Detailed Reviews
Just finished a really enjoyable stay at CHI.
The suite I stayed in was excellent, spacious with a lounge and sofa and a pleasant environment to relax after work watching a movie on the large screen TV.
All the amenities were first class and the bed comfortable. Also, having a well appointed kitchen provided the flexibility to prepare food occasionally, rather than eating out.
The bathroom was nice in particular the shower.
I worked occasionally and so was happy the WiFi was robust for handling video calls.
The staff were always on hand and helpful during my stay and check in and check out was efficient.
Overall everything was great - super clean - and I’d choose CHI again.
Thanks for such a pleasant stay!

My wife and I booked a 1-bedroom apartment at CHI Residences 314 during a 3-night stopover vacation in Hong Kong.
We've been to Hong Kong many times and have stayed in many different hotels over the years, but for our next trip we will most probably return to CHI Residences 314.
For one, the location is very convenient. It is less than 2 minutes walk from Jordan MTR station (Exit B2) and within walking distance of Tsim Sha Tsui. Mong Kok and Hong Kong island are also just a couple of stops away by MTR.
Secondly, the room/apartment is huge by Hong Kong standards. We had a living room which has a kitchenette, sofa, smart TV and dining table. The bedroom and attached bathroom were spacious with a decent-sized TV and an ample wardrobe.
The price was very reasonable by Hong Kong standards, and to top it off, the staff were very friendly and helpful, Francis and Suki.
TIP 1: It's easy to miss the hotel because its entrance is from a side road off Nathan Road. Look out for China Construction Bank which occupies the ground floor of the building.
TIP 2: If you travel light, you can take an airport bus to Citygate Outlets at Tung Chung - less than 10 minutes by bus - for some shopping (there are even lockers for your luggage) before taking the MTR to Jordan station. It's much cheaper than taking the Airport Express train.
TIP 3: From CHI Residences to the airport, if you have 2 persons, ask the hotel office to book a taxi. It's only HKD200 - about the same price as taking the Airport Express - and more convenient after shopping in Hong Kong.

I was charged an extra night. When I was leaving on a Sunday morning the doorman seemed surprised saying we had another night but our flight was that day, I too was surprised but since it was Sunday no one else was around to handle the situation. I looked at the paperwork and yes, there was an extra night on the receipt. In all of our correspondence I clearly stated the length of my stay and they had even sent me a credit card authorization form in advance which indicates the correct dates. I pointed all of these thing out but now they refuse to resolve the situation. I keep getting the management company line that they do not refund. This is bad business and all should stay away. It's unfortunate because it has left a dark spot on our otherwise lovely stay in Hong Kong.

I booked this hotel and contacted the management in regarding about the hotel prior to the stay, I wanted to make sure it was a comfortable stay and that I'm thinking about booking for longer term once I decide it's a good hotel. It says it's a 4 star, but more like 3 star. But that does not matter since I'm looking for somewhere convenient and bigger than your normal hotel size.
False Advertisement
1. Pictures - The room provided was not the same with the pictures
2. ONLY the Lowest floor for the booking which you won't get the high floor for the one bed room suite (EXTREMELY LOUD and cause headaches and no sleep, they will only offer a tiny room if you want higher floor)
3. Cleanliness - Soft smells bad, Never change the sheets even when requested and DENIED when asked.
4. No shampoo or conditioner provided after day one, had to ask versus the pictures that makes you assume you will have it on a daily basis
5. They constantly bring up that short term doesn't get benefit versus long term (at this demonstration, I no longer have any interest in booking chi 314. I will try the Chi 138 instead and hopefully they won't lie)
Finally, I booked the one bedroom suite, the size is ok but seems like 400 sq ft. If you want service, then maybe try else well. Most important of all, if you expect a nice sleep, then don't stay here because it's just not worth the headache on the bottom floor which is what you will GET even if request high floor in the booking 2 weeks prior!

I had a late arrival flight into HK airport and needed to take the train into Guangzhou the following morning so I arranged to stay the night at Chi Residences 314. When I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 PM I was greeted downstairs by the night manager who helped me upstairs with my bags and took me in the elevator to my room to show me where all of the features of the room were. Then he told me about the night market where I could get some good food that late at night. Overall, it was a wonderful room, very quiet, clean, nice TV, nice AC and a very nice staff. Even when I checked out the maid called the office to report I left money on the table which I told them was her tip. I will surely stay there each time I have these same business plans and need to stay over night near the train station.

First, this is not a hotel but serviced apartments. That's not necessarily bad but it might be a surprise for you - as it was for me.
The taxis can't find it because it's not actually on Nathan Road. It's on Nanking Road, just off Nathan Road just a few meters down on the left. Basically look for a door with the name on it, not a hotel.
Pros. It's very clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is right next to Nathan Road.
Has a small fridge and microwave.
Bed is very comfortable. Great actually!
Fairly quiet in the room. Not much neighbor noise.
Daily cleaning service.
Laundry available. In by noon; back by next afternoon.
Comparatively cheap.
Cons. It's very, very small. Like living in a submarine. If you're given to claustrophobia this is not the place for you. I can't see how two people could possibly be comfortable here. It’s possible they have larger places than what they gave me. But you’d want to determine that in advance.
No desk to work from. Big deal for me.
Wireless internet is quite slow. Internet is free though.
No exercise room. Big deal for me.
No onsite restaurant. Although there are many on Nathan Road of course. Bit of a problem when it rains.
Narrow steps (three flights to the elevator) to enter. No problem for me, but will be for those who have mobility struggles.
It might work for you. It didn't for me - next time I'll stay in a hotel.

We were a family with 1 young child. We've stayed at a similar set up in Hong Kong before, but found this was much better! Definitely on our radar when we return. Most of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Some tips to share:
1. Finding your way: our taxi driver from the airport couldn't find it and eventually dropped us along Nathan road. Its a looong road. When we next took a cab we told the taxi that it was at the corner of Nathan and Namking road, and we got there with no problems. Alternatively, tell them it's across the road from the Yue Hua department store.
2. Food: what a great location for food! Australian dairy company, tsui Wah cha chan teng, and a branch of the famous Maks noodles just a few streets away. Also a shout out to the roadside foodstalls along the temple street market. We dined there and bought takeaway for dinner total of 3 nights. It was a good way to eat HK street food in comfort!
3. DVD player and smart TV: if you have small kids like we did, the room comes equipped with smart tv and DVD player. In addition, DVDs can be loaned from the office.

I recently stayed for 5 days at the CHI residence apts. It was my first time in Hong Kong and I felt totally safe and in excellant hands. Francis, Hung and Tony were very helpful to my every need! The apt. is on Nathen Road which is in the heart of H. K. shopping, restaurants, night life, metro...and even a 7/11 :)
Loved having the little kitchen for my breakfast.
Run, don't walk to this inviting apartment residence when you are in Hong Kong!

The hotel's staff weren't nice, and didn't answer to our requests.
We've made our reservation a month and a half in advanced and only asked for a quiet room in one of the higher floors, and got a written promise by the hotel's staff that they'll meet our request.
However, when we arrived, we were surprised to find out that they gave us a very noisy room in the second floor, and when we asked they to switch us to another room, it too was tiny and noisy.
They hotel's price was not worth the poor service we got, and I don't advise other travelers to visit this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Our team will always do everything we can to accommodate your requests, however due to the peak season please understand that room availability is limited. Please also bear in mind that given our convenient city location on the bustling Nathan Road there may be an element of street noise, and we have ear plugs available upon request. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
