The Park Avenue Clemenceau was perfect for my recent extended stay. I appreciated the use of the full kitchen including oven, cooktop, microwave. Sleep quality was good with a north-west facing room overlooking the pool rather than the other side which overlooks a busy road. The decor is a bit dated, consistent with the age of the building, but good value, and very well located above Cold Storage and in the Robertston Quay area. The apartment was spacious, and I will stay again if I have an extended stay.

The hotel is in a very good spot to explore Singapore, close bus stations, and MRT stations. It has a tiny mall under it with a grocery store, but I liked 2 a bit more far than this one.
We got upgraded into a bigger apartment, which was very nice.
The apartment itself was very nice, but the 2nd room with the 2 separate beds had a very strong A.C. that fell right onto the bed. We had to turn it off all the time because of the wind. The shower is outdated and was dirty for a hotel bathroom.
We stayed for a week and they told us the place will be cleaned 3 times but it was only 2, because one day they forgot or something and came around 8pm to ask if they can clean now but we didn't allow it then.
The hotel has a very nice pool to cool down at the end of the day that we enjoyed almost daily.
The hotel offers a free breakfast on the weekdays, it's very basic but was a nice way to start the day with coffee, juice and a yummy bun.
For the price, location and the apartments condition I will surely come again when I visit Singapore again.

We stayed for 12 days in February and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Park Avenue Clemenceau The location is fantastic with transport, shops, restaurants & river all within a few minutes walk. We were happy with our 1 bedroom apartment on the 13th floor which had a nice outlook. A bonus was having a combined washing/drying machine which we found so handy during our 10 day stay. We found the staff from reception to dining & cleaners were professional & friendly. Breakfast Monday to Friday although limited in variety was quite sufficient for our needs. We will certainly be returning here when we next visit Singapore.

We stay here for a week and did not realize it was a service apartment and not a hotel until we arrived.
So the rooms are only cleaned every second day and a very limited breakfast is only available between 7 and 9 am weekdays only excluding public holidays.
This business is more suited to people on business and not holiday makers

The location is great, next to Clark Quay with shops and restaurants nearby and Fort Canning MRT station which is 2 mins walk. We had a room overlooking the quay which was very nice and stayed here a month as we relocated to Singapore and was looking for an apartment.
The housekeeping service is great - Mui Leng was very attentive and Tracy made the room very efficiently without disturbing us much. For longer stays, definitely recommend as you can cook if you get tired of dining out/ordering in and the room size is spacious.

Although the apartment was a little bit dated, it was clean and tidy and very accommodating. Breakfast was supplied Mon-Fri only but great, everything you could want to start the day. The staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was clean and a good size for lap swimmers. This is a great spot to get around Singapore being that there is a rail station close by - Fort Canning - and cabs readily available out the front of the building if you need one. There is also a small shopping centre underneath with cafes and 7/11 and Starbucks for coffee. Across the road there are a multitude of restaurants in Robertson Walk. We were travelling with 3 people so we had two bed and two bathrooms. The rooms were serviced every 3 days. Our unit also provided a full kitchen with washer/dryer machine available. Highly recommend.

I always hated living in a hotel for a weeks at a time, how much more with three months in a hotel. I was part of the merchant marine crew who are assigned to stay with the ship while undergoing a 3 months yard period. We stayed at the Park Avenue hotel for the entire time and I have to admit that my impression of hotel living had changed since. I had nothing but good experience and praise for the quality of the facility, service, pay attention to detail and more importantly the professionalism and dedication of each and everyone of its employee from the room service attendants to the supervisor in charge whom I just refer to as Miss Lynn. We were treated with family like atmosphere and respect. They are always willing to extend their professional help to ensure that our stay remains as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. During my stay, I was able to get to know almost everyone who regularly work around the floor where I stayed as well as most the of people at the reception area for they are just always welcoming and ready to extend a helping hand. Thank you so much to the following individual for making my stay so much more pleasant, enjoyable and memorable. Miss Manjula who is always ready with her friendly smile, Ben, who is always ready to assist for directions and nice to see places. Miss Rachel and Paramjit who always courteous and proper even when I'm always forgetting to put on my mask, Miss Xuan who can welcome anyone with just a smile. Of course Miss Tracy, with her early morning smile and friendly offer of breakfast to go. The ever smiling Miss Madeline who can charm anyone at any age with just her smile, Miss Kim the cleaning lady who is always on the go and yet not to busy when it comes to assisting hotel customers. Now that our yard period is done and we are going back to the ship, I wish I could stay longer and if I have to return in Singapore next time, I would definitely choose and recommend to my closest friends to stay in Park Avenue hotel at Clemenceau, Its not a hotel, its a home away from home for me.

