Staying for quarantine. The room is bright, basically equipped with everything a quarantinee needed (Kettle, fridge, hot shower, a clean double bed and TV)
Just a very minor remark. The cleanliness still has a room for enhancement taking in account that hygiene is of priority during pandemic. It would be perfect if rubbing alcohol and detergents are provided.
But overall I am satisfied, can’t ask for more. I have to solemnly underline that you wouldn’t like to stay elsewhere for quarantine other than Silka. That’s guaranteed.
By the way, Charles has been very helpful providing me all the necessities swiftly upon request, his warm greetings actually made my morning. Keep it up and wish him all the best !

Nice hotel for my 7days trips. Great service and friendly staff make me feel good to welcome us. We were so happy with the room, it's so clean and cozy, then they provide the bus shuttle to the nearest Kwai Fong station, bus shuttle always runs on time. Thanks Willie I will come back again.

Reasonable price with accommodating staff, capacious room size and superb transportation service. Here would be the best choice if cleanliness is your priority concern. For location, it is easily accessible with their shuttle bus service. The profession and politeness of their staff also worth mentioning! Location is far from town but the hotel is surrounding by number of restaurants with a 7 eleven nearby. I stayed at Silka recently for the 14 day quarantine. I liked my room and was happy with everything. The room was clean, spacious in HK standard, and adequate. There is a minifridge and kettle, and thus I ate a lot of cup noodles. The hotel gave me a case of bottle water upon check in. They picked up trash everyday, and replace towels when you ask for it. They even lent me an adaptor for my device. The wifi was very strong. I had a few online zoom classes with 15+ participants and it was very smooth. There is room service. But it is also easy to order from foodpanda. I also left some money to a nearby eatery 水餃大王 and they delivered sereral times. Food can be delivered to the front desk and a staff will bring to the door. It's funny everytime when I opened the door I only saw the back of the staff, I imagine he is a handsome guy lol. I also want to mention the shower room only has one kind of soap dispenser, you may want to bring your own shampoo. 14 days went by faster than I thought, and it was very relaxing. When I checked out I told the staff I loved the stay and would miss it, they thought I was joking.

After the torturing of so many steps traveling international, every step is a worrying effort. We had the fortune to be arranged to stay at Silka during the toughest first 4 days of our 21 day quarantine at a very last minute change. The government camp was full.
Upon entering the room I was so relieved to call home for the good news. City view of the room is full of energy. Facilities are not luxurious but all on point to the needs. Shower facility was user friendly and water temperature was responsive. Internet speed got the most compliment.
Chef and staff cared about the health of guests and constantly made suggestions when they saw what the meal menu ran short. The hotel team even cared to leave farewell gifts on the last day, though a solely 4 days short stay.
Things I would like to see improvements are the air-con being a bit cold and unable to be adjusted (or me not knowing how). I solved it by turning off the ac occasionally. The location of cloth hangers is conflicting with the only but small counter where I put food. TV channels are highly lacking.
I have never been to this spot of Hong Kong. I started to miss Silka the moment I had to leave. Thank you Silka sincerely. Bravo.

We had to quarantine in this hotel and our experience here was amazing, it was very clean and the location is very convenient. The shuttle buses were good and we didn’t have to wait a long time for one. The room were of optimal sizes, it wasn’t too small and the showers were hot enough and not cold. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Queenie I would like to thank her for being so kind and obliging. She would follow up on us everyday and ask if we were doing fine or if we needed anything. Whenever we needed more amenities like extra towels or water bottles they would send a great amount to us quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great value of money! The room is of the size that you can accept for the price. But it is quiet and has everything you would need, even equipped with an air purifier and a phone stand on the small table (excellent attention to detail). Reception staff Amber was super friendly and helpful, explained in detail what I need to do in compliance with the COVID policy. Plus, I got a gingerbread man for Christmas eve. Definitely would come back again!

The room is vey clear with all the things you needed. They provide free bottle of water and there is air purifier in every room, which is really nice for not only self quarantine but stay to explore HK as well. The silka Hotel is very Good. I stayed a very nice room . I have 2 bed in my room that's so nice. The shower is very good because of hot and cold water. I have my mini ref and kettle .The food delevered on time 3x a day. The aircondation is very good because of the ecolab disinfectant cleaner.And the staft of hotel is very accomodating they call to my room asking if i have anything I need in my room. All is good . But sometimes the food is not so good. But the services is excellent! 🥰 thank you!!!!!!

You can take bus A32 and drop off at Kwai Fong MTR station, then take our shuttle bus no.1.
From Silka Tsuen Wan, shuttle bus no. 1 goes to Dorsett Tsuen Wan first. Then, it goes to Kwai Fong and then back to Silka Tsuen Wan and Dorsett Tsuen Wan.
From Airport Express Tsing Yi station to hotel it may need 45-60 mins. Apart from the Airport Express Tsing Yi station, you can take our shuttle at Kwai Fong MTR station which is 10-15 mins drive. Book in advance if you get on the shuttle from hotel only. Please kindly download the FREE shuttle bus schedule from our hotel website --> Location --> transportation --> Hotel Shuttle Bus
