1. Aqua Boracay is more than a resort—it’s an escape into the lap of luxury. Nestled on the quieter side of Boracay, this gem offers a serene retreat for families, couples, and groups alike. As we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by contemporary design, elegant rooms, and a sense of calm. 2. The rooms and presidential suites at Aqua Boracay are a symphony of modern aesthetics. It's almost always cool and windy, except in May and June. The view is stunning, sunset and sunrise, the kites flying through the air and the board surfers racing through the emerald waves. We did not miss the white beach on the other side of the island, very busy, busy and it's only 5 minutes from the Bulabog beach. 3. Breakfast and culinary Delights The resort’s culinary offerings are equally enchanting. Imagine sipping an Espresso Martini by the pool, a spicy salmon salad for lunch, the quiet beach stretching before you. The friendly staff at Qtchn restaurant where a Lucious breakfast buffet is offered. A very reasonable and good informal bar/restaurant nearby is Levanteen Bar and a kite & Beach Resort Habagat (Winnie Levai)

Fantastic hotel on the right side of the beach, nice and breezy. Great service, great food, great facilities. Must be one of the best hotels on Boracay at sensible money. The beds extremely comfortable and the room was lovely. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel at the right price.

This hotel is a disaster on service. After travelling all night and hotel staff transported us from airport to hotel, we made check-in, around 8 a.m. After paying the seven nights booked in an hotel reservation site and rendered the deposit, reception states room is not ready yet housekeeping is cleaning it and that we can go to take breakfast because within 1 hour room ready and they would call us. Immediately disappointed with buffet breakfast, no juices, no yoghurt, no bacon, no good bread, no croissants, that all hotels offer on buffet breakfast, price really expensive for the poor offer. Next more than two hours elapse with me and my husband pressing for the room and reception telling us room not ready yet. After so many insistence the staff comes to say we need to pay PHP 3,900.00 and taxes because they are going to arrange another room, as the original one we can only enter enter 3 p.m. Get really mad with them, telling them no need for such theatre, tell us immediately that we need to pay and do not make us loose precious hours of rest. Instead of paying 3 hours later we could have paid immediately as the number of the room in the cards was exactly the same mentioned in the invoice of the breakfast two hours before. Inso many stays in hotels during 40 years, this kind of incident never happened. I want to state also room is not properly cleaned, towels and robes are very old, wardrobe have 3 hangers and there are only 3 very small drawers to put the clothes.

The Resort was gorgeous, clean, we loved the room, the food was amazing, all of the workers at Aqua Resort were absolutely amazing ❤️ all such lovely respectful people that always went that way extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as it was. Our biggest thank you goes to Life guard Nick, Janus and EuŃa security team. They were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay perfect 🙏the employees at Aqua Resort are absolutely beautiful friendly people. We cannot wait to come back and stay, next time we plan on bringing our family ❤️ We would never stay anywhere else! Kindest regards from Australia.

This place is amazing!! The staff exceeds customer service!. My family and I arrived on March 12-18. We were greeted with 6 staff who ensured we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped inside. Provided us with cold drinks on arrival. The rooms; super clean and bright. We stayed in room B4-402 with the sea view and we stepped out of the Miami style pool. Aqua Boracay is fortunate to have staff who are absolutely caring , Greets you with a smile , always asking if everything is ok. Breakfast buffet; so many diff varieties of food to choose from: from Filipino style breakfast , pancakes, waffles, egg station, coffee , juices , cheese , fruits etc. Shuttle service is def worth it if traveling with a big group. On our way back to Manila, we rented their shuttle service for a decent price . The driver takes you to their shuttle van, and then assist you to the port, until the airport. Niko assisted us throughout this process. Thanks Niko!! They also provide free shuttle service to and from D’mall every hour. The best part of it; they drop you off right in front of Budget Mart. We were able to purchase snacks , water etc for our daily activities. Aqua Boracay is indeed the best hotel! Thanks to all the staff who makes this place , the best place!!

