Had a great stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa! Would like to comment front desk Saif for arranging a nice surprise for us! Thanks to the CHSKP team Sophza and Lili for decorating the bed when we came back at night. It was my baby's first hotel stay and he kept smiling throughout the stay! The other staff were really polite and helpful (with our luggages to the room and help to the transport). Would come back again given the chance!

We booked the Oasia Escape package for 2 nights as part of the opening promotion and didn’t really know what to expect.
We were picked up by limousine as part of the package and whisked onto the hotel driveway. The location is very central in Sentosa, and located just walking distance away from Imbiah station, RWS, and the sister hotels’ Mess Hall. We were quietly upgraded to the Junior Suite, which was located in the heritage wing. We loved the healthy snacks and coconut drinks that were provided in the room. The bed was nice, pillows were firm, and we had a wonderful sleep. Although the curtains had 2 layers of shade, some light still does get through.
Breakfast was at the Bedrock Origin restaurant. The portions were really big, and we found that we could take away the leftovers and had them for lunch. As hotel guests, we would enjoy 15% discount at the restaurant. But as we were so full from breakfast, we couldn’t really take advantage of the lunch sets. Instead we went for dinner instead. The pepper steak was really good. And it would make sense to book the restaurant especially for a Friday night as it would be almost full house. One tip was that we signed up for the Far East insider program that gave us the option between a Lululemon yoga mat or $100 dining credit, and we chose the dining credits that could be used at the restaurant. The bill of $260 for dinner came down to $130 after factoring in the discounts. The cool thing was that the restaurant gave us another $50 return voucher, so we definitely will be back.
Over the course of 3 days we felt really well taken care of. There were the staff who somehow recognized and addressed us by our names and also advised us about the various wellness activities (spa, yoga, qigong) that we had booked. This goes out to Jason who greeted us at the door every time with a smile, and Ethan who recommended us about breakfast options (go for the barramundi congee). There were the daily turndown service and small touches such as sleeping tea and wellness balm that were left in room by the cleaning staff. The level of service was something that stood out, and we were briefly reminded about our earlier stay at another heritage hotel along beach road. With the current staff shortages at other hotels, we don’t think this is easily found at another city hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay, the various activities, and are contemplating when we might be back again.

We were warmly greeted by the staff the moment we arrived, our bags were swiftly off loaded from our car by the valet. As usual being the typical Singaporean, I was trying my luck for an early check in 😊 the room was not ready (we totally understood that check in is 3pm), we didn't mind that the room was not ready and the Reception staff, Izat was friendly and assured us they'll try their best to rush the room and recommended us to go for lunch or head to the spa for some DIY workshop. Liza, escorted us to the Spa and served us Oasia signature welcome refreshing tea and brief us on the facilities in the hotel.
Our room (junior suite-most suitable for family) was bright, spacious, high ceiling, simple, clean and have a separate living space and I love the flow of the room (living to bathroom and bedroom to living, inter-connected) and ceiling fan. The room comes with very detailed light switches on both side of the bed. Room comes with refillable bottled carbonated water, coconut drink and some healthy snacks, premium teas and coffee machine.
Massage is a MUST for me whenever I'm enjoying my break. We were greeted by 2 cheerful ladies, Cheryl and Sabrina at the spa. Cheryl took time to explain completion of the form, served tea, and explained the facilities in the spa. Spent 10 mins in the sauna and headed for my massage by Alina. Oh my... she is good! The massage was on point, consistent and she seemed to know all my aches and tensions. After massage I was escorted to the lounge area to relax and was served warm tea and healthy snacks. I came out feeling zennnn...
Sabrina recommended that I try aqua zumba, she offered to book so i decided to give it a try. I must say, the instructor is very candid and funny, it made aqua zumba fun and interactive (although I suffered muscle aches the next day, means it was a good workout)! While I was at aqua zumba, the lil'one was busy with DIY workshop at the Spa. She did bathbombs and a small tub of bodyscrub for me.
Generous Breakfast and dinner served at the Bedrock Origin. Barramundi fish porridge for breakfast is s must-order and Barramundi fish tail for dinner is also a must too!
Location of the hotel is very convenient. 3 mins walk to the nearest monorail station and 2 stops from Vivo City.
Can't remember all the staffs name, but I must say service from everyone was delightful including the room attendants. Each time you meet them at the corridor the ladies wore big nice smile and delightful greetings.
Will I come back again, YES!!

