Stayed here for 3 nights for a symposium at the grand walkerhill, which was connected from the lobby. A very nice a nice hotel room layout. Comes with a bathtub, shower, separate toilet. The most memorable facility was the room was provided with Upang Sterilizer for the glass, cups and utensils, which I believe will be very useful for family with infant or toddler for their milk bottle or utensils, and even for breast feeding moms to sterilise their pumping needs.

We took a shuttle bus from Gangbyeon Station to the hotel. In the hotel, there were various amenities facilities such as cafes, convenience stores, swimming pools, and spas. The room had an A.I speaker that could control music, lighting and curtains. There was foot bath at which we can see the Han River. It was great to take a foot bath outside looking at the river view. And then we had a small party to celebrate 10th year of our friendship. The chicken and schweinshaxe we ordered from room service were tender and juicy. With the beautiful night view, our party was successful.

5 stars hotel. Very clean. I love Han river so the view was gorgeous. My stay was very fun. I did yoga, morning jog, Hypoxi and the trainers were super kind and friendly. The sauna is really good and the sky garden is cool. The breakfast is good but they have so many orders in the morning that they told us it would be an hour late, we had to insist to get at 7pm (we had a jog session at 8am). The service is really good overall, helpful staff.

This was my very first time in Seoul. The hotel was nice, with very friendly staff. However their English was extremely limited, but this applies to Korea (and Japan) in general. I got by with google translate. The food was excellent, the room was spacious. At first I was concerned it was in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 5 minute bus trip to the awesome Seoul Metro. Overall a satisfactory experience, but if I were to travel with family I’d probably choose a hotel closer to the city centre

I stayed for one night Oct 20, 2022. where the bed was not comfortable at all. in addition to rusty washroom. You can smell the age of the hotel carpet once the elevator opens.
finally, our check-in was very slow considering our luggage was at least 6 hours ahead of us.

I was there for a congress, and the extremely spacious and luxury room made the overall experience like a holiday experience. Extremely friendly staff, but not all were very good in English. No words about the breakfast as I didn't take it. Excellent options to spend the (little I had) free time.

Breathtaking view of the Han River from the hotel.
Modern, well equipped and clean room as expected.
Probably one of the best in hotel design and aesthetic.
Great facilities like gym and swimming pool overlooking the Walkerhill and Han River.

Oh my god... never never travel to this hotel! So far from the city, and no longer SPG hotel.... they say they match my platinum status, but guess what??? Nothing like what SPG is all about.... service standard is far below average, bed linen was not clean and seems recycled from the previous guest., F&B standard is non-existence, and can you imagine, they want to charge for Sauna to the Platinum SPG??? Make sense???????? And when I confronted the management , they said, "we need to treat everyone the same so need to pay"? Guess what?? This hotel has no idea about how to manage?? It is not cheap, USD 30 dollars, so myself and my wife... 60 USD per Entry!F&B is tasteless without the service standard, and quality,,, I do not think it is 5 star standard.
When I checked in, they did not give me the upgrade as platinum, and I know the hotel is not full.. the club is not functioning properly, and the service is the worst in any hotels I have been to... . the management has no idea of how to take the glory days from the Starwood... they will never make it the way as is....Charging fees for Sauna to platinum, full fare ... I think this is not right way of managing, very over priced already and to Platinum guest????? 1/3 of the room rate for 1 hour of sauna? This is not right.
Please do not go to this hotel...If you are SPG loyal customer like myself. SPG opened new one ! Le Meridien.. good location and yes, they know how to appreciate Platinum....
Trust me,,, so far so bad and no one has the heart to be in the hotel industry... do not waste your time at this hotel!

Hello trvlsoftend, I am so sorry to hear that your overall experience at Vista Walkerhill Seoul did not meet your expectations especially in regards to access Sauna. Since last 31st Dec 2016, our hotel has been no longer a part of SPG hotel providing SPG platinum benefits. Even though we are not a SPG member hotel, we are always happy to provide the VIP benefits to previous our loyal guests in order to appreciate their re-visiting. Unfortunately, complementary access to Sauna was not included in benefits provided to VIP guests. However, we continue to provide previous VIP benefits - free wifi, welcome amenity, access to Club Lounge late check-out upon availability and room upgrade upon availability. Please understand that the access to Sauna is not a part of our VIP benefit. Once again I am sorry about any inconvenience during your stay. The service provided by all of the Walkerhill Staff from the Sales Team to the Daily housekeeping staff was stellar. I traveled with a team of 6 over the course of two weeks, and during our entire stay we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The rooms are second to none, the views of the River are spectacular, and everyone anticipated my needs prior to me asking. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan on doing so myself. Kudos to Aidan Lee and his team for such a memorable stay.

We have continental breakfast menu at Del Vino Restaurant and it includes 'choice of fresh juice, fruit yoghurt, croissant and toast served with jams and butter, seasonal fruits and freshly brewed coffee or tea. It costs KRW 37,000 per person. We do not have option for breakfast on website but you can choose package which includes room and breakfast or you can get discount for breakfast while you're staying at hotel.
