Stayed here for 6 hours between a long connection.
Arriving at 1am, I was warmly welcomed by the people at reception. They struggled to locate my booking, however after a second look it was located.
Rooms are all you need for a brief stay, with a comfortable bed, clean ensuite bathroom & a very dark room.
Cost is on the upper end for the time, however this is to be expected given its location.
Really great option on a long transit to remain airside in the airport, refresh & recharge before the next onward flight.

We arrived in Changi at 2200 and was not departing until 1000am the next day. Easy to find hotel and the location allows you to remain within the Terminal. The room/amenities are clean, tidy private space where you can sleep, refresh, shower and just relax. Beds are comfortable albeit a little short. When checking in they advised of some hotel works however placed us well away from the works which did not impact. They also offered a meal voucher (we did not use) which was nice.
Would definitely use again if needed.

Good hotel to stay in if you need a place to rest between flights without the hassle of getting through the customs. Quite expensive for what it has to offer, but would stay in it again as there is not much choice. The lobby was quite busy at our arrival, and even though we had a reservation, it still took quite a long time to get the key - partly due to language barrier. I appreciated that we could check-in an hour earlier (luckily the hotel had availability and the price for an additional hour was about $25).

Location is the only upside in this supposedly two star hotel when you look at the service cleanness amenities it’s more like a one star in a province somewhere not at the Chung airport of Singapore. The reception at the front desk is rude, slow, definitely not. Client oriented, filled with incomplete or wrong information about what the room reservation entails and the service is included. The only diligence that I’ve seen during my stay was the constant vacuuming in the corridor that essentially robbed the guess of the one thing that they pay for — sleep. If you have time go across the street to the Crowne Plaza and if not get into one of the Krisflyer lounges, it’s much better at least the bathrooms and the towels are cleaner.

Great service from Revo and facilities were clean and exactly what I needed. The showers were clean and the general facility smelled great. Towel, slippers, and toothbrush were provided as well as fresh water. Overall I was extremely satisfied and I would come back again.

Flew out of SQ33 from San Francisco last week on December 20th. Receptionist was very friendly. Unlike previous times I have come (like in 2016), the rates they have are only up to 6 hours maximum, not 8 hours. The layover was about 15 hours as we were headed en-route to Chennai on SQ528.
Room is pretty good & beds are super comfortable. During the old days (before 2015), they used to have a manual key, but now they have a key card that's RFID, which was so cool.
Unlike previous stays, they gave us 2 complimentary breakfast coupons to have at the Ambassador Lounge. The breakfast items were pretty good, albeit limited in selection but enough to get you through the day. Had some toast, croissant, scrambled eggs and roti. Lounge itself is also first class with a Sunflower Garden.Terminal 3 is better because you have views of the tarmac. We landed and are also going to depart from T3, but all the rooms in T3 were sold. Either way, I recommend this place if you have a long layover

A budget hotel with high price. This windowless cube was nothing more than a one star motel charging 4 star prices. Clean is the only good thing I can say. The USB and power point didn’t work. A breakfast voucher for the terminal lounge was the ‘buffet’ breakfast, simply horrible. Don’t waste your money, sleep on the floor at the gate or if you have an overnight stop, go through immigration and fine something nicer in the same price range

The hotel itself was average and staff not at all service oriented, borderline rude. After a trip around SE Asia overnight stay only. Construction noises kept us awake and extension fee was not refunded. No response from the hotel. Singapore deserves a better overnight stay. Simpler to stay in the spectacular airport if you have long flight. Reviews are mixed so please read experiences similar to ours.

I have stayed multiple times at Ambassador transit at both terminal 2 and 3. This time I stayed at the one in Terminal 2. I booked a room with en-suite bathroom. The room was larger and the price was a little bit higher than the one with shared bathroom. The room and bathroom were both very plain. It was only good for an overnight transit. Now the price included breakfast. There was no other option. I did not take the breakfast as I had breakfast at the airline business lounge.
For the convenience and ultra simple room, the price was high for the value. There was lack of sign to lead to the hotel. This time checkin time was quick as I was the only person there.

My flight was delayed by 5 hours and I ended up checking in after midnight and very tired. In those circumstances, a positive check-in experience would have been appreciated. Instead Tash could hardly manage more than a grunt as she continued to look at her computer screen (and i was the only customer). Anna was minimally better after she took over the check-in process. Some very basic customer service training is required. Such as, greet a customer with eye contact when they check-in and don't continue to look at a computer screen.

You'll need an adapter (and you should carry one anyway when traveling in Asia).

You certainly can leave the airport. Singapore airport is very good at issuing the requirements to enter Singapore on stop overs. There are tours you can book at the airport however, I would suggest pre booking if possible because they are very popular. Enjoy
