The breakfast was really good, the place was convenient if you will go more people in Station 2 or just settle for few ones in Station 1. we had the beach front view and it was fantastic. We saw both the magnificent sunrise and sunset overseeing the beach. What I am particularly happy about this hotel is the attention to details of the front desk. There were two instances that made me think that this hotel values details with regard to the client's needs. However, there was an instance that I needed to extend more effort in asking for what I deserve. This happened when I asked for the iron and board (since it was indicated that they provide both iron and board when requested), but to my surprise the front desk person replied to me that they don't send the iron and board anymore to the room due to problems with some people accidentally burning things, etc. In exchange, they have paid services for the iron and board. But I vehemently insisted that if such a service did exist they should have stipulated it inside the general information booklet they have. Because it would be unfair to think that some information, and of such importance as this, should be withheld. They eventually sent me iron, but without the board. So I decided to use it, and to yet another surprise, when my wife was ironing, both of us saw that there were electric sparks emitted from the iron. So we eventually stopped ironing. After a while. we heard a knock from the door, and it was the head of the housekeeping. He explained to me about the service was halted for a while due to the havoc of typhoon Ursula and they are waiting for the new stocks to come (which I don't get the connection though), and eventually insisted that they press my clothes free of charge. I'm quite happy with such a service, of course, but to pass through that length of trying to explain myself for a long time should have been avoided, especially when the "General Information" booklet says "iron and board will be sent to your room when requested".

Anyways, while this mishap happened, I am still amazed by the attentiveness to needs of the staff. Since the internet inside the room was really crappy during our visit, I asked whether they have a LAN cable (hoping that this would resolve the problem since WLAN are usually slow), but they did not have any LAN connection. So I just settled for the crappy WLAN connection. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door, and it was their staff carrying a portable WIFI router that they will put in our room so that I can go with my work. While I never asked for it, they just had the initiative to find ways for me to have a good access.

We loved their buffet breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights the plus points they also add another dish in every breskfast.During our stay we were able to experienced the food in their restaurant the burger and pizza taste good. And while your eating you can see the Bora beach.
4.Location
The vibe was relaxing and it was Beachfront in Station 2.It is near the mall and restaurants. We brought our 1year old daughter and kids when we stayed in the hotel without nanny. So it was very convenient when I had to go back to our room to get milk of our child while my husband and other kids our enjoying the beach.

Red Coconut is in Station 2 where most of the establishments are. Very brief walk from Dmall and Bulabog Beach if you don’t want to be surrounded by the crowd in White Beach. Staff were very accommodating and I love that they change the towels and sheets everytime we ask for our room to be cleaned. We had an amazing stay! Will surely be back.

Waste of money cannot sleep so why stay here.

My stay at red coconut was terrible, the noise makes the staying there pointless as you cannot sleep( I am not talking about a small amount of noise It was like my room was centre stage of a concert ) I paid extra to be upgraded to the highest level off the ground to attempt to avoid the noise ( an extra 1500 piso in total on top of the already expensive nightly fee) I am not joking when I say the noise is bad it is literally like you are sitting next to the speaker the band downstairs is using. The noise won’t stop until roughly 12-1am so unless you plan on being awake until then I would book elsewhere ( I did this for my third night on Boracay as I was running off 6 hours sleep from the previous TWO nights combined ). Management refused to offer me a refund for the 3rd nights stay which I did not use ( I booked another hotel due to lack of sleep here )

To make matters even worse I was awoken on the second night with multiple bites along my back and a huge rash. After checking other reviews I have determined this to be from bed bugs ( check other people’s reviews ) it could not have been from mosquitos ( which are also in the room as it isn’t sealed ) as I was laying on my back.

The staff were very friendly and could understand the disappointment in regards to the noise, nothing against the staff who work there, the management and not offering a refund for the 3rd night was disappointing. especially because we were packed up and ready to check out by 8am on the morning of the 3rd day.

I say this with all honesty not trying to attack or shame the hotel that if you want to sleep earlier than 1am DO NOT STAY HERE. My advice is to read the bad reviews and on this hotel and consider them before you consider the good reviews, do not risk your money.

