We finished our wedding at Langham, all staff in Langham were professional and the venue was wonderful. We would like to thank Sales Team - Harvey to coordinate our wedding. She presented her professionalism and provided prompt responses to our every inquiry. Also, we would like to thank Mr Benny Au and Mr Gai for the operation support throughout the banquet. They managed the whole session with the wonderful teamwork with all banquet staff. And my bridal assistant Ms. Lam, she assisted me during the wedding so that I could be in the best condition. As a traveler, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at The Langham, Hong Kong. This hotel impressed me in every aspect, from its location to its service and facilities.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with easy access to the subway and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. For a first-time visitor to Hong Kong like me, this location was ideal—it saved time and made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

It was our first time stay in The Langham, Kowloon, my wife and I must say it certainly will NOT be our last! Having stayed in various top Hong Kong hotels over the past 30 plus years, this establishment from checking in was soothingly comfortable, such warm friendly, accommodating folks, whom just cannot help you enough. The staff has excellent service and responds to all my needs promptly and accurately. This two-day, one-night staycation was booked through AE FHR at the Langham Hotel. When checking in, the front desk carefully explained the FHR discount. When it was time to turn down the bed, the housekeeping staff also carefully cleaned the room and replenished bottled water. The food and beverages in the hotel are satisfactory. The breakfast at The Good Gallery is of a hotel and has many types of breakfast. The taste is not bad. We enjoyed a week’s stay at the Langham Hotel in December. The spotless and well appointed rooms are larger than most in HK, whilst the location is fantastic, being within walking distance to the harbour, Star Ferry, MTR, restaurants and shopping malls. We used the well equipped gym and heated outdoor swimming pool on level 15 each day. Thank you to the awesome staff of the Langham Hotel HK for making our Christmas time stay, a pleasant and memorable one.

It was our first time staying at a Langham hotel, and we are very happy with our decision to do so. From the moment we stepped off our transport to check in, to the time we stepped back on after check-out, the service and level of attention was nothing short of amazing.
We were welcomed warmly into a beautifully scented lobby, given a rose each, had a friendly chat during check-in and Ms Janny even brought us to our room! Throughout our stay, we met friendly and helpful staff who would chat with us in the lobby and also, we were surprised with a birthday cake and gift for my daughter. Check-out was also very efficient despite the queue, we were once again, assisted by Ms Janny and she has been a constant friendly face to us during our stay.
We stayed in a Deluxe City View Room, the room was very nicely done up and the huge bed could accommodate 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, though we wished there were different choices each day as we only had the same selection choices for 4 days. The hotel is conveniently located. There is a direct entrance to DFS, and also just a short 3 minutes walk to Harbour City. Taxis are easily available and we took only 30 minutes to reach Disneyland. We also could just cross 1 traffic light to reach the subway underpass and walk towards the MTR.
We will definitely return to stay again when we visit Hong Kong. Thank you for making our birthday trip wonderful!

Our stay at The Langham Hong Kong fell far short of five-star expectations. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was neither elegant nor refined. The lobby area was always crowded with people and the staff seemed tired and overworked. Despite booking through AMEX FHR, which should have prioritized our room upgrade and early check-in, we encountered several issues.
Upon arrival at 11:30 AM, we were given an “upgraded” room, number 444. I was shocked that the management of a global luxury hotel chain would assign a room with such a number in Hong Kong, considering the cultural implications—“444” is pronounced similarly to “die, die, die” in Chinese.
This “city view deluxe” room faced the wall of a commercial building, and just outside the window were air conditioning units and generators that emitted a constant buzzing noise. I immediately requested a room change, and was told by the check-in agent that the new room would be ready in 30 minutes.
We returned an hour later, only to be informed that housekeeping required another hour to prepare the room. As we had lunch reservations at Tang Court, I asked for the new room number to bill our meal accordingly. The agent instructed us to use room 444, assuring us it would be processed correctly. However, after our meal, the restaurant staff informed us they couldn’t find our details under room 444, forcing me to return to the front desk to resolve the issue while my guests were left waiting.
At this point, the guest experience manager, Melva, was involved. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional—she frowned, raised her hand in a dismissive gesture, and appeared visibly irritated as if we were an inconvenience. In all my years of staying at luxury hotels, I have never encountered such disrespectful body language and attitude. Senior management should review how she treats fellow colleagues and guests, it is shocking how someone working as a “manager” in the hospitality industry could display such disgusting attitude and behavior.
The lack of service and poor management are deeply concerning. A complaint will be filed with American Express FHR to review their relationship with this property. It’s clear that this hotel does not value or prioritize the needs of FHR guests.
Upon arrival at 11:30 AM, we were given an “upgraded” room, number 444. I was shocked that the management of a global luxury hotel chain would assign a room with such a number in Hong Kong, considering the cultural implications—“444” is pronounced similarly to “die, die, die” in Chinese.
This “city view deluxe” room faced the wall of a commercial building, and just outside the window were air conditioning units and generators that emitted a constant buzzing noise. I immediately requested a room change, and was told by the check-in agent that the new room would be ready in 30 minutes.
We returned an hour later, only to be informed that housekeeping required another hour to prepare the room. As we had lunch reservations at Tang Court, I asked for the new room number to bill our meal accordingly. The agent instructed us to use room 444, assuring us it would be processed correctly. However, after our meal, the restaurant staff informed us they couldn’t find our details under room 444, forcing me to return to the front desk to resolve the issue while my guests were left waiting.
At this point, the guest experience manager, Melva, was involved. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional—she frowned, raised her hand in a dismissive gesture, and appeared visibly irritated as if we were an inconvenience. In all my years of staying at luxury hotels, I have never encountered such disrespectful body language and attitude. Senior management should review how she treats fellow colleagues and guests, it is shocking how someone working as a “manager” in the hospitality industry could display such disgusting attitude and behavior.
The lack of service and poor management are deeply concerning. A complaint will be filed with American Express FHR to review their relationship with this property. It’s clear that this hotel does not value or prioritize the needs of FHR guests.

Stayed here with my 7 year old boy.
We had booked the monopoly package which included the board game and tickets to the exhibit at the Peak as well as dinner at Main Street Deli.
Do note that the dinner included in the package does not allow you to choose the items.
Overall the stay was good. Staff were friendly.
Location is a bit far from the train station. Around 10 mins walk.
Breakfast was amazing. The variety is very good and the food is delicious.
Would definitely come back for the breakfast.

Room View: 3 Stars (View of the opposite building)
Service of Staff: 5 Stars (Requested the staff to pass us the tickets to monopoly dreams right after check in and they were helpful with that)
Lounges/Restaurants: 5 Stars (Loved the breakfast, one of the better ones in Hong Kong)

If I have understood correct, you need to pay extra for the guest's entry to the Club, but it can be arranged.
Thank you very much for your enquiry. For the Chairman Suite booking, a total of 4 persons are included for Langham Club access which includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails.
For additional guests, they can be either charged at HKD400 plus 10% service charge per person for the Langham Club access or at consumption – HKD320 plus 10% for breakfast, HKD285 plus 10% for afternoon tea and HKD450 plus 10% for cocktails per person.
Kindly please note that additional guest is subject to availability.
