This is my first time stay in Hotel Madeira HK near by Jordon. I use to be stay in other hotel, however those hotel under DQH quarantine operation. So I contacted Ms Crystal Chan , she use to take care my stay in other hotel. She recommended I stay in this hotel and take care of my stay.
Is more than I expected, quick check in by Eugene. He provide excellent service and great check in experience. Introduce the hotel facilities and operation hours. Also he recommended hotel bar at the top floor , unfortunately I don’t have time to visit.
Furthermore, the rooms is clean, tidy and comfortable.
I’m look forward to visit once again in the future.
Thank you for the hospitality.

I had booked 2 nights at Madera this time and they gave me a higher floor which I can viewed the wide shoot in Kowloon side, and also the hygiene in there was a plus credit while the world is having a challenge on the Conoravirus issue. I saw the hotel team was cleaning everywhere rapidly and frequently so they would expect everyone staying in the hotel is safe at all. Good luck Hong Kong.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was a good size for two people, with a nice bathroom and a separate dressing area. They had a "handy" phone available for guests which was AMAZING! It meant we had a wifi hotspot with us wherever we went, which allowed us to use google maps when needed.
the hotel is located within easy waling distance of the Temple St Night Market and the Ladies Market as well as the Jordan metro station.
We really enjoyed the hotel and felt that it was excellent value.

+1
Located only a 5 minute walk to Jordan station and across from Nathan Rd the area is good to access the shops/ train/ temple street night markets.
Rooftop bar has great views but drinks are expensive with a pint of beer being $22.50 Aus. This is also closed on a Sunday.
Smaller style hotel rooms in the double room were actually single beds not doubles.
We had two rooms they didn’t interconnect which was fine but there were only 3 rooms in total on our floor on the 23rd floor so very quiet.
Staff were friendly and housekeeping were attentive to any supplies that were needed.
Rooms need a better more thorough deep clean to carpets quite a bit of build up to the surrounds of the bed etc and unfortunately e en though non smoking ours had a residual smell of smoke. Some minor mold behind curtains/ side wall from the humidity/ moisture.
Air conditioned/ fast elevators.
Breakfast is a “on the go” this requires you to select what you want the night before and give it to reception.
Options very limited
Coffee
Tea
Juice
Need to write on there if you want milk or sugar or you won’t get any
Either a plain croissant or a muffin. These are the only options no condiments either.
You also have to select a time you want it delivered so if you decide to sleep in you need to get up and answer the door for breakfast.
No where for breakfast on site and many places don’t open till mid morning apart from McDonalds/ Starbucks which were close by.
If you like a buffet breakfast this is not the hotel to stay at.
Air con/ universal power points/ desk for working.
Toiletries provided.
Tea/coffee sachets provided with a kettle and room has a fridge.
Cons
No breakfast on site
No room service
Rooms need a deeper clean bit of maintenance, curtains got stuck so hard to close/ couch in room splitting at seem.
For convenience it’s okay for location. Staff were lovely and maybe we were just unlucky with our room.
Checking in and out was very easy.

Stayed at Madera last weekend, genuinely a lovely hotel with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make my stay pleasant
Had a room with the perfect view looking at the heart of Kowloon, the hotel is located at a spot where the traffic from the main road did not both us, also only a few minutes walk from all kinds of restaurant in the area and the MTR.
Hotel cafe is a nice little place to go to before checking in and after checking out as well, had a good apple turnover and a flat white.
On and all, definitely worth booking again.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location in Jordan and not too far from MTR station and everything else. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The corner room is huge with double sink, a jacuzzi tub and shower. Room size is bigger than expectation with huge bed. The amenities are fine as well. Roof top bar is also a good place with nice view.

We got a free upgrade to the Suite at 25/F which contains the amazing night view of Nathan Road. The suite has 1 king size bedroom and a single bedroom that was suitable for family stay. It is great that the bathtub and standing shower were separate and the bathroom area was large compare with another similar hotel in Kowloon. The hotel was located in Jordan, just took a few minutes’ walk from the Jordan station. Traffic was so convenient. Any buses from Nathan Road can get toward to Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui. Temple Street around had many food choices and last till midnight. The Hotel includes restaurant and a sky lounge. The lounge located at rooftop and can enjoy the stunning night view of Tsim Sha Tsui. Semi-buffet breakfast was nice and the café environment was comfortable. I highly recommend the stay for this hotel to enjoying the city walk of Hong Kong. Thanks Elaine in front desk for arranging the transportation to airport and answering enquiries with detail explanations to us!

Highly recommended. The room is very clean and design of the rooms are very pretty and modern. The service rendered by every of the hotel staff daily be it day or night shift was excellent - very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Location is great too, with many near by eateries and restaurants as well as close to the metro. Really appreciate the hotel staff for going the extra mile to assist in every enquiry, from restaurants recommendations to making reservations, even in helping to search for location to buy snacks that I wanted. Really feels welcome and at home. Thank you

I didn't specifically ask about luggage storage when I was there, but most hotels offer this service so I suspect you should be OK
yes and its good beds
if we want to ride a bus from hotel madera to airport, where can we wait for the bus? what bus stop?
Download the Moovit app and you can find out all the possible ways to travel...but the MTR is only a short walk away...would be my choice, or a taxi if I had loads of luggage.. have a lovely time..
