We had a great stay at Amara Sanctuary! The staff were amazing and met all our expectations!
The dinner service was truly an experience as we had extremely attentive staff, MJ and Jason, who both made sure we had everything we needed. MJ was an absolute delight with her bubbly nature and her attention to detail was impeccable! Jason even brought out a whole cake for us to celebrate Father's Day which was such a surprise and definitely made this dinner one of our most notable dinners as a family that we would cherish forever. Chef Kay is another honourable mention with his SUPERB cooking and he was even serving us from grill to table which made us feel like VIPs for a night! The squid, lobster, crab and wagyu beef steaks were so damn good we had servings after servings!

We had a idyllic stay with our family dog at Amara Sanctuary Resort. There were resident peacocks and squirrels roaming freely in the backyard of well conserved iconic heritage colonial building. We were immersed with the sound of birds chirping in the morning. Fandy and his cleaning team, and MJ exuded warm hospitality to make our stay memorable.
The Asian delight curry chicken set that we ordered for in-room dinning was tasty! We hope there could have more varied menu items for that. Breakfast wise, a good buffet spread of asian and western cuisine. We hope quality of asian noodle soup could be improved to give a more authentic and flavourful taste!

Stayed in the suite with jacuzzi. Lovely renovated rooms. Warm tones. Has a passageway with dog basket. The package we booked came with high tea, breakfast and 100 dining credits. We also did a heritage trail with a bubbly guide called Evelyn. It was all very nice. Do put on insect repellent coz there are mosquitoes around. Also would have been even better if they had allowed me to bring my dog (I don't mind paying an extra fee) but they said we would have to book a paw perfect package for that. Pity. Otherwise the hotel felt very serene (on a weekday) and I love the heritage vibes.

The service level was decent. The restaurant staff was helpful and getting us things we asked for. The staff were Rachel, Jennifer, Jerome, Sarah and Abraham.
The hotel location is heritage and rooms are newly done and very spacious. The hotel staff accommodated vegetarian cuisine at the restaurant although they didn’t have any during the bbq night.

Tea sanctuary is a fantastic restaurant with great service and good food. Staffs here are friendly, tables are widely spaced, a good respite from the heat at siloso.

Amazing room and tub, the staff were really polite and accommodating especially during breakfast service. The location of the hotel is also convenient as it is only 4 mins from Imbiah station. The shuttle bus driver waits for no one so you have to be on time to catch it! Swag

We stayed at this hotel with our grandson for 10 days. We were very impressed with the staff in all departments. The front desk staff were well led by Shazriena, who welcomed us like family and she gave us good information. We also found the reception staff helpful in helping us to print our boarding passes(esp thanks to Ms Afiqah.)
The room was large and clean. It was well maintained by the cleaning staff and they were always helpful. The shuttle service to the mainland was punctual.
The highlight for us was the way the staff at the restaurant looked after us for breakfast and at several dinners. They were hard working, efficient and attended to all our needs with a smile. They were well led by Mr Jason Tan and supported by Jayson Lim and Yogaswaren.
The star workers at the restaurant were MJ, Jenifer, Rachel and Jerome, They were incredibly attentive and took care of us like VIP guests; and always with a smile and eager to help. They are a credit and an asset to the hotel. The food was good and the barbeque on the weekends were good with a good choice of meat,and sea food.

Overall an average experience for the amount spent, worth while? I feel not really, check in at 3pm and out by 11am the next day? However there were some saving graces. All the staff were super friendly especially when we brought our fur baby along with us for the pet staycation. The room and all the special treats for our girl’s 1st Year Come home day were well packed and very nice. They provided her a bed, food bowl and water bowl. However,, The pillows were too hard and not broad enough, they were long enough though. We had a good time with the spacious room. However the bath tub water was clogged and the water did not go down, I had to manually remove the plug to let it drain. Considering it was almost 900 dollars a night, i would have expected better. However, we did have and excellent breakfast experience, our servers Sarah, Siti and Rachel, were of excellent help, suggesting where we could sit on the outside. Our Dogther had a special meal specially prepared for her, and they were very prompt on letting us know there was no more Beef for her, and contacted us for a replacement meal. Overall a very average experience. Thank you.