We were booked into a wellness room package for 3 days and 2 nights. We were warmly welcomed with iced cold brew tea and towels on a hot sunny day by Mr Bernard. We were escorted to our junior suite which was cleaned thoroughly with adequate amenities such as in house Pryce teas, coffee, bottled water (easily refillable through exchange). Some wellness snacks were also included as part of our package.
Room wise, apart from the slight ageing as mentioned by others, power sockets by the bedsides could be more easily accessible. Bath tub was the perfect size and the bedding made for a really good sleep. Many thanks to Lili for cleaning our rooms quickly and thoroughly.
Breakfast at Bedrock was a fixed set where the most popular recommendation of the barramundi porridge really starts of your morning well. Suhsini at the restaurant was a friendly and kind presence to our morning breakfasts!
The pool was well maintained and quiet during our visit, it was interesting that we had to approach the guest reception for pool towels on each trip. Many thanks to Shane for offering us coconut water & water for hydration on a scorching day.
Unfortunately, the stay had some flaws such as the in room wifi which ultimately was connected with another code contrary to the one issued at front desk. Connection was spotty which affected the Chromecast experience of the in room tv.
I wouldn’t recommend banking too much on the “Wellness” programmes of the hotel as the Wellness rooms “exclusive” activities throughout our stay were fully booked and we constantly had to waitlist. Alternatively, do consider booking in advance prior to arrival to minimise itinerary disruptions during your stay.
We also had to remind them regarding the turndown service that was supposedly included in the package but was missed out on the first night.
Also, I personally found it tiresome to constantly have to call guest services, run by the front desk, for any concerns unlike other hotels that have online booking portals/direct extension to housekeeping.
It would be great if the rate inclusions were discussed at check in so that both guests & hotel would be on the same understanding.
Apart from the hiccups, we’re glad to have met Mr Bernard who was understanding of our concerns and kindly checked in on us throughout our stay.

We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel! It is a different experience from others. The design of the hotel is very unique with all the wooden aspects in it, and I really like the huge, long wooden table in wellness lounge. The room is very cozy and has nice view, we really enjoy the comfortable soft bed, the Biology amenities and we can’t stop drinking the tea in the room!
As soon as we arrived, we were guided to the reception by Prince with a friendly welcome, the receptionist, Gar Wei checked us in smoothly and offered our kids some lollipops while the other staff named Bryan serves us the refreshing cold tea and apple juices for the kids as welcome drinks. All the staffs here are so friendly and has great hospitality, Bernard who prepared mint water after our pool, I also want to mention about Freida, Kelvin, Anne, Shane, Izat, and Jason.S for showing us great guest relation throughout our stay, especially Zoey and Peiyi who entertained my kids even during our check out. They leave us a great impression, thus I remembered their names.
EXTREMELY grateful for the recommendation from the hotel manager, Liza, and Prince on the breakfast and dinner menu in Bedrock Origin, we love the barramundi congee for the breakfast (other menus are great as well!!). The king fish sashimi, keisan wagyu and dry aged turbot is heaven!
Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team (Wendy, Joey, Xiao Yun, Harish, Yong Sheng, and Wany) for keeping our room clean and tidy!
The only downside is that the curtain can’t be close/open half-way, so its either totally close or over exposure of lights. I would also suggest having more hanging hooks in the toilet, and a proper cover for the water bottle as it capped with a disposable lid. But overall, the stay is very good!

Friendliness & anticipating our needs are the forte of this team. From the moment we drove up to the porch, Kelvin & his team mate offered to valet park & take our bags.
Lisa, the Hotel Manager was a breath of sunshine! Throughout our stay, her recommendation of fitness classes (FOC), food at Bedrock were helpful! The Junior Suite we checked into was luxurious. Peiyi at Front Desk registered us, made our activity and dinner bookings – all with a smile. WiFi connectivity was great; amenities & snacks were really nice. Love their effort to go sustainable. From keycards to water in the room (2 each of still and sparkling bottled on site in glass bottles, refillable), dehydrated apple slices in glass bottles - there was hardly any sign of plastic! We even have coconut water, premium teas, coffee machine in the room!
Signed up for Aqua Zumba & Yoga. The former was led by an energetic trainer, Ahmad, who was fun & engaging. After an hour of Zumba, served water infused with lemon basil grown in-house, we ended the day with yoga on a deck above the pool. Blissful.
At the suggestion of Lisa & Christine, dinner at Bedrock was epicurious! Prasad & his friendly team were stellar. Kingfish Sashimi, aged steak, aged Barramundi tail, bombe Alaska, & a bottle of white – out of the world!
Before checking out, Jason at Front Desk highly recommended the Barramundi porridge & Egg White Frittata for breakfast. Both items were delish. Team at Oasia – well done & big THANK YOU. You were the magic!

