave a hotel breakfast that fast.

Overall, the hotel is truly excellent in every aspect. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, as well as the attentive and friendly staff. However, I must specifically mention Jimmy, who provided outstanding housekeeping service throughout my stay. Her attention to detail is truly remarkable. The room was always spotlessly clean, and she always seemed to anticipate our needs. For example, she would replenish the toiletries just before we were about to run out and fold the towels into beautiful shapes. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication. I hope to stay at this hotel again and look forward to experiencing Jimmy's excellent service once more. The hotel is definitely one I would highly recommend to others, and a large part of that is due to the outstanding service provided by staff like Jimmy.
