Family of 4 with 2 teens. We shared one room with 2 double beds which was comfortable. The hotel manager upgraded us to a mini suite with 2 bathrooms since we stayed there for 9 nights which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in an ideal location to the the Myeondodng area shops, restaurants, and night market which was less than a 5 minute walk. Also the subway station was few steps away from the hotel which makes riding the subway so easy. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Korea.

I love this hotel for its convenient location; right outside Myeongdong Station exit 3 (with escalator). If you have luggage, you can use elevator at exit 1 that is not too far away. Price wise, it is on the slightly higher side (though cheaper than most hotel in the same area) but I guess you are paying for the location.

Hotel is clean, basic amenities in room, and room size (standard) is quite spacious by any standards and compared to other hotels nearby. TV in room has one English channel (Channel News Asia). Electric kettle , mug, tea and coffee provided with 2 bottles of water daily. No spoons or other utensils, only stirrer. Small fridge available. Iron and board on request. Bathroom is a bit tight with a tub, but I appreciate the big washbasin counter top. Bidet available. Body wash and 2in1 shampoo provided are okay. Other than these only shower cap, one bar soap and cotton buds are provided. No toothbrush/toothpaste so bring your own or you can buy the kit with 2 brushes and a small tube of paste from the reception for 1000KRW. Alternatively buy from the nearby Daiso. Towels provided but note that they are not very big. Just enough to cover for average sized person.

This was my 2nd time staying here mainly due to convenient location. Airport bus is just across the road, or you can take AREX to Seoul Station and transfer to Metro line 4 for Myeongdong Station, or take a short taxi ride to the hotel. I would choose this hotel again for location if price doesn't go higher than what I have paid.

It’s ok.!
We stayed there for two nights and yes the location is very good but I agree with others who also commented that it’s not a 4-star hotel .

Our room was clean but very small , the bathroom had a tub with shower curtains which isn’t a great choice these days specially for hygiene reasons.

The breakfast , I have taken pictures of it and you can see what it looked like !

I used the gym too . Quite old and limited equipment.

Overall we didn’t have any major issues during our stay but definitely it’s not worth more than 3 stars for hotel standards and my review rating.

Our group stayed here 5 nights. Hotel is very nice and centrally located. Our room had two beds - a double and a single. Also small TV, tea kettle, mini fridge. No real drawers, but lots of surfaces to put things in. Closet with hangers and a safe. Bathroom was big. You had to climb over the edge of the tub to use the shower- not my preference but water pressure was great. Our guide provided us a cheat sheet to figure out the bidet/toilet 🤣. Lighting, AC, and do not disturb and clean my room alert are all controlled by a special box. Breakfast available at 7am. Not a huge buffet, but adequate. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby. Lots of restaurants and a couple quick convenience stores, a dessert cafe, and a market around the corner. Subway is close as is the night market.

I stayed here 9 days in October 2022. Unfortunately, for 7 of those days I was under a Covid quarantine. Although I didn't see or utilize much of the hotel other than the 4 walls of my room, I felt I needed to write a review about the wonderful staff. I made arrangements for the staff to provide me meals. The hotel restaurant is currently closed, but the got "take out" every day for me. I didn't even need to call down to the desk; they called me and asked me what I wanted which was delivered to my room always in less than 30 minutes. They offered to get me anything else I needed for "my condition". Staff left clean towels, water, and plenty of tea bags at my door every day. I can't think of a nicer hotel in which to be quarantined.

We stayed in room 223, it was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we need, hot shower, comfy bed, and spacious. We ate breakfast (at extra cost as we were room only) in the hotel which was well presented and varied, all delicious too. The staff are all friendly, and the reception staff speak far more English than we do Korean! The hotel is ideally located too, near the train station, cable car, and street markets & shopping. I would certainly recommend staying at the Pacific.

Never 4 star. After registering we were told to come back at 2pm to check in. We went back at 2 to be told our room isnt ready come back at 3. Eventually given our keycard at 3.15pm. We made our way up to the room and once inside we heard a loud gargling noise coming from the drain in the sink, this sound would go on for about 5 secs every 10 minutes. We contacted reception about it and they told us they would investigate. We went out for dinner and on return they told us it wasnt fixed and they had no other rooms to move us. After a terrible nights sleep we went to the reception at 6.35am on our way out on a tour. We stood for 10 minutes and no one appeared even after the porter had called some one. On our return at approx 5pm we spoke to the reception and the male behind the desk informed us his manager had spoken to us earlier that day and came to an agreement and everything was sorted. Total lies. This time we managed to get a change of room. In the room they have a kettle and 2 mugs and 4 dufferent tea bags. No coffee and no sugar is offered. The rooms are quite modern but in no way can this hotel be classed as 4*. 3* is even being generous. The tv channels are of no use to anyone who just speaks English. The only positive is the location. Staff that lie isnt something that would attract me to an hotel

This hotel was a disappointment. Our view was of a concrete wall. We didn’t even need the blackout curtains because the room got no light.

It was also extremely small. So small we didn’t have enough space to keep all our luggage opened up, and we only had 2 carryons and 2 backpacks.

The bathroom was obviously small, but the tub was also so narrow it was hard to stand straight inside it facing the shower head, which also didn’t point straight out.

King bed was 2 singles pushed together.

Best part of this hotel was the location.right by the Myron-dong station exit, next to the Myron-dong night market.

I booked this hotel and shared a room with two of my friends and it was excellent. I cannot think of a single fault, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful for us as English speakers and we were easily able to check in at 3am when our flight was incredibly delayed. The location is amazing and conveniently close to a subway as well as restaurants, cafes and shopping. I would stay here again!

We stayed here for a good week in August and we had a really good time. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is located in Myeongdong, and is therefore within walking distance to sevaral attractions such as Namsan tower, the market in Namdaemun and Lotte shopping center. Just around the corner you will also find Starbucks.