Prior to check-in date, the hotel had contacted via phone and email for pre-arrival check. It’s great that manager Jason was able to confirm the baby cot that I had requested when making the reservation.
On arrival, the bell had promptly came over to help with our luggage. This is helpful as there seems to be only stairs at the driveway as I can’t find another alternative.
Once I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a refreshing scent that lifted my mood. While waiting for my room key, I was presented with welcome drinks. They had assisted to show the way to the room, along they way we were brought to the spa area and the guest service also shared that there is a aeroponics farming area next to the spa reception. Eventhough it’s only 2nd floor but we were amazed with room’s high ceiling, something that most of us don’t have it at home. Their floor to ceiling window let in good amount of natural lighting into the room. I lived the complimentary healthy snacks that’s placed in the room together with the complimentary still and sparking water. The spacious room once again hit the right spot to make your feel relaxed and calm.
During the stay, we visited that aeroponics area again as we were mesmerised by how easy plants could be grown indoor. I remembered there is a plant called lemon balm, Liza was very kind to share with us how this aeroponics farming works and gave us some of the lemon balm leaves. I added the lemon balm leaves into the sparking water that was available in the room for a refreshing drink to end of the night.
Breakfast was great with the usual western and continental selection, what’s more interesting is their five dim sum warrior breakfast set and also their barramundi mixed oat congee. You must try these when you are there.
I will like to thank a couple of people who we had interacted with and had made our stay pleasant: Jason for the wonderful connecting room arrangement, Liza who was at the wellness lounge area at around 9pm and she took the effort to share with us their interesting Grobrix aeroponic system and the plants growing there, Xiao Yun, Joey and Hanish who cleaned and sanitised the room. There are many more of them, I wished I could remember all their names.
There is so much more to write and share, but one thing that I should not missed is that you have to stay two nights to truly experience a good retreat from the usual hassle and bustle. It’s definitely different from staying at the city hotel. If you want a good rejuvenating experience, please check out this hotel.

One of the personalized stay hotel in Singapore, from arriving at the hotel where the service staff, Bryan was there to welcome us and assisted in carrying our luggage.
Check-in was seamlessly friendly and easy where Freda and Zoey were there to check in for us, provided us the adequate information we need from making reservation for the swimming pool and gym facilities. Freda even walked us up to our room, explaining the facilities and restaurant they got to offer. A personalized written card with complimentary cake was given to our daughter as well.
Breakfast was great as well, you can get to choose between the Western or Asian breakfast, Joey was there to assist us whatever we need for the past two days, he was patient and friendly. Prasad, the manager greeted us and ensuring that we were enjoying our breakfast.
The room was spacious enough for our daughter to run around within it. there are two separate TVs, which is a plus point whereby we are able to watch different channels at the same time. The shower room with the bathtub was a delight which the bathroom was spacious enough compared to some of the hotels. The design of the room has a modern yet sophisticated feel, ceiling is high enough to create a bigger room space.
Overall, the Oasia Resort Sentosa is recommended to families or couples who would like to rewind or spend some time together in Sentosa. The hotel is located just right outside Imbiah Monorail Station and it is convenient for us to go to town or the beach. Kudos to the service and backend staff who have make this hotel a successful retreat location.

The team at Oasia resort Sentosa far exceeded my expectations in providing outstanding service to us during our birthday cum anniversary celebrations ☺️. We were guided to our room after checkin by Peiyi and pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping staff Joey & Lili with various room decorations, a “fruit cake” and a turndown service each time we returned to the room after activities. Staff were very warm and friendly, giving us recommendations on places to see during our short stay. The hotel is very well located just adjacent to the monorail station, making for easy accessibility. Overall, our stay in the resort certainly embodied the themes of rest, recharge & rejuvenate and we look forward to returning in the futre! Would highly recommend guests to also check out the Oasia Spa treatments and various wellness activities if available, we certainly enjoyed those very much. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

I love that I will always be greeted with the 'recharge' scent everytime I stepped into the lobby. The woody theme of the hotel makes feel like I am in 'brown' heaven (happens to be my favourite color). Every staff that I met (like Gar Wei and many others) were exceptionally patient and welcoming. Breakfast at Bedrock was limited in choice but of good quality. However, I was a little bit disappointed in the dim sum set as it was very ordinary compared to the other sets I have tried. I did not get to participate in any of the in-house wellness activities as they were extremely limited on weekdays. But the location of the hotel was perfect for me to explore the outdoor activities in any parts of the island. Another slight drawback is that the toilet in the Junior suite has no doors but surrounded by frosted glasses so it may be inconvenient for those who prefer more privacy. Other than these, a big thanks to Oasia Hotel Sentosa for giving my family a perfect staycation. I hope that the next time I check into the hotel, the experience will be equally outstanding.