A nice place, but food & beverages way too expensive. A 2.5 dl water at the pool bar costs 500 pesos etc. etc… i have traveled four weeks through the philippines, however have never experienced such prices. Boracay is so nice and has so much to offer. I would recommend other hotels.

My husband, nephew and I went to the all day restaurant for dinner at 7pm. We were the only people in there. I ordered a glass of wine which took 15 minutes to come. The men’s beer came sooner. I ordered the curry chicken. My husband ordered the Beef Escabeche, nephew had 6 pieces of chicken wings. After 30 minutes my entree showed up. I noticed it was beef and not chicken. I was hungry so I did not mention it. The rest of the meals came 10 minutes later. The beef in my dish was so tough that I had to take it out of my mouth. When they brought the rest of the meals. I told the waiter that I ordered chicken and that the beef could be chewed. He responded by saying that the chicken was frozen that’s why they brought me beef. I told him that my dinner was unexceptable and to show the chef my plate. They did not offer to remove from my invoice. So for 4 small entrees, 1 glass of wine, 1 beer and 1 coke my bill came out to $198.85 Canadian! Definitely will not being going back. I understand why restaurant was empty. BTW my husband is a professional executive chef in Canada

We were in love with the place, but it was the people that made it more unforgettable. It was our first time visiting Aqua Boracay but it was worth all the while. The people are very kind and very accommodating. Specially John from the front desk. He is very kind and polite to us, everytime we approach the desk it is him who we always look for. What made us appreciate him more was when we’re going out to go to the mall, he approached us and give us two umbrellas and told us just incase it will rain, we would have something to use for, and indeed he was right. Everytime we pass by the lobby, we were greeted with lots of smiles. We were so in love that we decided to comeback on our wedding anniversary. See you soon Aqua Boracay.

It’s just day one and I had high expectations for Aqua with it’s ratings and reviews. I understand it’s an extremely busy time but am very disappointed with how check-in went. We arrived early morning and did ask if we could check in earlier. Check in’s at 3pm. Were told we’d be put first in line once rooms open up. Mind you we have more than 2 rooms booked. We were offered to sit at the restaurant which was lovely with AC + a welcome drink. Decided we’d dine for lunch as well. We waited patiently and made no complaints at all. Once 3pm neared, lots of people started coming in and we noticed they were given their respective rooms quickly. Especially those who were angry and complained, I even personally saw a free upgrade for a family who just came in just because they complained. It felt unfair and made me feel uncomfortable. I was finally given two rooms and had to wait for the next. Half an hour past and still no room so I went to check, still waiting. Until I waited a couple more and decided to return to front desk explaining the situation (family tired, waiting past check in) and they finally gave me the keys to the room. It had a nicer view than the other two. So I called to ask if I could request for a better view and wait it out. Even for the coming days since I’ll be here a while but to avail. I was offered to pay for a premium upgrade for a better room and I asked how much I’d need to pay. They said they’d call back and when they did, I was told no room upgrade would be available the whole week even if I was offered to pay for it. Just got a courtesy call to ask if the room is alright and what else could I say. I honestly don’t know how it’s going to go. I just am trying to be more positive about it since I’ll be here a while with the family. I guess being nice doesn’t give you better perks or service. First impression though and I’m quite dissatisfied.

Aqua Boracay offers a superb check-in experience, complete with a refreshing welcome drink. The attentive staff ensures a smooth arrival, and the immaculately kept grounds reflect the high standards maintained by the management. The gym, boasting health club-level amenities, surpasses the average hotel gym, and the inclusion of a sauna adds to the wellness experience. Multiple pools enhance the leisure options, though I regret missing the weekend foam party. Overall, a top-notch stay with excellent facilities. It’s comparable with a HILTON if you want to know what to expect. The breakfast at Aqua Boracay strikes a balance, offering enough without excess. Health-conscious options add a positive touch. However, a broader selection of teas would enhance the overall breakfast experience, catering to a wider range of preferences.
