A great modern city hotel with very good amenities. Perfectly located for taxis and only yards from the super efficient MRT underground service. The staff were very helpful with tourist info. Special mention about Rosemarie from the very smart Mr Stork roof top bar. Outstanding knowledge and brilliant service from her on a few nights. She gives a great representation of this great place.

This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever experienced, which was one of our most expected accommodation during our travel. I suggeest anyone who are searching for the hotel in Singapore, there must be other hotels with same price but better experience. I regret to choose Andaz Singapore as our first hotel, which has the same price with other brand new 5 star hotels. We face many problems after we checked in. I have confirmed with the hotel regarding to the room type, and extra bed with emails at least 3 weeks before we arrive Singapore. When we check in at 3pm, the host provided us a room without any seaview but only viewing people swimming and wandering, and palm trees, although I reserved the deluxe ocean view room type. Then, the hotel said that we have to wait for an hour to change our room. We agreed. At 4:45, I checked with the front desk, waited for another 5 minutes to check, there is no room ready yet. Thus, we decided to continue our schedule first, and stored our luggage in the frontdesk. The room is not ready until 7pm, which is really waste our time. Not to mention our extra bed is still not set when we got into our room. We had to call the house keeper to explain our reservaiton detail and wait for their confirmation again. Finally, there was an extra bed coming to the room at 8:30 pm!!!!!! And only with the bed, towel, brushes were not provided as well. I remained polite and friendly to the hotel, and their attitude were polite, too. I don't think our requirement was very hard to notice, and all of our requirement were sent and confirmed in advance of check in, and we really paid for extra bed and the correct room type. I cannot feel the conversation or service in this hotel work, and cannot feel their eagerness to solve the problems when there is an issue existing. We have to explain our problems continuously.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Its prime location, situated centrally and adjacent to the MRT, greatly facilitated our exploration of Singapore. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again on my next visit to the city-state.

Clean, modern, large chain-feel hotel. Expensive for its offering. I did not dislike it but I did not fall in love with it either. Basically left me indifferent. Food is good although everything seems to be buffet style. The Andaz leverages it's 25 through 39 floor location. Having stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas, which also starts on the 23rd floor, I have to say that the high floor location does not the hotel make. Andaz just is not a luxury brand. This said, there is nothing terribly wrong with it. It just doesn't woah...unless being on a high floor is enough to woo you!

According to my husband the best of this hotel was the gigantic bed (I believe the biggest we have so far seen) and the design of the room. My favorite was the rooftop bar, nice atmosphere and great views. Breakfast was nice, lunch was good. We had a great time there!

Fantastic room with super comfy bed and lovely view of the bay. Great flip flops provided, with humorous note stamped in them! Pool was a lovely place to relax and swim after a day sight seeing. The breakfast was exceptional, such choice and quality. The staff were all very kind and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I loved my stay at this hotel. Almost everything was perfect. The room was clean, quiet, nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed. It was very easy to get from the room to other parts of the hotel. The pool and rooftop bar views were amazing. Many of the travelers there were solo travelers (mostly for business), and there was a fairly social vibe at breakfast, and in the great sun room open to hotel guests. It was great that you could have access to two major MRT lines without going outside. There were bus stops for several bus lines on either side of the hotel too. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were such varied choices, and the quality of the food was very good. The staff members were very professional and helpful.

I went back and forth about which nice hotel to book for our very first trip to Singapore. In the end, I booked the Andaz for 4 nights with our final night at Fullerton Bay. Though I loved our view of the MBS light show at Fullerton Bay, we MUCH preferred our stay at the Andaz! Service overall was exceptional. The "vibe" was a bit more relaxed and therefore felt more personal. Can't say enough about the breakfast buffet - very tasty, food was constantly refreshed so it wasn't sitting out too long, and the variety was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool so much as well - lots of shade and iced water (both very much needed). Our room was very large with a great bed and appreciated the a/c that was situated so it blew on our bed and made it cool and comfortable for the nighttime. Super easy to get around with the access to the Bugis MRT stop but also nice to walk in the evening. When we return we would absolutely stay here again!
