Hong Kong is well know for expensive accommodation and this 4 minutes walk from mtr place is just right, reasonably priced.
On budget? Bus A32 will take you here from the airport with 4 minutes walk from the bus stop.
The room comes with bottled water, standard amenities (soap shampoo and slippers).
As an Indonesian, it is expected to have toilet with bidet, but no (this is HK’s standard anyway).
A safe box, shower, clean towel, smaller towel and floor mat.
I think i will stay here again if i come to HK again for its price and the comfort.

Quite close to Kwai Hing MTR and KCC shopping center. Good for a business traveler. Clean rooms and good service whilst there are no meals but can reach KCC within few minutes walk to have meals. Florintina Village luxury shopping mini mall.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was good size for HK standards. Clean, working AC. Staff was friendly. Not too far from MTR and shops (the pancakes at Kwai Fong are a treat) . Only thing is the entrance was half blocked by some barrier and car. Will come back again.

My recent stay left much to be desired. While the hotel's location is convenient, nestled within walking distance of the MTR station, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
Hotel is located in an industrial area, many trucks and vans nearby, quite a dusty surrounding. Lack of maintenance was evident in the hotel room, with various amenities in dire need of repair.
The room itself was a disappointment, lacking basic facilities such as a fridge and offering an uncomfortably small toilet. What's worse, the bed was positioned facing the toilet door, allowing unpleasant odors to permeate the room, making for an unpleasant atmosphere.
Complimentary drinking water was frustrating, as I found myself needing to request daily bottles of water rather than having them readily available. Furthermore, the thin walls provided minimal sound insulation, allowing every noise from neighboring rooms to intrude upon my peace and quiet, including loud conversations and even snoring.
In all my travels, this is the first hotel that has left me longing for the cleanliness and comfort of shopping mall toilets over its own accommodations.

This place is a budget hotel but is very well designed. Small space but very clean and also very cheap. I am very happy with this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend if you are on a budget! Air con is good, decent view outside, separate toilet and shower, comfortable beds, very new feeling.

The hotel itself is really good with cosy bedroom in a narrow but neat space, super clean and easy to fall asleep. High-speed internet. Decor is super nice. Free paper flip flop everyday, daily cleaning service. Even thoughtful to provide adapter for guests. Not so good English receptionist, should stay up later so that when guest arrive late they knew whom they can contact. The only disadvantage i found about this place is its location, i had to walk far to reach to the closest MRT station and had to go far to reach to central, tsim sam tsui. But if you like a very local place and far from bustling crowded city it will be the best choice.

I stayed in their premier family room, the room was dusty but the most frustrating part were the bed bugs. I was transferred to another room because I had lots of bites all over my body. they said they would refund me one night but it would take a month or two. i dont know if they will even refund me.

Supposed to book Hotel Ease TW, but due to the naming, booked Hotel Ease Access instead.
1 - Room smaller than Hotel Ease, way smaller.
2 - Room amenities like complimentary coffee and tea and smartphone must be requested via front desk. You won’t even know they have it unless you ask even though it was put in their website.
3 - Snoring of next door can be heard through my 6 days stay. Totally disrupting my sleep and rest. First time I encountered such poor sound proofing.

We booked the hotel at 98 per night for 5 nights x 2 rooms back in feb. Despite requesting if we can change due to the unrest, it was denied. Today is the first day we checked in. As opposed to what it's name suggest, it is not easy to access. Met with lukewarm service from Dennis, who seems too tired and uninterested to serve. We requested to have additional pillow was not met.Room was dirty.(refer to image) so dusty that we were sneezing athe moment we step into the room. There's dust and soap stain everywhere. Lots of tripping hazard. Something that puzzled me is why is the bath so much bigger than bed area. We don't even have space to open our luggage and it's filthy and dusty. So planning of the room is bad. Service is bad. And very dirty. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Stayed here with family: 2 senior citizens and a toddler. Our son had the "best sleep ever" according to him. The location also wasn't so bad. You can pass through a covered bridge and inside a building to get to the nearest MTR station. There was a bakery nearby where my husband bought our breakfast daily. Value for money, modern design, just enough space to move around and a large bathroom. For a mom like me, the bathroom flooring which was not at all slippery was a plus. And the fact that it was so big I don't have to bring my son outside to dress him up was a life saver. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
