Oasis Avenue – A GDH HOTEL is the first Smart hotel in Hong Kong which is geared with state-of-the-art facilities powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The hotel is conveniently located in the thriving heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a 3-minute stroll from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit A2/D1) or East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit N2) providing a quick getaway to the rest of the city and a 40-minute drive to the Hong Kong International Airport. In view of the convenience, guests can enjoy easy access to many shopping and entertainment destinations, such as K11 ARTUS, K11 MUSEA, DON DON DONKI, Harbour City and the Avenue of Stars, all from a 2 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Guests can easily reach West Kowloon Cultural District which houses Hong Kong Palace Museum, M+ and Xiqu Centre by a 15-minute taxi ride. Before checking into Oasis Avenue, guests can make reservations through the hotel’s exclusive app. On arrival, guests can check in using the self-service check-in kiosk in the lobby, saving all the tedious procedures and precious time. The fantastic hi-tech experience continues in the guest room accessed simply by using the mobile app. Then, use voice commands to control the various room devices, or operate them via the Tablet equipped in the room. What’s more, the AI intelligent voice control system can also provide guests with news, music entertainment, and even chat with you! Besides, guests can log into their Netflix account and start enjoying a binge-watching session with our 55~65 inches smart TV or connect to own devices and mirror on the big screen. All rooms are equipped with intelligent toilets to ensure a comfortable stay. When service is required, guests can readily get in touch with the staff through the Tablet, or mobile app or by pressing the ‘one-click call’ in the room and will be greeted by our service robot that will deliver amenities to you. For entertainment without leaving the hotel, we have launched Themed Rooms. There is an E-sport Room geared with the likes of two gaming PCs, PlayStation 5, VR, Xbox One and an 85-inch TV; a Book-themed Room offering a sanctuary for guests to indulge in some serious reading and home-theatre that brings guests close to a cinema-like experience while streaming movies with a 95-inch screen. YUEYUE, a fluffy corgi is the Goodwill Ambassador of the hotel. He made his public debut in 2019 and has been capturing hearts since then. Frequently seen in the lobby, YUEYUE loves cosying to guests upon check-in and sometimes assisting in events. Make your stay an intelligent one. Stay at Oasis Avenue and meet beautiful Hong Kong.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed here 21 Nov for 4 nights.
We cannot understand why we were only given ONE keycard when there were 2 of us staying in a room. We booked 2 rooms and same treatment. This is the first such treatment I’ve encountered after so many years of traveling. The staff there couldn’t explain too - only answered us saying it’s a management decision.
Rooms were okay, clean and recently renovated.
Location is good. Very convenient, be it for food, MTR, shopping and drinks.
Receptionist mostly only communicate in Chinese, so it’s not so a choice for foreign nationalities,

The room size is ok, we got double-bed room and it is double twin bed. So not big but the mattress is comfort. The room has modern tech equipped, the TV is big and can use the IOS air display. The location is great, only 13 min walk from the Victoria Harbor walk. And has many restaurants around.

Situated on the Tsimshatsui, very convienemce place for shopping and there are best restraunts in Hongkong. 5 minutes walk to subway station and there are airport shuttle bus just around the quarter. Like other buildings in the area its hotel have over 20 floors. the breakfast was not included and that doesnt make things worse because I found many chinese tea restaruants serving cantonese style breakfast around the corner and that's cheaper than what it would cost in the hotel

We have made a reservation since Nov 2023 for our stay in this hotel from 07 - 12 March 23 .
Ms Connie from the Reservation dept was always very prompt on replying email. Thank you for being so professional and helpful to us.
Have also meet up with Ms Joanne on our arrival day . She have assist us with the checkin ( 3 rooms ) and even being considerate that to arrange 2 rooms on the same floor for us ( easy access )
Both Jammy and Kevin also have been assisting us with vehicle arrangement during our stay.
Your team have made our trip in HongKong a very enjoyable one !

