Apart from the location, everything is so good with this hotel. I love how the room is huge, very different from the typical hotel rooms in HKG, and breakfast was ok, not too bad too.
I overheard locals there saying a lot of locals like their buffet lunch/dinner, but didn't have the chance to try though. But the room is really awesome~

My partner and I spent a week at Hotel Ease, only a few mtr stops away from the airport we were there in no time. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was very smooth. The hotel is very modern and felt very new- lovely furnishings and decor.
Our room was lovely and spacious we absolutely loved it. The rainfall shower was sheer luxury and the bed was huge and comfortable. The rooms were virtually sound proof, you couldn’t hear any noise from the streets. There was even a mobile phone you could take out with you and use as a WiFi hotspot which was an added bonus. There were so many TV channels and the WiFi was super fast.
We had breakfast a few times at the hotel- a wide variety of foods to choose from and eggs ordered how you like. The staff were always very friendly and attentive.
There is a lot to do in the surrounding area, many cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The free shuttle bus to the nearest mtr was very convenient and coming back late at night was no issue as taxis cost about £2. The mtr system is so quick you’re in downtown Mongkok in about 20mins.
Being of Hong Kong descent but British born I have always considered Hong Kong as my second home and have lost count the number of times I’ve visited. This hotel by far has been the best stay I’ve had in all my time and have been recommending it to friends and family! Thank you for a lovely stay Hotel Ease- we will be back!

I’ve been to Hong Kong many times and have always stayed in mongkok. This time I was looking to save some money and this hotel was bargain. First off the rooms are clean and big. And as a solo traveller It was so comfortable. Another thing. You can use their handy mobile phone as a hotspot. So no need to buy a sim or do roaming. Staff are friendly here and check in/out was easy. For transportation. I used the free hotel shuttle a couple of times and also walked and taxi as well. But in my opinion the quicker way is to take bus 31M to/from Kwai Fong station and more convenient if you stay out later. To get to airport they have a bus to Kowloon station so that you can use airport express but a short less than 500m walk will get you to bus A32 to airport for $18.9
When I come back to Hong Kong in the near future I will be booking again.

I booked this hotel 7 months ago and the booking date is 22 feb 2020. Due to the coronavirus spread, I cancel my trip and ask for hotel refund although the hotel policy is nonrefundable. I raise my request twice but still be rejected. All my other hotels, like macau, gulin, are granting me grace although they are also non-refundable. Only this hotel rejected me even though I told them I was born in Wuhan and I want to minimize the spread risk. I am really disappointed about their customer service and rigid hotel policy. I think they only care about money!!

I come early. The service is horrible. I been waiting 3 hours and still don’t check me in. I ask where is the bathroom and they don’t have it in the lobby. I have to hold my self if i need to go to a bathroom. The hotel are not in tourist area. It’s in a industrial area. Nothing to see around. You will spend more money in taxis. The front desk services are horrible and I only recommend this hotel the enemy. I ask if they return my payment because they don’t have room ready and they said no refund. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

I am experiencing the bad customer service about this hotel, the air conditioning is not cold, carpet very sticking and dirty, I can't believe how they use this hotel as isolation of Covid-19 I do strongly not recommend your guys to stay .

There were NO hot tap water for shower in the room during our 2-night stay!
First night, called front desk to report the issue. Waited nearly 20mins, no response. We called again, hotel just asked us to try again. Still no hot tap water.
Second night, thought the first night was just a one-time incidence, but no, still no hot tap water. After insisting on the need of hot shower, the hotel finally said we can go to another room for shower only, we were told the hotel was fully booked and not to touch anything else in the room because some people are checking in later. We had NO other options.
We (2 ppl) used the shower no more than an hour altogether, the hotel called twice to check upon us and even told us to return the other key ourselves.
Booked through AGODA.COM, their customer service said there were some limitations with hotel’s facilities and we were taking shower too late (11pm-12am). And we should have contacted them the first night it happened instead of the second night. NO REFUND possible as they said we did stayed at the hotel, even we did NOT get what we paid for.

The hotel is new and rooms are big but service is very bad. We asked for a taxi and they told us there’s a shuttle bus that goes exactly to the place we want and they ask us to wait at the lobby, when the time came we ask and the shuttle bus is actually at the lower floor and ends up we missed it and need to take a taxi after we waited for over 30 mins. The front desk just said they forgot to tell us the location.
I worked at the hospitality industry as well, I would say that’s not acceptable.

Was in HK for work for 4 nights. We had many people over and all stayed in the same hotel. Rooms are nice and have enough space. Shower is great and a that makes a stays always good. Bed is comfortable although some people might feel it too firm. But main issue is there are no wardrobes in the room. So no option to hang your clothing or so. Meaning it all need to stay in your suitcase while staying here or in my case all over the room. We had one person who needed to stay for 2 weeks. He needed to move to another hotel.
This place is designed to stay for 1 or 2 nights. You see that also as most customers are overnight Chinees visitors for a shopping event or so.
So a good hotel to stay for a single night. You stays week. Look for another place.

Although it is located in an industrial area, what I like about this hotel is the cosiness when I stepped into the room. It is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Surrounded by industrial buildings and in an old part of a residential area, there are many small shops and a few good restaurants for a tourist to get a feel of the locals way of life.
I would not mind coming back to this hotel for its comfortable bed, nice room, strong free wifi and value for money.

Our hotel is just a 9-minute walk to MTR Kwai Hing station, and we offer a complimentary shuttle bus to MTR Kwai Hing station, from MTR Kwai Hing station go to (Tsing Yi Station) and from Tsing Yi station interchange and take airport express to the airport. Or Yon can get Taxi from hotel to airport directly. The charge is around HK$250 for one way.