Contact number of the property wont give you any help for direct asking enquiry, they wont answer calls, even the email. The hotel room is clean, staff are very welcoming and approachable. We were in a Deluxe twin room, quite old style hotel, very spacious, tv placed on a dresser table only though there’s a lot of space on the wall, need some interior design improvement. View outside was outstanding; the pool, restaurant and beach side, location of the hotel is accessible to nearby restaurants and D’mall. Lastly, while staying in the hotel, we’ve experienced a creepy incident. First day we’ve arrived we noticed noise from the room above us, like dragging the furnitures. The next day afternoon we’ve experience it again. We have raise the issue to the receptionist and found out there was no guest from above our room nor the nearby rooms. After we’ve reported it, me and my niece decided not to talked about it anymore til our check-out after 4th day. But other than that, our stay was nice.

I would suggest the following
1. Improve wifi connection.
2. Put scented humidifier in the hallways and rooms so that it will smell fresh and it will eliminate the wet old wood smell (it's not that strong but it does affect the impact of the hotel to clients).
3. Add additional bins inside the room.
4. Repaint or change the faucets in the shower. It doesn't look presentable. Also, the sink faucet the nozzle is too short, it should be a bit longer.
5. Since it's a beach resort it may be useful if each room has broom inside so they/we can sweep the/our room floors everytime it feels a bit sandy.
6. Add foot rags/rugs.

This place is a good place to stay nice rooms. Just a little bit of additional stuff to make if more nice. Hotel staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I remember it fondly. The staff is AMAZING and 2nd to NONE. I had room 110, I do not recommend this room even though its location is poolside - being poolside is loud - kids jumping in the pool all throughout the day. Then at night, the room backs up to the neighboring bar (Exit Bar) so you hear the loud music during the hours the bar is open. The rooms are clean! The kitchen staff are absolutely wonderful. They serve a combination of western breakfast and local cuisine. Front desk is very helpful and attentive to guests needs.

My family originally booked for 3N4D but we extended for another 3N4D and all our days there were greatly spent because of their clean rooms and facilities, friendly and very accommodating staff like Joy (front desk), Meanne (waitress) & Ryan (Bartender, waiter and manager in 1). All of our request from water to coffee refill, new towels etc even the change in menu were all accommodated. Swimming pool is always clean. Restobar is an open area with a great live music at night. Discounts were freely given and even helped us in obtaining our updated QR Code due to our extended stays. Joy recommended one of their Water Activities, the Sunset Cruise and all of us enjoyed it and the transactions were all hassle free. A highly recommended beach hotel and their location is in a great spot, near the D’mall and other Food establishments. Also near the area where water activities are located.
Thank you Red Coconut for the great experience. We will definitely come back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Coconut, The vibes at the coco bar was amazing. Enjoying the view of the beach while sipping your cocktails is awesome. We especially would like to extend our thanks to Ryan who's been very attentive and great and made us feel well taken care of. I would have rate our stay Excellent if not for the morning crew at their restaurant. On our 5days stay there, it seems the waitress and waiters during breakfast would ignore us and tend to other diners with higher number of people even though me and my husband are stay in guest at the resort. It seems they put more effort in serving diners who will pay more. One time, we had to wait for 45 mins before someone take our orders and keep raising our hands to get the attention of the crew. I wonder if they think we don't have any money to spend and thats why they basically ignore us...

When you reach Caticlan Airport, you will find shutter companies. You can take any of them to drop you to the hotel. Or, you can contact the hotel to check if the provide the service or not.

either you book the shuttle transfer at the same time of your booking at the hotel, or on arrival you ask which shuttle to coconut hotel and you pay there. the shuttle brings you from airport to harbour, and then on arrival at biracay island someone from the hotel drives you and drop you at the lobby. be aware that you have to walk a bit until you reach the hotel (5min). if you have big luggage people will carry it for you.

Dear Ms. Didi, Thank you for you inquiry, and I am asking for an apolgy for the delayed response, however if you still need info regarding D talipapa seafoof market, here are some info on how to be there; From red Coconut, you have to options: one you walk along the beach and two is you take tricycle ride. Walking along the beach will take 15 to 20 mins, depending on how fast you walk, after boracay regency resort there is a small alley going to the main road, before reaching the main road on the right side is the D talipapa Market Riding Tricycle: upon taking the tricycle, just tell the driver to bring you at D talipapa, fare is around 60 to 100 pesos if you want to chartered you trip, and only 10 pesos if you go along with other passengers. thank you
