We are huge fans of the Tsuen west area and this hotel has a good location not far from the promenade walkway and some some great eateries in Bayview Garden. There is a shuttle bus on offer but there are always buses dropping off outside including an airport bus. Great prices off season, large rooms, classic HK movies on cable tv. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay with excellent service at the hotel. Upon our arrival at the front desk, staff were very patient and kind, facilities at the hotel were very detailed explained, the shuttle bus to and from Tsuen Wan was also very clearly shown next to the counter. Housekeeping staff during the stay very helpful too.
The restaurant food were great, there were not many choices at the menu but all the food that we order during our stay were very delicious.
Overall we had a amazing stay at the hotel and definitely will return once again in the near future.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Grand bay view hotel, it was a very nice stay, the hotel was perfect if you are looking for a calm and relaxing place, the room is bigger and nicer than we were expected, and special thanks to the (FOM) Mr. Anson for the great assistance and hospitality he given to Us. We will diffenitely recommend this hotel. However one thing we noticed about the lifeguard in the pool they are not attentive of the guests safety, they're just sitting at the counter looking at there phone/mobile instead of looking around the pool area, Rather than that everything was great even at the staffs at the restaurants they all also gave as an excellent service. . Cheers and see you next time.

Despite providing shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan MRT, it is not running after 7 pm. And if you are looking for a bit of street life right outside the hotel, there is practically none. Room is newly renovated with a panoramic view. But not sure if it is from the next door but it was smoky and smells of cigarette puffs which makes very uncomfortable. Concierge service in the early morning not so great with recommending restaurants and needs to improve on manners and service.

Good location and have shuttle bus service. Easy to get to Tsuen wan to shopping and staff are so nice and full of patience to explain the facilities and around area when I check in. Also, the entire experience are great and so much convenience for my trip. I will definitely return for next visit.

Overall an excellent stay, from check in to check out, everything was smooth. The sea view from the room was spectacular for the price I paid for the room. Room were clean room attendant were nice. The bay kitchen restaurant food were superb, staff was very attentive. The reception staff was amazing, answered all the enquiries that I had, from transportation, nearby restaurants etc.

A great experience. Service was impeccable, especially Katie on reception. The views of the harbour are amazing. A good restaurant provided a very nice dinner. The rooms are clean and functional, they providing a very nice overall experience.