By the way, The Park Avenue @ Clemenceau is centrally located to pretty much everything. Its location is super convenient as far as distance to shopping malls, and Singapore tourist attractions. Most of the restaurant and specialty stores are just walking distance away and if you need to travel far, bus stops, taxi, grab, and MRT are just few steps away from you.

I very rarely provide reviews on hotel experience but this time is more than necessary

The place is outdated, not clean. There is no cleaning as such said. 3 times per week cleaning is a 2 mins clean up to change the rubbish bag. Nothing else
All the equipments are not maintained

The worst joke is the so called “gym” that is actually a small room, no window, full of humidity and moisture with no single equipment working. Out of order or not maintained at all. No one cares.
We came for 2 weeks for business trip.

Please never consider this location at any point of time if you expect what is being said

Thanks

We rented a one room apartment for a 2 week stay for a mix of business and vacation. They were kind enough to put 2 desks in the apartment so we could both work. The hotel is a little shabby (hence 4 and not 5 stars), not beautiful inside, but very clean and practical.

The one-bedroom apartment had a tiny kitchen with a nice big fridge, an oven and stovetop, a small kitchen table, and very few cooking utensils but enough for breakfasts and lunches. I would not have wanted to cook dinner there. The kitchen was conjoined with a comfortable living room (though we could not get the TV to work) and an adequate but small bedroom. The bathroom was standard. The shower head was good but the shower leaked. But then... they do all over the world, don't they? Seems like it's hard to find a good shower. We were DELIGHTED to find a good, easy to use washer/dryer. Yes!!! Clean clothes! A maid came 3 times a week and did a good job of cleaning, and generously left us extra towels and laundry soap when we asked. And, there is a large pool big enough for lap swimming, which is great for serious swimmers.

The apartment is near a subway (metro) station, in the same building as a large grocery store and pharmacy, and within walking distance of Chinatown, the Marina by the Bay, and right across the street from the beautiful and walkable Fort Canning Park. And did I mention the Tiong Bahru Bakery? Just down the street and really fantastic. So, location, location, location. We loved our stay here and will definitely go back the next time we are in Singapore.

We started at Park Avenue Clemenceau during our recent visit to Singapore - February 2022. The location is fantastic, close to the Orchard shopping and eating places, walking distance to Robertson Quay and Clark Quay with beautiful sites and lots of eating places. We had the two bedroom apartment and while it worked for our family, it is very old and dated. The master room had a bathtub that is way too high and is a safety concern. Every time we showered, the water would spill out of the tube area onto the bathroom floor and pool. Again a safety concern. Having said that, the front office personnel especially Akila are very friendly and approachable. The housekeeping staff especially the supervisor Mui and Housekeeper Helen and fantastic. They did not hesitate to attend to issues in the apartment and quickly too.

The photos on the website of the apartment did not represent the apartment we stayed in for 12 nights. The management needs to look into every aspect of the apartment for modifications and updates. Will we return to Park Avenue Clemenceau, YES. As I mentioned, the location is fantastic and there is a supermarket right next door which made things very convenient for the family.

If your taking the MRT its about 15 mins from Fort Canning MRT which is a few mins walk from the property. You can get off at Bayfront Station and walk a little bit or change lines at the station to go to Marina Bay MRT. It is also possible to walk depending on your speed can take 20-30 mins. By taxi or ride share depending on the traffic 5-15 mins. There are buses too but if you don't know the routes can be confusing.
