We spent 6 amazing nights at Crimson Boracay. It all started from the moment the welcoming team waited for us in the Caticlan arrivals terminal and finished in the departure one. Every moment we felt welcomed and we were treated with the highest level of care. The room we stayed in was amazing, spotless clean. The staff we interacted with, at any point of our stay, was truly amazing, from breakfast at the Saffron Cafe, lunch at Azzure, dinner at Mosaic or a nice cocktail at the beach, looking at the amazing sunset. Concierge service is one of the most efficient I have ever seen, whatsapp communication is extremely efficient, you get your things set in a matter of minutes. One suggestion if I may have: the two infinity pools are closing at 6, right before the sunset. I recommend closing the pool right after sunset, as the view from there is amazing.

Amazing Massage at the Aum Spa at Crimson Hotel. I highly recommend. I highly recommend this spa to whoever goes to Boracay Philippines. The foot bath before the massage and the banana leaf and coconut oil really made the massage fantastic giving it a local feel which was unique and rare.

This was my 2nd time staying at Crimson in Boracay and I can say that they are consistent in providing the best experience to their guests. The staff is really accommodating and helpful. I notice that all of them would usually stop whatever it is that they're doing to attend to our questions/asks and I sincerely appreciate that. My mom and brother had so much fun and we all can't wait to be back! There was confusion about the request that I had last year (they prepared it again this year) but they got it sorted out. Overall, great experience!

GREAT! - the lounge was so amazing with snacks and drinks! one of the nicest lounges I've been to - the resort proper looked like Greece, very pleasing to the eye - refillable toiletries and water bottles are great, very sustainable - the complimentary bar was nice as well. - I'd like to personally commend MJ (housekeeping) and the engineer who helped him (didn't really get the name). They helped me glue up my broken tripod, and I am very grateful for making it work. FOR IMPROVEMENT - since from airport, I felt less prioritized by the staff; not sure if it's because I arrive together with other bigger groups and I was just one, but I would say I was given less attention (not that I am an attention seeker or similar, but the difference was clear to me). Arriving at the resort, I was welcomed but the staff was pointing with one another who will assist me, while the other group had an immediate assistance. I didn't really get why - While I understand that standard checkin is at 3PM, it was still unfortunate that I was not checked in sooner. Judging by the volume of guests, there were not many so I assume the resort was not fully booked. Also, there was not any complimentary offered while I wait, not even the wifi password. - I asked for a van transfer going to station 2. There's no one needing a transfer aside from me at that time, but I still had to wait for the dedicated schedule. - Before checkout, I asked assistance from the staff if they can show me other rooms, which are PWD friendly. Unfortunately, they said it had to be requested earlier so they weren't able to accommodate it. I just hope you offered other alternatives, but none. - I appreciate the resort for following their rules, but it wouldn't hurt to go extra mile to provide better service for their guests esp if time is involved. I feel like a lot of time was wasted with waiting just bcs it was out of the rule. - PWD-Friendliness: 3 / 5. Altho you have elevator and ramp areas for wheelchairs, for me, those where situated inconveniently kasi ang layo ng iikutin. I would assume that staffs would be willing to help, but mahihirapan ung nagtutulak ng wheelchair to go from one place to another. I just wish that stairs and ramp/elevator are side by side for more convenience. Personally, I would not bring a PWD here kasi mahahassle lang kame pare-parehas - Room: the towels are so dry it hurts to use it when not wet. Also, a darker blinds wouldn't hurt - Food: I ate in several buffets, and Saffron was somewhere I wasn't very eager to try all dishes nor would have a favorite dish to try again. The tastes were good, but not everything. The sausages and bacon were very tasty, but the juices and pastries were bland. The drinks during Happy Hour had also weak alcohol content; not sure if it's bcs it's Happy Hour, but I wasn't even drunk even after 3 cocktails. - Staff: most of them are friendly and would greet you, but not all. I don't mind if they don't greet me (I actually prefer it), but I'm saying that it is inconsistent---some will, some will not. - Wifi: Strong, except in the beach area. The nearer you are in the beach, the weaker the wifi is.

Stayed here recently and enjoyed ourselves. The hotel/resort is stunningly beautiful. The service was very good as well. We felt secure and safe. We had an issue with our room because it smelled like paint, and they upgraded us to a bigger room immediately. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Overall, we give this hotel a 4-star rating and would definitely come back again.

The best vacation experience!! The hotel is better than advertised! The beach was pristine. The ocean water was so cold despite the summer heat, and the infinity pool by the beach was kept at a warm temperature — a good way to cool down. The facilities were 5 star indeed, not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff that are always available and always smiling. Money well spent!!

Overall experience has been exceptional. All the architectural and maintenance details were quite astonishing, the complex is merged into a beautiful environment, kept in a remarkable condition despite the mass of tourism. Excellent resort. The exclusivity of the resort makes it all worthwhile. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the bathroom is huge. The room amenities are also great. The food quality needs a little improvement but is acceptable.