I've stayed in this hotel well over 5 times already. The newly renovated rooms are well worth its price and everything is so clean and new. I love the size of the TV, and that it has a Netflix feature, plus I can easily connect my switch to it. The smart feature "Yue yue" is also very cute- definitely played around with the voice commands quite a bit. Lastly, I've come to recognise the staff and they have always politely and efficiently checked us in every time. My one complaint would be the few days I've booked the hotel while renovation construction was going on and it was quite disruptive to my sleep, but overall one of my favourite boutique hotels in Hong Kong so far, I'll definitely be back again soon. Thank you!

Our stay with Guangdong hotel was great. We did not expect it to be as beautiful as it was considering the cheap price we paid for it. The people were nice, very accommodating and fluent in english. The toilet and bath was cool. I never expected to have an elegant bathtub in our room. The place was near shopping areas and restaurants and mtrs as well. We felt safe walking in the streets til dawn. We will surely recommend it to our friends and we will come back in the future.

Management photos on Tripadvisor were deceiving. Please do not trust the management photos provided. Rooms we were originally given were so small and dirty such as a studio room in New York! Lighting was awful and it seemed like I didn't pay $150 per night for the room. It looked like a dirty old motel room. I was beyond disgusted so I crossed the street to check out Butterfly boutique hotel across the street had better rooms and was spic and span. As I was about to withdraw my booking and I really didn't care if they forfeited my 1st nights payment. Guangdong transferred me to different room. Which was a little better than what we were initially assigned to. Worst hotel I've stayed in my whole life!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon. It is close to the Star Ferry, subway, shopping, restaurants, the park, etc. The lobby is nice and clean, which is why it is always in the photos. The rooms are quite dirty. The carpets are filthy, and you will need to wear shoes in the room. It amazes me that management allows the rooms to stay like this. The bathroom has a drain that sends the smell of sewage into the bathroom and sometimes into the room. I had to cover my nose. The bed is fine. The staff are not particularly friendly, but they do their job. No greeting, no smiles, just a look that says "What do you want?" We enjoyed being in the heart of Hong Kong, but would NEVER stay in Guangdong Hotel again. Spend a few more bucks and stay someplace decent.

I've stayed here 4 times as I usually get a decent deal online. The rooms are smallish but bigger than the Kowloon Ramada which are tiny. Two restaurants which I wouldn't recommend but being in the heart of Kowloon you can step out the door and find anything you like. There's a Delifrance around the corner on Chatham Road which is great for breakfast and very inexpensive. Nice enough lobby if you need to sit and wait for someone. There's internet access in the business centre but you need to pay a bit for it. Short walk to Nathan Road, subway MTR, Pizza Hut, KFC, McD's.
Don't pay top dollar though 'cause it's not luxury. If the Miramar price isn't much more it's a huge step up. Lastly, if you take the Airport Express train from the airport to Kowloon, the shuttle bus doesn't stop at the door. You'll need to get off at the Park Hotel and walk a block or so.

Hiya,
Stayed at this place for 2 nites in July'05. Must admit that the lobby is truly impressive for a 2*/3* hotel. =) Apart from tt, guest rooms were good as well. A reasonable size for a hong kong hotel though bathroom was rather tiny. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel was also pretty generous with amenities providing bedroom slippers and toothbrushes. On the whole, the hotel still looked rather new (stayed on the 10th floor) and yet they were already refubrishing the lower floors!!
Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor served pretty decent dim sum and the price was reasonable.
Location wise-- also pretty convenient. About 5 min walk to Tsimshatsui MTR station.
All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would return to the hotel. =)

Hello, GDH is not really great for viewing, but good all round hotel for getting to popular sites and shopping..
Have no idea when the refurbishing works will be finished. When we were there, we did not notice any ongoing works. Better check with the hotel directly. Thanks.
No, this is definitely a mistake. Noon checkout or 1-2 pm for late checkout.
I believe that would be ok. I stored my luggage at the hotel for a full day at a cost of $5HKD. If you are leaving for a few days and have a reservation in the hotel they should be able to hold your luggage for a small fee.
